Mate, I hope things are easier for you now. I was a Bootneck throughout the 70's. Lost my eldest daughter to a brain tumour earlier this year. Life can sometimes be a bastard. Use your family and buddies as your crutch. Best wishes and Good luck Royal.

those aren‘t pictures you‘ll ever get out your head sadly. Veterans are veryvery alone with their thoughts it‘s pretty hard for someone to show understanding if you weren‘t ever in combat.

Self destruction brother, I hear that, was on telic 10 and herrick 4 in nowzad with 2RRF, it affected me alot later in life though nearly 10 yrs after the fact, but your experiences were similar to mine with the ptsd, having your woman by your side who understands is a massive plus. Hope you carry on improving. All the best fella.

It's because of men and women like this, the public are safe. We NEED to help them, they've done more for us than we can ever do for them but we MUST do something, Remberance day is coming up, due to covid-19 there won't be so many people out selling poppies, but there still available in supermarkets etc. PLEASE buy one. Every £ helps.

Do some research on THC and CBD treatment. Warrior's have used it for thousands of years. Mike tyson won't visit a country if he can't have it. It works but frowned upon nowadays.

Ive been dealing with ptsd for nearly 20 years on my own, and its been hell. I didnt serve, and I have no real emotional support like family and friends I can turn to. Over the past 3 years Ive lost my dad, my uncle, my grandparents, my brother, and my best friend. The rest of my family doesn't speak to me and all my "friends" have vanished. Just recently my dog that I raised from 8 weeks old and was training to be my ptsd dog was killed 2 weeks before his first birthday. Im not writing this for pitty, I just want others to know if you do have friends and family you can talk to, or even a veterans group, youre lucky. Dont take it for granted. If youre reading this and dont have ptsd, but no someone who does, reach out to them. Trust me, they will be happy to hear from you and know you care. Sometimes all we need is to know someone loves us, cares enought to be in our lives, and is willing to just listen to us.

I had been at rock bottom and feeling suicidal a few years back, i could not see a way out of the crisis. I decided to pray to Jesus and God, every day, repenting my sins and asking for help. This really helped me, to have someone to talk to and ask for help, and for me, I really did start to find and witness things happening, or maybe what other had said, for me to actually see how things could, and did, improve. I fully believe and witnessed first-hand, the power of prayer. I hope this will help anyone out there, who feels they cannot see a way out. 🙏

He needs Jesus, only then he can be at peace; he has been traumatized by war and his conscience is troubled. No amount of medicine will fix that. He needs The Christ The Son of God. Keep helping the vets with money aswell, as their needs need to be met. God bless you.
