Have the same problem, bought an "new" actuator for a hundred bucks. Coming on Monday, hopefully thats the issue. If not Im guessing there is a door sensor or something?
I think there are multiple issues. I believe debris got into the vents under the windshield wipers allowing water into the interior that caused an electrical issue (this is conjecture as I have yet to verify that). When I disassembled the latch motor, the inside was covered in shavings. Turns out the fixed magnetics in the motor had broken and been shredded. I suspect the fixed magnetics falling apart was the problem but I could have just as easily broken them in disassembly. The dealership has me on the hook for a new car and has told me not to bother fixing this as they will handle it. We shall see.
I have the same except the computer think the door is open when it's not. On my side it's only when it's cold -2 and that is it. I have a ride of lock and open time :-) Rogue SV 2016

Please let us know if it works.
Got a definite fix yet? A friend of mine is having this issue. Thank you.

@@djuggler I have the exact problem - brought to the dealer and they told me it was a short in the assembly. 90500-1CA1B is the part number

I feel your pain. Clearly these vehicles have issues.
I just watched the video again and realized that I was calling the brushes "fixed magnets"
