      Yes, many Ethiopians used chat to cross to Europe. It was the gateway to Libya and then Europe, are you also one of these, used this gateway road to Europe via Chad.

      @suleymanali431 Not really, I was there for an event; Dary Festival. And the only way I cross to Europe is by ✈️ ( yup and I always come back to my Home Country 🇪🇹)
      Some people actually go there for work, travel… not everyone is desperate 🤷

    I am from India, now living in the US and have always been curious about this country, Chad, of which very little is ever heard in any news and thus very little is known. I am so glad that you made this nice film and introduced us to Chad. I hd many queries right from how do you say the name Ndjamena to how to travel to that city and many more. ( and what happened to Fort Lamy ) ? You seem to speak English quite well. What would be the best way to contact you ? I am only hardly two minutes into this film. Even in India, gold plays a huge role, especially in a woman’s life.

    Agree Chad is invisible, unknown place often associated with conflicts, community conflicts and drought. Pls bring more details on night lives, hotels etc.

      @abdoulayeannour9406 21 день назад +1

      Transplanted? Nope.
      She's incredibly beautiful, showcasing the unique and stunning beauty that Chadian women are known for. Chadian women, much like those from Djibouti, Eritrea, Somalia, and Sudan, are celebrated for their graceful and striking appearance. We share so much in common with these countries, from physical attributes to cultural richness.
      In Chad, our diversity is our strength. Our cultural tapestry is woven from threads of ancient traditions, vibrant music, captivating dance, and colorful attire. This cultural wealth is mirrored in our kinship with our neighbors. Just like us, Djibouti, Eritrea, Somalia, and Sudan are cradles of diverse ethnicities, languages, and customs.
      One delightful aspect of our shared heritage is our cuisine. The rich, savory taste of daraba, a traditional okra stew, brings warmth and comfort to our tables. Kisar, a type of thin bread, is perfect for scooping up the flavorful dishes. And eich, a staple porridge made from millet or sorghum, is not just nourishing but also a symbol of our agricultural bounty and communal meals.
      From the rhythmic beats of traditional drums to the melodic tunes of folk songs, our cultures resonate with each other. The beautiful crafts and intricate designs seen in our traditional garments speak of histories and stories passed down through generations. This shared heritage enriches our lives and strengthens our connections, making us feel like one big, extended family across borders.
      And that's what makes us so wonderfully rich in culture, tradition, and flavor.
