This practice was a miracle. After 3 days, I could not believe the results.I no longer needed by muscle relaxant and pain killers. I tired 3 other videos before I discovered this practice. It was by far the best and most effective poses and stretches. 🙏 Nameste

Thanks Charlie. I am grateful asa 71 years old I do not have sciatica issues. I do teach & the 20 mins sequence was lovely. Yes, other parts of the leg might be hindering one from stretching because of stiffness. This was helpful. Cheers!!👍
Hi Charlie, another great program, afterwards my low back pain completely has gone 👏👏 But I can tell, that when I was doing the stacking pose, my right hip was so tight and far away from the leg below, that I needed two pillows to fill the gap 😮 therefore I started holding the positions for twice as long, and I guess I have to do this practice every second day. Hey nice video! I’m currently nursing a herniated disk and as a result have slight sciatica. If you have any yoga flows for a herniated disk that would be amazing :)
one day i woke up with a weird pain at the lower back of my neck an it doesn't go away for month now. surprisingly it got a little better after i did the glute bridges on the floor, maybe because it engaged my neck a bit but it is still painful to move my head. is there some way to improve it with some dedicated exercises, please?
