So sorry to hear you moving again. didnt even really get a chance to get to know you all that well. but please let us know when so we can give yall a good send off party.
Very impressive guys! Love the long arm set up. If you guys are still chasing the intermittent collapsed lifter issue, I had the same issue and found the oil pump pick up tube o-ring was weak allowing air up to a lifter occasionally on start up. After replacing the o-ring the tick never happened again. Good luck
Just finished everything (finally) on my TJ'S suspension front to back replaced basically all of it. Long arms, new Dana 44 axle assemblies, Falcon shocks, Teraflex speed bumps etc... Between waiting for parts and working on my Jeep took almost a year. Now it drives like a brand new Jeep. Next is a 5.3 LT L83 ENGINE SWAP! Going with a newer version 5.3 Can't wait but I have to, mainly because I'm back to waiting for parts again 😫 Looking underneath your rig tells me you are far from being done. So you'll have a lot more videos to make in the future for sure! Can't wait to see them. 😁
Just ordered truss kit and long arm kit for my LJ, along with a 3.5 inch springs. Can wait to get it on. These videos have a lot of great information. Thanks
If you move near Colorado, I would love to show ya around a weekend or two. Yall take care and thanks for this video. Once I relocate my gas tank in my TJ I will be doing the barnes kits.
You guys should invest in an Evolution dry cut saw, they are so so much better than the abrasive chop saws. no smoke almost no sparks. they do leave a mess but its worth it!
You guys are moving again what the hell... Texas just must of not been the place huh lol... good to see some more videos again. Thought you guys gave it up...
I am a bit sad we are moving out of Texas, I really love it here. Alaska and Texas are definitely my favorite places to live so far! But where we are going next, there will be much much more to come from both of us🤘🏼
Unrelated question-you did a video adding the JW Speaker EVO J3. You mentioned a wiring harness (from Amazon) but did not put it in the description. Could you send me the link. Thanks,
Replace one quart of oil with one quart of Marvels Mystery Oil and lifter tick should go away. Did that to my 5.3 work van with 220000 miles and lifter tick is completely gone. Common fix for GM. Could be some sticky gunk in the lifter keeping it collapsed. Cheap repair if it cleans the lifters.
@@JackSmith-hd3kn It just cool seeing them both share this interest all while having the skills that they do. Rebuilding engines, fab work, etc. They should open their own off road shop.
I have always liked the looks of Jeeps I am not to familiar with them accept that they are a little noisy inside which I am ok with . I noticed no rears fenders I bet on some trips things get pretty soaked off road going through creeks or mud. I am debating on looking for an older one no idea as to what to look out for my last 4x4 was a ranger which was written off in a accident currently driving a 06 Lexus is350 great car but I dont need all the bells and whistles also I prefer 4x4 or trucks up higher feel safer plus I do want to head back woods again more often which in this vehicle I cannot do
Well make sure to put a shout out when you come and visit. I’ll if your willing set up a day trip or something. Maybe ruby lake. Or Buffalo mine trails. Something so you can ride and get behind the wheel and put the hammer down.
Hi new followers here from down under, just out of curiosity how did you and your hubby, have so much knowledge about jeep, do any of you is a mechanic? Thanks
only question I have is where you mounted the new hanger for the exhaust does the drive shaft rub into it? Overall great looking kit, Jeep is looking real good.
I had two different sets of fender flares for the rear but I kinda like it without them😂 it does look weird with no flares in the rear and the factory ones in the front. I’ll do something about that at the new place😊
Just curious - would it had made it easier to lift the body up on the TJ when welding? It looked really tight there; and even a few inches may have helped.
nice job!!! now you just need to relocate rear upper spring mount :) just do it, you will thank me later :) keep up the good work. Greetings from slovenia :)
Just getting some knowledge here when your welding on the jeep do you unhook batteries or the ecu. I've heard your supposed to but I haven't done any on mine yet and was curious. Love the channel
You could use some limit straps as a stay over from completely switching out suspension components.
Glad the sweetest, most awesome and yes stunningly beautiful woman who works on her own jeep is back! Thought we lost you there! 🤗
So sorry to hear you moving again. didnt even really get a chance to get to know you all that well. but please let us know when so we can give yall a good send off party.
Nice to see you back!
Glad to see more videos of the LJ
Awesome job!!! Fingers crossed y'all are moving towards TN/GA. We need some professional off roaders over here!
We will technically be a little closer to TN/GA area!
@@JeepGearGadgets back to NC?
Sorry to see your leaving Texas so soon. Wish you the best in your move.
GGOD TO SEE YOU BACK!!
Stoked to see where y'all end up.
This has been helpful for my decisions on my LJ long arm lift!! Thanks for the info and great video!! I was already looking at the Barnes kit!!😃

This kit is what I plan on putting on my LJ (when I get one! Which will be very soon!) so thank you for this video series on the installation!
DO IT! You won’t be disappointed!🤘🏼
Got to love that south Texas beach wind.
Good to see you guys again 👍
That was amazing Cassie
I always look forward to a new video. TJ is looking great.
Great video keep up the great work
I did a Savvy mid arm 3/4 link upgrade and it was the best performance gain I've done to date. The factory short arm locations stink for >3" lifts.
Make sure it's the lifters, I had the o-ring in the oil pick-up crack on my 6.0. just something to think about.
I would go with a dual rate. Highly recommend the metalcloak if your not going coilovers. Love mine
Ok you both. I knew you were moving again. But where have to u gone????

