@@isalee5249 I would scan it to see if there’s any codes but I doubt it not on these Hondas did u check fuses and swap relays and confirm relays are at propper place also check power and ground in fans at operating temp. U can also disconnect the coolant sensor it should open loop for both fans to come on and u can check power and ground in to fans that way

That isn't the air condition compressor relay . It's the bottom one. Pls. Check it again because people will get confuse.
