Just wanted to comment and thank you for having such a classy channel. I was watching another picker that picked up a unit of an older lady that passed away and her adult kids didn’t want it so he bought it and the entire video he shamed the kids as he found things “wow i cant believe the kids didn’t want the family photos” “i cant believe they gave up years of family heirlooms” “these kids probably have so much money they dont even need this locker” etc and people in the comments were really judgmental and i felt like it was the mentality of the youtuber is why. Like zero compassion. I didn’t subscribe and i didn’t finish the video. Ironically the first 10 boxes he opened were dollar store Christmas items from 20 years ago. It was clear from the locker that this lady was probably a hoarder and that would make a lot of sense why the kids didn’t or couldn’t take it on. It was like a 10 by 30 with about 200 boxes. I really appreciate your non judgemental attitude to families when they decide not to purchase the same lockers and I appreciate that you offer to return the photos and personal affects. I like how you stay respectful of the situations as they come. Stay classy 😎✌🏻
Thanks so much! I do try to show respect the prior owners and their families, but sometimes it is hard. We do see some dark stuff in some of the lockers... stuff that I won't show on a family channel... and it's tough to not get jaded some days. But I try to focus on the positive things that I find on these owners, and imagine what kind of person they might have been. We've been blessed to occasionally purchase lockers owned by exceptional people, and it puts my own life in comparison and that's humbling.
Jack, you have the most phenomenal luck. I truly enjoy each and every video you upload just to watch your own enjoyment in finding out what secrets the lockers are hiding. You, sir, are a refreshing family-friendly star on RUclips. Looking forward to the next video. Much love.
You do know that the yeti came to you after getting a spiritual recharge from the church service. 😎✝ no luck involved. I wish others would be wise enough to realize that these days we live in, as my wonderful grandmother told me in the 80s that eventually there will come a time that the ones that are zillionares will trade places with those of us who treasure the smaller, simpler things in life. Gotta love and respect it no doubt, brother ✌
@Locker Nuts I just realized my typo from a reply. Fat fingers make for slide keyboard mistakes. I can admit an accidental mistake when it occurs. My bad, brother. 🤷♂️⬆️🙏🏻
Always wonder the back story must have been a 30 something yr old person that owned this locker. Small in size but packed with quality items! Congratulations! Be Well Be Safe & Stay Blessed.
I love your organization techniques... I buy at estate sales, and auctions, and use a very similar style. Only I use heavyweight bankers boxes because I can't lift heavy boxes.
I learn quite a lot from watching your locker cleanouts. I now feel educated on high-end model trains and in this one I learned all about the equipment used in mountain biking. I don't live in an area where that is a popular sport. Why did they disassemble the bike with the pedals and seat removed? Do different types of pedals or seats make a difference in how the bike responds? The random fork and spoon with all the tools and soccer things was funny. I suppose you never know when you might need your own utensils.
The Kirkland pots might be from Kirkland Home Store. Costco Kirkland Italian-made pans have a thick layer of copper layered in the bottom and are much higher quality. Just want to keep you out of a little trouble. My wife now watches since you cut the beard and hair and "are much better looking". We both like your high energy videos.
The Yakima tool is roof rack or bike rack. Most of the tools are probly collected to work on bikes. The helmets run about 70 to 120. The jerseys about 100 to 200 depending on graphic. Team affiliations run higher. The problem you have is he didn't isolate the hardware to the bike component. I'd almost just put it in a package for auction.
To lock or not that big long cylinder tube that you found with that material inside it's for metal bars and tires like rims to make your rims stand out more instead of being ordinary it'll make it look more fancy

