    I always used to struggle with losing body fat myself, but now it is the easiest thing I've ever done. I personally lost 30 kg (66 lbs) without losing strength and muscle mass in 8 months. Many people think that to lose body fat, a "caloric deficit" is all that matters, but this is absolutely not true. I've learned that food quality and macro-nutrient composition are just as important. Here are the top 5 things I've changed that made all the difference for me, besides being in a caloric deficit:
    (1) - I reduced my carbs. This made the biggest difference for me. Reducing carbs allows your body to use more body fat as a fuel source. I mainly focused on eating more protein and healthy fats. You can still lose body fat on a higher carb diet, but if you have insulin-resistance, then I highly suggest you completely avoid carbs for 2-3 weeks until your insulin-resistance reduces. Then slowly start introducing carbs back into your diet.
    (2) - Drink more water. This is underrated, but drinking 500 ml of water in between meals boosts your metabolism up to 30%
    (3) - Resistance training. This prevents you from losing muscle mass and also improves insulin sensitivity.
    (4) - High-intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This boosts your metabolism, improves insulin sensitivity and mitochondrial function and stimulates fat burning.
    (5) - SLEEP! Try getting between 7-9 hours of undisturbed sleep every night.
    Implement these 5 things into your fat loss regime and I guarantee you results.

    Are protein powders considered to be ultra-processed foods?

    • @jjvirginvideos
      @jjvirginvideos  12 дней назад +1

      Hi there @USAHistoryInAFlash Protein powders can be very different in how they're made. Look for ones that are minimally processed and free from harmful additives. Choose powders that are GMO-free, hormone-free, and don't contain artificial sweeteners or colorings. These options are cleaner and better for your health, avoiding extra chemicals and sugars that can lower their nutritional value. JJ's goal is to find high-quality, nutrient-rich options that support your health without unnecessary additives. Hope this helps! -Team JJ

      You can literally lose weight by doing specific breathing exercises while sitting still. Look up Body Flex with Greer Childers. It looks crazy and it’s very outdated looking but it’s amazing. Learn the breathing if nothing else but I promise you’ll lose weight. Just get that breathing down. I lost 15 pounds and 19 inches in a month and I was literally eating fast food meals 3 times per day while building my business. I don’t recommend eating like I did but eat a healthy high protein diet (I eat mostly meat) and much fewer carbs. No processed junk. I do this specific breathing here and there throughout the day and I wake up slimmer. Give it a try. I wish you all the best in health and healing.
      And listen, I hope you’re completely avoiding sugar and anything with sugar as it feeds cancer. Also, apparently intermittent fasting is known to kill cancer. There’s lots of research on this. All the best🌸
