- Locker Nuts episode 604
I bought this "manager's special" unit for $160, and once I got to the facility I found out it was being cleared out for demo. All the units were empty, except mine! In the last episode, we started going through boxes and found high quality items. The adventure continues with the rest of the boxes, and we are soon to find out those hold the best items of all... jewelry boxes with GOLD!

I love that you always think of your family when you see something that they would like
Janna Hates it!
Toilet Water is an "old timey" term for perfume. The kind of perfume you would buy at the Dime Store. Ha Ha
There can be chopsticks at times that are worth hundreds or thousands of dollars most look different than your average chopsticks and some are specialty commissioned and done by artist and it also depends on what kind of wood they use
The little kitchen tool at 41:45 is a citrus zester, for cutting small twists of the peel to go into recipes.
The black purse from china is probably silk. It just needs to be Re-glued.
I truly admire your consistent positive (Godly, not sanctimonious) attitude and work ethic. A great model for all of us. It may look like "luck" but a wise person once told me "the harder I work the luckier I get" - fits you to a tee!
Thanks so much! I love that saying too.
@@LockerNuts 1989 giants cap with the pins on it... isnt that the rattle of the bay? The earthquake that shook up the world series. Collector item for sure!
Oh my goodness, those 45s are some of the same I found when I was cleaning out my Mom’s house. I grew up listening to that music!
the earrings aren't broken. they're threaders. the smooth part goes through the lobes and the twisted parts are supposed to dangle down. loveeee that pearl pendant!!
I was just about to say the same!
Florida water is a cologne.
Adorable cat pins😊
You are so funny I didn't know you had never heard of toilette water. It's a sort of perfume. Just ask Janna. Great video. So happy you found all that gold yes
There is a scale of fragrance, from strongest to weakest, perfume, eau de cologne, eau de toilette.
I brought a salt and pepper shakers that I thought were plastic and turned out to be ivory . I paid 25 cents the sold for $850
Fire King is very collectible Jack! That small utensil is a cirus peeler so you can get good twists of rind.
Yay, I love watching your flea markets and seeing your mom!
42:12 is an Ah So - you were right, it is a wine opener! Just for very old wine where the cork might be damaged and need to be removed more gently.
Beautiful jewelry!❤ Nice find.
Hi Jack that is what you use to make zest that thing with the little holes, example orange zest or lemon.🇯🇲
Amazing finds lots of amazing treasure.U score really well with the jewelry. The ring with those beautiful stones is very pretty.Have a wonderful time at the Flea Market. Have a wonderful day and be safe.
Always keep a deep fryer in the guest bathroom, you never know when a guest will need some chicken wings, lol!
I learn new things every day! LOL.
I loved this unit great finds with the jewellery. I love how organised you are x
Awesome video of an awesome dude going through an awesome locker. If I was your mom I would snag onto some of those 45's. Give her and family my love. smooch on cheeks hugs and many many prayers.
Thanks so much Deborah! My mom did find a bunch of records she wanted, along with one of those cool record cases. I love it!
I lol’ed so hard at the “toilet water”! It’s eau de toilette.
That end table was cool beautiful detailing
lol on the "toilet water!" Eau de toilette is just a less intense form of perfume. It has nothing to do with toilets. The name comes from way back when "toilette" meant freshening up.
I am a Locker Nut JUNKIE. I check back 3 or 4 times a day for new videos. Thanks Jack, for the entertainment you provide.
Thanks so much Maria! I’ll do my best to keep the supply flowing LOL
This was a great locker. So much fun seeing what was in it.
Hi Jack i hope you doing well and you find looot of goooood stuff. Much love from Europe-Austria
Sweet! You hit it big with the gold. Congrats. 😊
Thanks!
I collect 45s!!! For my jukebox!
That toilet water had me scratching my head!!
I have a table that would match the little wooden cabinet.. To bad I live in Oregon.. Great stuff today..
The little black utensil with the small holes is a zester ... for cutting lemon or lime peel.