Hey Jack- One if the amazing things about craftsman is the lifetime warranty. All you have to do is take it to any store that sells craftsman tools ace or lowes or whatever and they will give you a brand new one. Fiskars is the same. No proof of purchase required just the wrench.
Thanks so much! I didn't realize that. I need to do it, as I have a large complete set (wife bought it for me before the locker adventures), and that's the only one missing/broken. I appreciate it!
Hi Jack. I'm in San Jose. That bug may have been a cricket (a noiseless cricket). We have them plenty out here. They're from the same cockroach family, only they have shorter legs, and can't climb. If they get inside, you see them run along the baseboard and floor. If you open the upper kitchen cabinet and some fall out, they are roaches. Love your videos, hope to meet you at DeAnza sometime.
I haven't heard Metal Mulisha in ages... That's the group Brian Deegan created in the early 2000's I think? He did dirtbike stunts during X-Games and stuff. Metal Mulisha was well-known back then. Dunno if it's valuable though, but someone like me from that time period would buy it.
Great Video as usual! POC are cyclists shades depending on style $90+ (new) and double sided V-style clip pedals $150+ (new). Husband is cyclists 🤗. Cyclists gear can be costly not to mention the bikes!
Jack - you are not lucky - God is blessing you. I watch your videos and am often struck by the thought - where are these people, what caused them to leave a locker like this. It's not a bunch of rubbish - it is good quality. Those toys looked like a nice find too. Blessings to you and your family.
Holy moly. Bags r us ! Thanks for showing us this assortment of biking stuff! Fast video !!!! Had me lil dizzy! So happy for your find! I need that dremel!
Keep that Yeti. You work hard and need that for going to the markets. Cold drinks and food. Real Tupperware is very expensive. I use to sell it back in the late 70’s and it wasn’t cheap then but now! Costly!
Hello from the french nuts in Chiang Mai. Another great video for my breakfast! Great Locker with lots of quality stuff... It's nice to finish a locker like this... I'm waiting for the next one which seems to be a garage sales...
Ohhh i want your job, looks so fun. Älskar att städa ur hem. Önskar min kropp hade klarat sånt. Här i Sverige går alla sådana förråd till dom som äger förråden. Hoppas du kan översätta Hugs from Sweden. Verry Nice stuff 🇸🇪😍🇸🇪
Hi Jack Happy Wednesday my friend. Got the MTG Stuff and i am super super pleased. Thanks for the quick shipping and excellent items! Enjoy your week. Ok, back to watching the video.
Wow ,Jack if I saw this video before the De Anza flee market, I wouldn't have any money left for my vacation .Thanks for taking the time to talk to a fan. Hit the like button 👍 🤪 to keep track of what videos you have already seen. Hello from the high desert in Phelan CA.
Thanks so much for coming to see us, I really appreciate it! It was great to put a face with the name, and soon you'll be in that flea market video so everyone else will get to meet you too LOL.
That Yeti cooler is at least $250. Such a clean unit and great stuff. I'm a new subscriber..I'm really enjoying watching the things you find. Edit: I love when you get excited about finding coins..lol.. I do the same thing. I've gotten my grandchildren excited about finding coins also to put in their piggy banks. I watched a video where you said you don't beat people down on their prices since so many people do..it's for that reason I no longer have garage sales here in S. Florida..too many people want everything for almost nothing. Or they try to steal items. I'm done.
Hello from Wisconsin. Just. HIT my 2 year membership but have been watching longer.😃. That ice (heat) pack is a really nice one don't chuck it. I bought that exact same one about 10 years ago at a fair for about 10$ and can't find another one like it. I use it for my migraines 3 to 4 times a week. It held up so well. My writing is off of it otherwise I'd contact the company to buy another. Keep the videos coming. I love watching the auctions but bidding goes to high. To many with deep pockets. Lol. Much love to you and the family.❤❤
I do not have that app to reply about winning. Is there another way I can contact you?? No worries if the message I got was not legit. Love your videos!
We had a situation I'm New Zealand here where someone brought an online auction for a storage unit. They found a few suitcases of dead bodies. We are not sure how many bodies.. all over the news here
The bike items, sunglasses and pads are md/hi dollar, do you have A" play it again Sam?" Store to sell sports items? You should get good money for them don't go too cheap. Cuisinart 6 qt pressure cooker sells for $110.00 new. I'm sure you could sell the good kids jackets in your auction. Yeti 24 retails for $250.00. Dremel 4000, is high power, $100.00
Jack I had to laugh when you said you were sweating like a dog! That would mean you weren’t sweating at all since dogs don’t sweat they pant! LOL. I know I’m being smart! Sorry just couldn’t resist!
The bike parts should move really fast, i had to wait four months for a new set of gears in January, due to the supply chain issues. Thankfully my local bicycle smith could make some temporary repairs to keep me pedeling in the mean time.
This one was really interesting. I saw a comment about jail. Death or deportation are also possible. This doesn’t look like someone who purposely abandoned their locker, and if jail could have had someone sell everything. Very few personal possessions.
LOL, quite the opposite. I try to get them to take stuff, but they are really picky about what they keep out of lockers. To them, it's almost like locker stuff has a stigma to it. For me, I happy keep and/or wear my locker finds because it's like a trophy. I wish they'd keep more, because that would mean we'd need to buy less, and ultimately I'll sell it after their done with it anyway.
I keep thinking that there have to be some sad stories behind these abandoned lockers with so much valuable stuff. This guy was obviously an avid biker and spent a lot of money on biking equipment. What happened to make him leave it behind?
agreed..a person that spends this kind of money doesn't just choose to stop payment..one theory I have though is that payment gets put on auto-pay, something happens with that auto-pay to make it stop making payments..and then the storage facility is unable to reach the customer for whatever reason..I'm willing to bet this happens a lot..
I asked the facility manager, because I'm always curious, and she said she didn't know but thinks he may have been deported. I did find some government documents, I think from Mexico, which could have been a birth certificate or something, but then he also had a California driver's license, so I doubt he was undocumented.
Even though everyone says keep the Yeti I think you’ll sell it. Both you and Janna will get excited over different items but then next thing they are for sale. Being older I think it’s a shame that you won’t have any great items to show for your hard work like any of the scrolls, ships, etc. At the end of the day to actually buy them would be a lot of money compared to what little you gained from some of them. Sorry, it’s just what I’m thinking.
Just wanted to comment and thank you for having such a classy channel. Thanks so much TJ! I think my luck runs out on the next few lockers, LOL, but yesterday I was working on one that's turning out surprisingly good.
The harder you work the luckier you get
Keep that Yeti! You deserve it for all your hard work! Thanks so much for sharing 💜
Still amazes me what people leave in lockers.
Me too!
Most of the locker owners get put in prison and can’t pay so it’s up for sale
The skinny backpack at 20:00 is meant to hold the new water pack/siphon you found for biking.
You do know that the yeti came to you after getting a spiritual recharge from the church service. 😎✝ no luck involved. The POC glasses are for cycling. Sold comps on eBay around $20
Depends on which model and lenses, some go for up to $150.
they were fake...Those ones he has are official. $180-220 new. They look in like new cont!!
Jack, keep the Yeti. You've wanted one, go ahead and enjoy it. I'd have been in heaven with that locker, lots of great outdoor gear.
Check the cycle shoes for style of cleat. Sell the compatible pedals with the shoes. It's either that or remove cleats from shoes.
Always wonder the back story must have been a 30 something yr old person that owned this locker. Small in size but packed with quality items! Congratulations! Be Well Be Safe & Stay Blessed.

