Saw them at The Little Bear in Evergreen, CO and came undone when they sang "Lover, Please". I was a radio kid and loved that song when I was very young. Randy was always my favorite of The Eagles, gentle among the wolves. These guys were great together.

It certainly sounds that way. In interviews I heard him say that they did so much together and had alot of common interests. It seems he was never the same after she passed away. I heard the 911 call, he said to the operator, "we were married for so many years". He sounded like a lost little boy. Since his first marriage was as a kid and seemed to be out of neccessity, its nice to know he was so happy despite the challenges that cropped up in later years. ❤
