    I'm almost 30 and always had these chicken wings sticking out! No pain, just im sure bad posture ever since I was a kid.. Will try these!

    I recently watched your old scapular winging exercises video and started doing them. Here, there are only two exercises in the video. Should I start doing these so that i can save time or stick to the old exercises

      I think they're all good. Maybe start with the shorter routine and see if it helps and then if it doesn't try the older routine?

      Do you mean one hip more anteriorly tilted or like a lateral pelvic tilt?

      @@waughfit Not a lateral tilt, but my right hip is further ahead than my left (left hip is also higher, but I watched your video on that)

      I'll be making an updated video on the hip hike/anterior tilt here soon. But before I do that one I'll be making a video about hip impingement that I think will cover this issue as well. @@janicegriff71

    I saw that it could take several months to fix :-(
    I'm disappointed, today in bodybuilding there are exercises that I can't do like the bench press