Always great to see the valuables you get along with Flea market items Jack. One of the hardest working locker buyers out there.
Thanks so much Ellen!

Great point!

At Lowe's hardware.
Jack: are you sending out messages? Or is someone hacking your page?

"I might keep that" a phrase often heard on reselling channels on youtube.
Congrats on finding the yeti cooler. You definitely had the yeti vibs!☮️💜 fun treasure hunt.
The specialized helmet would go good with my specialized bike.
I LIKE HOW YOU SHOW THE ORGANIZED CLIPS. I KNOW YOUR KEEPING SOME THINGS. LIKE THE YETI...YOU DESERVE IT.
@UCemOdepsOj-yeBYiLdytr1Q what does that mean
Hey jack I need you to tell me how do I get to the site where I can look at the things? Thanks
Note - Craftsman tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets and drivers etc)are guaranteed for life ...
That one bag had tie down straps, a blender, and sanding pads. Would make for an interesting date night.

Thanks!

The bike items, sunglasses and pads are md/hi dollar, do you have A" play it again Sam?" Store to sell sports items? You should get good money for them don't go too cheap. Excellent locker this guy had taste
poc glasses range from $50 - 200 depends on type
Jack I had to laugh when you said you were sweating like a dog! That would mean you weren’t sweating at all since dogs don’t sweat they pant! LOL. I know I’m being smart! Sorry just couldn’t resist!
The bike parts should move really fast, i had to wait four months for a new set of gears in January, due to the supply chain issues. Thankfully my local bicycle smith could make some temporary repairs to keep me pedeling in the mean time.
Keep the Yeti Jack !!
This one was really interesting. I saw a comment about jail. Death or deportation are also possible. This doesn’t look like someone who purposely abandoned their locker, and if jail could have had someone sell everything. Very few personal possessions.
That walking stick is for hiking.
Question: How do you keep the wife and kids from snatching up everything you were planning on selling?
LOL, quite the opposite. I try to get them to take stuff, but they are really picky about what they keep out of lockers. To them, it's almost like locker stuff has a stigma to it. For me, I happy keep and/or wear my locker finds because it's like a trophy. I wish they'd keep more, because that would mean we'd need to buy less, and ultimately I'll sell it after their done with it anyway.
Keep your yeti, just cover it with beach towel and no one will know! 😁
Awesome!
Great vídeo! Greetings from Spain
great score on glasses
I had to come back.. what is your fav crystal light flavor? I only drink peach ice tea. And what makes it a church shirt? Enquiring mind need to know.
Strawberry lemonade for me. My church shirts are usually button up, but I try to keep them separate from work so they don't get ruined.
37:31 Carbon fiber?
I think the kids' clothes might do well at the market this time of year since it is back to school season.
Great point!
POC biker sunglasses sell for $100 new
Football helmets are worth anywhere from $300 to $1500!
You just love finding change lol

I asked the facility manager, because I'm always curious, and she said she didn't know but thinks he may have been deported. I did find some government documents, I think from Mexico, which could have been a birth certificate or something, but then he also had a California driver's license, so I doubt he was undocumented.
You Take that Craftsman wratchet in and they’ll replace the gears.
Thanks! I forgot about their warranty.
Hi Locker Nuts 🥜💞
You make me laugh ! Love your sense of humor. Keep the Yetti cooler .. we have one just like it - it's great, just like your video!

Wow, nice items for the market.
Locker Nuts, I'm guessing that's not really you right?
on closer inspection that Marin Mountain Bike is like $3000
You asked,(sorta) and the Lord giveth. Congratulations on the Yeti cooler.
