    Idon't know how to thank you, I've been studying for the bar exam for months and I didn't have the opportunity to go to a yoga class or face-to-face class, but with your help in these few months and using your wonderful videos every day, I started my yoga routine.     This practice was a miracle. After 3 days, I could not believe the results.I no longer needed by muscle relaxant and pain killers.
    I tired 3 other videos before I discovered this practice. It was by far the best and most effective poses and stretches.

    I don’t have sciatica however this video was so good for my tight hips and glutes. This video as well as the “Yoga for athletes”, “Yoga routine for shoulder and upper back flexibility & Yoga routine to improve back flexibility are soothing and therapeutic. Thank you Charlie🙏🌸

    Thanks Charlie. I am grateful asa 71 years old I do not have sciatica issues. I do teach & the 20 mins sequence was lovely. Yes, other parts of the leg might be hindering one from stretching because of stiffness. This was helpful. Cheers!!👍

    Hi Charlie, another great program, afterwards my low back pain completely has gone 👏👏 But I can tell, that when I was doing the stacking pose, my right hip was so tight and far away from the leg below, that I needed two pillows to fill the gap 😮 therefore I started holding the positions for twice as long, and I guess I have to do this practice every second day. Thank you so much for your time 🙏🏼❤

    one day i woke up with a weird pain at the lower back of my neck an it doesn't go away for month now. surprisingly it got a little better after i did the glute bridges on the floor, maybe because it engaged my neck a bit but it is still painful to move my head. is there some way to improve it with some dedicated exercises, please?

    Charlie, your videos are great. I have a bulging disc and there are some moves that are bad for me (see ruclips.net/video/HdcQalVi3eI/видео.htmlsi=yO0kicQTpxBCdM0F).. it’s a big ask but I wonder if it is possible to create a routine without any hamstring stretches or folds?