Another great, informative DIY video.

Dang yall dont stay in one place very long. Texas well miss yall. Goog luck on yall's new adventures.
3:14 nice view❤
Hey Cassie! Hey Ben! Glad to see y'all back! So your moving? It seems like y'all just got settled in there...... Is it Ben's job?
Great Vid!
Disband the ATF or,
Colion Noir and Brandon Herrera for director of the ATF.
Excellent work!
Lookin good!
Great video. Some beadlock wheels will change that rigs look up.
Life gets in the way of life. Feel ya. Keepin it classy...
You might want to look at the ORI struts. They would be a big upgrade and fix a lot of potential problems.

Awesome let's go jeepen
You probably checked it out but from camera views looks like end of exhaust hanger may touch drive line on flex. Great video
Mount your springs to the by your bump stops on top or go with coilers :)
Come back to VA, I need more serious wheeling buddies lol. There's too many mall crawlers and bar hoppers here
You guys should invest in an Evolution dry cut saw, they are so so much better than the abrasive chop saws. no smoke almost no sparks. they do leave a mess but its worth it!
Awesome stuff. Jeep looks good. Flexes nicely. Great job
Please do a DIY on your highlines they look great
Now it makes sense why you 2 haven't posted good luck on your move
With Jeeps that are so built up, ya gotta take them into the Rockies, even if you don't move here.
Finally, I thought you and your husband gave it up.
Almost… but we are just getting started🤘🏼
💪

Where did you both get these skills? Very impressive!

Had you done a video on how you painted your Mickey Thompsons Steelit grey by any chance?
Waiting patiently for more Corvette content. Signed fellow Jeep, Corvette, and SRT dodge jeep owner haha.
Wish it was that easy to triangulate the rear of my JKU so I could get rid of that track bar and have all the added benefits.
Great vid
Coming back to AK ?!?!? Bring it on baaack. Lol. Nice diy completion.
I wishhhhh. Loved it up there. We will be visiting AK in the next year or so, have some family moving up there actually!

Looks like you need some 14 inch coilovers now!
It needs a 2 or 3 inch body lift.
What?!?! Moving already
Always on the move😂
Why not the Clayton Long Arm?
Dang already leaving TX!
How do you get to keep those Alaska license plates?
I'm so glad I heard Ben's voice then he showed his face. Now I don't have to make that phone call. 😓 😂🤣
😂
Are you moved yet???? We miss the videos come if nothing else show us the house and the area a little
Do you guys still have the gladiator?
Where are you being transferred to?😎👍
Hi new followers here from down under, just out of curiosity how did you and your hubby, have so much knowledge about jeep, do any of you is a mechanic? Thanks
Rough road? Come to Maine, I’ll show you some rough roads. 13:05
I believe it! My sister in law lived their for a year or so and never made it up to visit.
What kind are those mixkys rims
Cassie, good to see the next step done, does this kit work on a jeep 2dr xj ? Thanks
only question I have is where you mounted the new hanger for the exhaust does the drive shaft rub into it? Overall great looking kit, Jeep is looking real good.
Alaska plates?
I am guessing Alaska since your license plate said so.
I was worried about you and Ben lol
The rear needs flares so badly lol

Yeah, should have changed the bump stops while you were there. Haha
Agreed😂
What about the wiring harness you been waiting on ? Did ya get it ? Did it fix the engine running ruff/ low HP problem ?
i miss the videos and from jk gg,,,, i love watching all your vids
Bump for an update!
SOON!😊 took a long break, about to be rolling out videos.
Soon😊
You definitely need coil overs!!
Or outboard shocks 💯
You guys still putting peanut butter on your fenders? Hehe good to see your back.
Reminds me, I need to add more to my front fenders. Hahahaha
Just curious - would it had made it easier to lift the body up on the TJ when welding? It looked really tight there; and even a few inches may have helped.
I did😂 wanted to tac weld it at ride height, then lifted the body to fully weld them on
@@JeepGearGadgets Ah, I didn't even notice that! Smart move, haha!
Where are you guys?
nice job!!! now you just need to relocate rear upper spring mount :) just do it, you will thank me later :) keep up the good work. Greetings from slovenia :)
I noticed the for sale sign immediately lol
Airforce right? Box Elder SD is my guess.
Tell Ben to make some More videos after the move...
Did Cassie get an actual welding jacket to protect the twins? 🤣🤣
Giving up on this channel
4:28 cute impersonation! Also 12:38.

Yes. When welding to the frame it’s good practice to unhook the ground
@@JeepGearGadgets thanks
Glad to hear you're moving, the lighting in the garage kinda sucked for the videos lol
WHERE did you get those welding helmets??
When’s the ls wiring video😭
What brand are those rims?
Im guessing you're moving to either Florida or Alaska since Ben is in the CG
Is anyone doing Trail to SEMA this year?
Where have you been?
Rethinking the whole making video thing?