Back in the Victorian times, and even further back, when a Lady was having a bath, they would say that she was having her toilet. After she bathed, she would put on the "toilet water" or maybe even pour some of it into her bath. It wasn't meant to be deragatory.
Toilet water is the literal translation of Eau de Toilette (toilette = grooming), which is a very light fragrance.
Looks like pee water. They might consider changing the name LOL.
Toilet water and that purse falling apart so funny 😃
I'm 76 years old and Fire King was around when I was young, so it is vintage.
Beautiful jewelry boxes
YAY! Got to watch this one - will catch up on the others now too!
"Cut the cake" by AWB (the Scottish group Average White Band) dates back to (I think) 1978 or thereabouts. Very popular band here in the UK at the time.
Loved this storage unit. Well done Jack.
The surface products board is the piece that was cut out of a coutertop to install the sink. They usually leave that behind for the customer to use as a cutting board.
I love the AT&T necklace with the seed pearls.
Good night Locker Nuts 🥜❤️🥜❤️🥜❤️
Fire king good. Gold
Make sure the clear glass pyrex pieces might have been the lid for the fire king piece
I wish I could get to your markets.
Your fast-forwards always tickle my funny bone!---WWF is the World Wildlife Fund...on that snowglobe.
Toilet water - eau de toilette. Florida Water is OLD SCHOOL. Think barber shop, bay rum etc. It smells good. The beanie baby was a tiger, and like any boxed cat it tried to escape! Dragon boats are a Chinese New Year thing. Requires open water. BTW - earrings that are gold in the front with silver-colored posts are automatically costume. The lacquer jewlery box was made in Japan for export. 36:02 TEST that inlaid bracelet. I've found plenty of Alpaca ones and zero silver ones. If it says sterling it may be beach jewelry - aka fake. 36:21 Thai sterling. No question. The greenies were probably copper solder 41:43 lemon zester. Another unknown was a garlic press. Take the small corner chest thingie to the vintage market; it was made to hold a Victrola. It's a legitimate antique.
41:43 that is a lemon zester
You need to put the strainer back into the batch with the live auction those are really cool use one all the time
Commonwealth Picker (Kevin) just had a video where he picked up 3 of the same 45 carriers/holders.
Old Anchor Hocking/Fire king is collectable.
Wow Jack what a great locker!! Congrats on finding gold! 💍
Thanks 👍
A nice vintage '90s Christmas ornament handmade
Commonwealth Picker had some of those 45 records and containers on his Last video. Just the containers were $20-$25 on ebay I do believe. He was gonna put the records in his antiques booth.
I love that little table I wished I lived close by but I'm along ways by I'm in Mississippi love your videos
Really enjoy your videos. When I was a child back in the dark ages, people referred to cheaper fragrances as toilet water. Go figure.
Dark ages LOL
Eau de toilettte
WOW!!!!! What a locker!!! The NASA folder looks intriguing!!!!! That stand could be used for a printer. AWESOME video.
Don't throw the socks away (at 23:50) because sometimes people keep jewerly inside it.
The gateway cow is prolly a gateway computer souvenir.
From my generation, toilet water was a diluted perfume. Kids could afford toilet water to give Mom for Christmas!
Wow, that turned out very nice.
Yep. Had fun!
Some nice finds there, love the pins.
Missed you at De Anza yesterday.
Thanks! Yeah, we had some family schedule conflicts, plus the forecast suggested potential rain, so we decided to skip this month. Hope to be back next month!
The Coke ornaments and stuff are quite collectible and the furniture piece should go to better market. You’ll get more for it. Just dust it off. 🙏🏻❤️
haha toilet water is perfume. it comes from the french "eau de toilette". it's like scented water.
“Toilet water” is a bad translation of “Eau de toilette”. It means perfume. Toilette in French means your fixing yourself up for the day. The expression is very old (like Middle Ages or older), but it’s still used today. Anglophones think this is hilarious because the connotations attached to the word toilet has changed in English, but not in French.
