People in Niger are very polite, caring.
Internation travelers, expatriates always feel welcome. I have many friends in Niamey and can not forget their hospitality. I have had opportunity to serve this country during construction of MGICC. Government functions well and leaders care about their country.

Niamey, i think is the only african capital which is keeping levels up it's afrocentric architectural image, with more local "color" on the most of the modern buildings. And that may keeping preserve through it's development towords to the future. Not one more globalized image of an african city in the name of development. The solutions are on and in Niamey i have seen from some videos, they are keeping that thing in a good level, beside other african capitals!!!

May look awful to you but amazing to others. Niger is a developing country with happy and humble hardworking people. I’d rather be there then in racist corrupt America where minorities are seen and treated as close to nothing.
