At the start of the video I mention "the card provided". This is because when you buy a cross stitch card kit from me, it comes with an aperture card for mounting your work.
Hello Remi. I rarely wash a small piece of work, and I never scotch guard. I'll only wash a piece if it has become grubby or distorted. I do iron it though. I lay the piece face down on a soft towel and iron the back. I only use good quality aida (DMC or Zweigart), and I find that ironing it on the reverse with a little steam will restore the finish of the fabric.
@@nickybrunger8834 I have followed your instructions and have ironed the fabric, followed your video for the cards and have produced 4 beautiful cards. Thank you so much 😊
Brilliant video. I was so confused with having three faces on my blank card! Thank you.

Thank you June! I have more planned.
So beautiful thanks 😊
You're welcome, and thank you.
Do you wash and scotch guard the fabric before you mount it on the card?

@@remidmvr552 Brilliant! Thank you for letting me know.
thank you, it would have been a tad better if you showed us how to make the aperture card.
Hello Chantal, thank you for your comment. It's a shop-bought aperture card, so I didn't make it.