What a great locker this is. I still have my golden yellow 45 case filled with records from 1967 on.
I just recently watched the Commonwealth Picker video where he bought three of those record cases. They were all full of records, like these are.
That thing you showed after the German Cleaver is for scrapping rind of lemons
DeAnza the little antique furniture piece
That fire king dish is old. Good find
Eau de toilette… French for perfume/ cologne that you splash on. Eau de parfum is the perfume that is concentrated and you only need a few drops
Don't forget to check the little tiny earring backs a lot of times they can be gold
That little stick with the tiny holes on the end is for scraping coconut
Those Rayon Sarongs are great for summer or costumized pajamas
Nice score! Avon Belvedere goes on my tree every year for years!
That little cabinet looks to be an antique. It should go to the good market
God bless you Jack and thank you for sharing your videos I really do appreciate watching you and it makes time go by quicker thank you
Always enjoy your video's and Monday nights : )
Toilet water is like Eau de Toilette only usually a very light fragrance and the scent doesn't last so long. I remember my grandmothers always had toilet water (much cheaper back then than perfume).
P.S. Old ladies weren't always old ladies and (from what I've heard) some stay "active" well into old age 😉😆
Hi, I sold promo items for 25 years, I used to have a booth at the local fair souvenir booth, I sold ts, hats, coffee mugs, hoodies, I also sold Peter Grimm hats, they were my biggest seller, cowboy hats were huge sellers. Every color, but pink cowboy hats were sold out first day... Peter Grimm hats are amazing...
In fact, in the 40's I bought gallons of Evening in Paris toilet water and powder for my Mom! You could get a three piece set ... powder, toilet water and cologne for a buck! 🤣
That yellow jewelry box w/the black stripes might be 1930s Bakelite and worth something. The little yellow ring in the drawer might also be Bakelite.
Thanks!
@@LockerNuts Might also be celluloid. There are tests for all of that online. www.mafca.com/downloads/Fashions/Articles/Celluloid-or-Bakelite-2017-11.pdf
Toilet water- fancy perfume!
Serving set in box is likely nickel bronze wear from Thailand. Lots of it came home with or was mailed home by Viet Nam era vets.
I think those 45 RPM record cases came in 5-6 different colors. I have 2 blue ones stored away and had a yellow one. They probably sale in $ 25-30 @ range.
The hand tool with the little circles at the top is a zester You scrape it across a lemon to get the zest off
@ 39:16 the 45 holders. Just seen Commonwealth Picker snag those exact same record holders at a flea market sale* Funny video- he wanted to buy just the cases and they were full of 45 records he didnt really want to buy. It was hilarious seeing him negotiate for just those cases, but in the end he bought cases with the records). They are worth about $30.00 each. Very vintage and very collectible! This locker paid out! Great stuff!
Toilet water is an old fashioned word for a lightly scented perfume 🤣
Hello from Chiang Mai! It's the French nuts!
A very clean locker that ends in gold is a hit!
After the dump that was the previous locker, it's nice to see such a locker!
We are waiting for the sequel!
Check those ticket stubs. The Giants played in the WS in 2002 losing to the Angels, right in your wheel house there. Won it all in 2010, 12 and 14. WS tickets sell ok.
Love that necklace
Great locker. It was great even before the gold, when you didn't come across any skidmarks. 😄
I agree! The gold just topped it off. I was really thankful for this one from the start.
Glad to see you found some good stuff
Toilet water s a light or diluted form of perfume. You hear about it mostly in old movies now.
Toilet water is watered-down cologne.
That Tupperware tumbler insulator with the strap is worth $25. There was other nice Tupperware as well.
That little candle holder actually holds the little brown thing you unwrapped first. Put essential oil in it with water and put a tea lite candle on the base
Great locker! So nicely packed! May I ask a favor? Would it be possible to go back to the larger printouts of the comps, please? I have a difficult time seeing the prices and info on the more recent comps. Thanks for making it so fun!
It’s funny, most of the stuff I like, like the folder of NASA stuff, will probably be pitched lol
