@Electrics_plumbing we have a manual sheer designed for rebar. It is also designed to bend rebar. A lot faster than even a grinder particularly if you're doing a bunch of random lengths. And all it takes is a bit of man power to run it.

You can't get to everything with an angle grinder. Then a rebar cutter like this can help.
