This is a valuable addition to my woodwork collection ruclips.net/user/postUgkxbnOKZBE4evMO5V2vroHeCjq6d_MV6wJO I still will rate this woodwork plan as the best in my reference library. It always seem to stand out from the rest whenever you go through the library. This is a masterpiece.
You Spin Me Around Like a Record, Dead or Alive. I can't believe you know that song. Takes me back to my bar days!
I AM 74 AND STARTED WOODWORKING SO THAT I HAVE SOMETHING TO DO YOUR VIDEO'S ARE REALY GREAT AND YOU ARE VERY GOOD LEARNED A LOT FROM YOU KEEP UP THE GREAT VIDEO'S AND ALSO YOU MAKE ME LAUGH THANKS
Please keep building little projects just like this as their cheaper easier and awesome to watch. Thanks buddy for your RUclips channel. Cheers from Canada
At 28:17 he makes a bonus bench for a dollhouse!
You introduced me to RMC and I couldn't be happier with how my butcher block island came out. Looks natural without the orange yellow look of the tung oil!
Love your videos
You make me sick!!!
I couldn't never do what you do, I don't know why bother! 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you for making other liked me dreamed though!!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
When you scribbled the tenon at 18:44 first I was like 'are you gonna remove THAT?'. Nice bench btw!
Yeah, same here.
Just a simple wood bench, but a great entertaining video again. After discovered your channel while ago and watching 2-4 videos the night, it's hard to wait for the next one. Love your work and style, keep it up man. Cheers from Germany
Made this bench out of white it was a success. First time with mortise and tenon, Jason helped with that. Not Jason quality but happy now to improve.
I love these videos. Jason makes everything look so easy and explains everything perfectly. All I'm missing is most of the workshop tools! But I always take away lots of useful tips.
soaking up these information bursts ( video's you've made) like a sponge thats had no water for yrs... helping me find me feet in this new world i''ve decided to join. cheers for convincing me its possible..
Thats exactly it. Your voice and your videos are so relaxing to watch. And seeing your acomplish things while learning yourself is really nice :) Thanks.
Great video. Learned a lot, especially the "hole cut in half for leg detail". I'll be sure to use that technique next time. Thanks.
I really enjoyed watching this! Good joinery and great commentary. So nice to see crispy through tenons when you flush cut the top.
I love the slits you cut to strengthen the tenons and then added shims. Great work my friend!!!
Simplicity in design and execution. Pure poetry.
sledge. Show is fantastic, your voice calming, makes me feel as if I can do what you do. I got my plane, table saw, router, drill press, & clamps. Just need a jointer. Thanks for being such a great instructor.
Your voiceover work is good. You have a very soothing voice to listen to. Not generally a fan of reclaimed wood but that's a nice looking bench too.
Hey I really like that planer sled hack with wedges! Way easier than shims and hot glue! Thanks for the tip!
I watch a tonne of woodworking videos (just starting out as a hobby) and sir, yours are both interesting, provide good ideas and tips and also provide a few chuckles along the way.
Love white oak and RMC cotton white. I actually first learned about it from your channel and used it on a white oak table I made similar to your video a few months ago.
Excellent job. Never a dull moment watching you with your projects. Keep them coming.
I like your good vibes, I like your histrionics, but what I like the most is that you do not do a mystery or an activity for the gifted out of carpentry. Keep it that way, keep it simple!!! Regards. Rodolfo
This is my favorite channel. Thank you for showing great work while being entertaining.
Always look forward to my Oregon connection woodworking videos! Kudos my brother, awesome videos.
Great build, with an always entertaining presentation. Thanks, enjoyed it !!
Magnifique. Superbe réalisation et d'une grande précision. J'adore. Bravo.
I can't wait to try this build!
An oak bench of that size is on my build-list for this year and this looks like the best design for me to follow - many thanks
You really do rock
I have learned a lot from you. Thank you for all the tips.
White oak is a beautiful wood! Bench looks awesome
Excellent bench, love how easy you make it look
Always enjoy your great videos, keep ‘em coming.
Great video. Thank you for sharing your talents with us. 👍
Awesome bench.
Great idea on the sanding, making reclaimed stuff keep it's character, nice 👍
Love that trick in the end with glue and sawdust! Thanks!
My Favorite RUclipsr. Thanks. Awesome bench.
Great Bench! Love the reclaimed Oak!
It fits your decor perfectly, very nice.
Keep crushing it man! Love these videos!
Nice bench
Built a foot stool like that many years ago. Instead of center braces, I inserted braces on the outside edges using a variation of a dovetail.
This channel is dope. Im just getting into wood work. The tips and tricks are solid and I'm laughing the whole time im learning. 👍🏾💯
Your work is beautiful. Real art.
Not only are you an excellent woodworker/maker, but also a fantastic entertainer and teacher.
Nice joinery, you make mortise and tenon look easy, you've gots skills. Nicely Done
Just had to subscribe. Love your humour but also the way you explain things. You & Tamar are compelling viewing. Thks
Love watching your work. Great Channel.
Thanks for sharing have a blessed day in the name of Jesus
I've made a similar bench for camp. Differences I made: Wood was regular dimensional lumber. 2xstock pine. Instead of tenons, I drilled dowels for the legs. Instead of the corner braces, I strung another piece of wood to span between them and act as a "T" beam for the top. Dowels in the beam go into the legs. They break down easily and stack flat for transport. I also routed the top edge of the bench and the legs to make it look a little "lighter" and more finished and didn't have a sharp edge under the legs when you sat on it. They work great!
Did enjoy and did learn! Thanks again man, I really appreciate your work.
Great video. Simple and good looking bench.
I'll admit to cracking up at the Dead or Alive reference. I will not admit in a public forum how much time I spent on dance floors spinning around to that song in the 80s.
Love your stuff!
Looks good
Great build and perfect timing as I am making some benches too and will try to copy this style. But I am new to wood working and skills are limited. Let’s see how it goes 🤞🏼
That's bloomin lovely! 👍
Good looking bench. Thanks for sharing. 👍👍👍
Beautiful, enjoying watching you!!!!
My internet died last night, 20 minutes in to this vid. I then dreamt that I had to finish the bench and a lot of other peoples projects as well :D
hello Sir....
I'm a 62-year-old retiree. Bourbon and Bourbon Moth are my entertainment and a comfort in these trying times..... your attention to detail is what I'm envious of most... My beard used to be of a length comparable to yours, but never so dark. I was an electrician by trade. 4 years in the Navy right out of high school then 40 years in construction in the 5 boros of New York City.. We moved to Bridgeport New York near Syracuse. I went from a borrowed 400 square foot wood shop to now owning my own 1800 square foot shop. I'm a Woodford Reserve addict... and put a 50 inch TV in the shop so I can laugh and learn along. Unfortunately 3 weeks ago I had rotator cuff repair surgery. Basically the shop is off limits for the next 9 weeks. { If I want to stay married} ... I get my fix watching you and continuing to be enteryained and always learning. Thank You Steven Sadofsky. PS You are a class act as us boomers used to say...
Great Bench, no one does awkward like the Bourbon Moth!
That is one awesome bench! Great work.... 👍👍👏👏😉😉
