    What would be your advice if we feel that our inhale is too quick and our ribs and stomach rise in the first 2 seconds. Should we stop and exhale again?

      Yea, you want to start the exhale again. So it's going to be rough 😂. But in this situation, focus on the pause at the end of the exhale. That's going to get you used to feeling out of breath and will eventually allow for the inhales to be more controlled and with less stomach/rib movement.

    Waugh i need ur help i qm suffering from Anterior Pelvuc tilt, rounded shoulders and pelvic floor dysfunction . Pls give me advice

    This changed my life everything else didn’t work I practice this till I actually got it and my whole body is so stiff everything is just super tough but working on it I’m getting releases on my jaw , psaos, neck , shoulder blades , ribs , feet and legs everything is changing it’s so crazy it changes I feel the effect and then boom my brain just automatically like gets used to it

    My problem is that when breathing out my infrasternal angel just gets smaller causing my diaphragm to drop down.. even if I contract my pelvic floor and abs it just doesn’t stay up… do you have any tips on this issue cause I can’t really find any information on how to treat this dropped down diaphragm but I know you’ve mentioned it in a video before

      The ISA is meant to get smaller as you exhale. An indicator that your diaphragm maybe dropping would be your lower stomach is pooching out as you exhale instead of coming in toward the spine. If that’s happening, then blocking the stomach with a pillow and performing a rock back move maybe useful

      @@waughfit yes my lower belly is pooching out all the time also have a massive atp.. which is why I’m trying to get that full exhale I feel my tva contract but when I stand up my rectus is the only one working

      @@madeleines.5998 you should probably go after relaxation and rolling moves to loosen you up before trying these breathing moves. Sounds like your body is trying to hard and making too much tension
