Here is how to change your Splash Screen on your Dodge Charger or Dodge Challenger. This can be done using the zAutomotive TaZer.
In this video we walk you through the process of changing your Charger/Challenger Splash Screen from the stock Challenger logo to the both the Scatpack Bee animated splash screen and the Hellcat splash screen.
We navigate through the TaZer menu in the vehicle settings, going to the "comfort" selection, where there are multiple options to choose from.
Although only certain options can be selected based on your vehicles model and year. Using the TaZer, our 2016 Dodge Challenger R/T Scatpack can enable the Scatpack Bee, Hellcat, and the Shaker splash screen (not shown).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Set to ON in a non-SRT,
this adds the SRT splash screen and menu items to the
EVIC display (2012-2014 Charger/300), and SRT Drive
Modes (2015-Present Challenger/Charger Scat Pack)
🛑(Enabling this on 2015-Present Charger 3.6 or 5.7 will
result in an airbag error light). Additionally, your Sport
Button will be disabled 🛑

Has there being a solution to use the SRT pages for the 5.7 hemi with no airbags light ? Or not yet ?
No and sadly there won't be. It's a compatibility constraint with those particular vehicles that we can not override
can you do it for a durango
Hello - Is there a way to change the Intro U-Connect animation? I've noticed on yours it pops up as the ScatPack Logo - I have a Scat, but it just shows the U-Connect/Dodge animation when powered up. Any info would be helpful and thanks.

Yes - The Scat Pack Bee logo on the actual U-Connect touchscreen (When the vehicle starts up). I did some digging and it looks like in order to get the bee logo to show on the screen at start up (if it's not loaded there from the factory), means using windows or linux to alter files in the u-connect image which i don't think it's worth the headache at this point. Of course unless you have any other suggestions. The Bee logo I'm referencing to is at timestamp 3:48 in your video if that helps. @@zautomotive

Hey I have a charger 392 and put on the demon splash screen it doesn’t seem to work, any fix?
It depends on the vehicle may not be available on yours. Has to be a 2019+ and still may not be in the vehicles programming
Does it matter if i have a 2023 Dash and cluster but the Cars computer is a 2016? Will i be able to change the splash screen to a redeye? Or the cars computer has to be a 2019+?
Computer has to be 2019+ and even then not guaranteed to have certain splash options
to your knowledge has changing the splash screen long term caused any lights to come on the dash?

when i put the tazer in & change splash to shaker it don’t pop up shaker just says dodge only the hellcat splash works any help ? 🤨
Not every splash screen works on every model. Some only work on certain years., See page 9 of your manual:
Set EVIC Splash:
“Splash”: This setting changes
the boot animation. (2015½ -present Challengers/
Chargers) RESTRICTIONS: If SRT is ON, the working
choices are None (default splash) or HELLCAT. If SRT is
OFF, the choices are None (default splash), SCAT Bee
animation, SHAKER logo (Challenger) or DEMON logo
(2019+)

Nope. 3.6 and 5.7 will always have the airbag light due to a configuration mismatch
So, does this mean if you get into an accident, your airbags won't deploy?

Is there a way I can make my radio screen say Srt to when I turn it on ?
Can't you just go to setting > display > set theme in your Uconnect for that? Don't believe there's an option for "SRT" specifically though

Does this work with the durango sxt?
Sorry the Durangos do not have the option to change splash screens with the TaZer

Hey @z automotive i just got the tazer for Durango rt 2022 but im having problem to get SRT pages and my Eco mode button is stop working. That would be great if you can make video on these two option please.

@@pimpjuicedp no not even SRT pages just SRT logo in starting time on radio and i can just do remapping sport mode switch to track mode other then that there is nothing i can do through radio system. All other option i can do by Speedometer display option you know what i mean thats all.
How did you get it to pop up on the radio? And could I put the demon splash screen on a 2019 scat pack rt plus?

Is there one for a demon?
Depends on the year of the vehicle. Some 2019+ models might have it, some might not
2022 Charger GT, while on Audio display the radio off appears and not able to change.

it says Bluetooth for me and does not let me go through the modes
Is the TaZer securely plugged in where the light is flashing?
When the SRT Feature for the 2018 Dodge Durango R/T be embedded into a newer update because Zautomotive is sleeping on us Durango R/T guys i see it on my Tazer but i hear from other Durango guys it cause if we choose that feature and we don't get the SRT PERFORMANCE PAGES PLEASE GET US RIGHT PLEASE
Or… it can’t be unlocked like certain Charger/Challenger models because it’s not hidden in the Durangos code
Can you also change it to Demon logo?
No, unless it’s already in the code of the vehicle. Could possible be found in 2019+ models but it’s not guaranteed

@@djbachataben9036 the Demon logo should be possible since it’s a 2022, although because it’s an SXT it will throw an airbag light due to compatibility constraints

got hellcat, can not get light show working from remote or widows up with remote. windows up does say in development. demon and redeye show to be and option for splash screen as well as 1320 can not get any of theses to work on my car which is a 2019 Dodge Charger Daytona 392, Would be nice if y’all could add a splash screen with Daytona 392 that would be cool.
We can only add what's already hidden in the vehicle, so even though you may see the options for those splash screens doesn't necessarily mean that they are there. Certain splash screens are only available on certain models. As far as the the lightshow via key fob, we made a short about that and the windows via key fob, although that also doesn't work on every model. Reach out to technical support through email at support@zautotech.com and they may be able to further troubleshoot and these working for you, or better explain why they aren't

Did your steps the way you said but guess what still have air bag light when I put it back into srt mode and full reboot
@@garykaiser6719 again, please read the description where the 🛑 symbols are. This is a vehicle incompatiblity and not something that can be changed.
It also states this at the very last page of the Tazer menu labeled “airbag light is on: cannot set SRT mode or splash to hellcat on 2015 to present 3.6 or 5.7 models”
Splash screen is on none in the srt mode and still airbag light is on my 2021 rt and I have read it over and over sir and watched your video over and over

The way you explained is very complicated
Which part was confusing for you, it's a fairly simple process? The only "complicated" part would be if you want the hellcat splash, you need to also enable the SRT mode

@@zautomotive I haven’t made a threat. Going to the office of operation is not a threat. It’s to get a service that was paid for buddy. I already text that number and no one responds. Facebook messenger don’t work either. I’ve messaged several times on all platforms and I’m being ignored. You tell me how you would be if you got ignored for a paid service.
