I continue to be amazes. Every box/bag in these lockers averages out to $1-2000 each. You are so respectful of the items and the owners. Appreciate your energy and knowledge Jack. Thanks.
That Mancini album brought back memories. When I was a Senior in high school, Mancini came to the State Fair of Texas. Our choir hosted the TMEA (Texas Music Educators Assn.) day at the Fair. Henry Mancini directed my choir at a show there. We sang songs he wrote! (That was 56 years ago).
When you are on eBay, if you take your oldest listed items and end listings and then to to the ended listings section and select the ones you just ended and click sell similar. They will all be like new listings again! it only took me 5 minutes to do over 200 of my oldest listings. It keeps all the pictures and descriptions so you don't have to do anything but click a few buttons. I just learned this the other day and have sold a ton of old stuff that has been listed for a long time!! Just thought I would share...
The trains, plains and automobiles are the money-makers, but I am enjoying the variety of goods that you are finding. Looking forward to the subsequent videos on this unit.
Junk is defined as things that you can't use and can't sell. Thank you for these videos, I've been binge watching while trying to get over a nasty bug my son brought home from work.
Sargent Pepper with Peter Frampton & the Bee Gees was a film they made together using the Beatles soundtrack. Tackyish, but good at the same time xx. All the best UK 🇬🇧
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video. I have a great admiration for this man and the fact he wanted to set up a working train museum. He would have been a very interesting man to have a conversation with. I’m sure he’s looking down and very happy with the respect and care you have demonstrated with dealing with both his storage lockers.
The small, half-circle wood table is a vintage telephone table. Every house had them. The phone sits on top and the middle held all the telephone books.
Those little RAF cards in the frame were given with cigarettes, you collected whole different series in the 30s 40s 50s and 60s here in the UK. Very collectable especially framed like that Jack.
I’m glad you’re getting a wider variety of non-train items, as they give us a wider picture of the man himself. Despite what you have told us about him, he has remained rather one-dimensional. The more personal items are bringing him more to life. He had such an interesting life I’m enjoying this very much
Long time viewer, first time commentor. Your train lockers have driven home what my faith has always told me which is the opposite of this old saying. "He who dies with the most toys wins!" Praying he found faith before his death as even though he may have been one of those who died with the most toys, I would say you are the winner in his dying with those toys.
I don't know if he was a believer, but he sent his kids to a Christian school, so it is likely. I hope he is heaven, and happy at how his collection is being seen and enjoyed here on RUclips.
The kings of Egypt tried to take it all with them, and failed. The people who live on after you will always take the stuff you tried to hang on to and use it in ways you'd never have wanted, that's just the way things work. Life is for the living, as are its benefits like, well, stuff.
Sergeant peppers lonely heart club band was a movie that featured Peter Frampton Beatles, Aerosmith and Billy Preston and multiple other artists. That’s 💰
I've been watching a bunch of your videos and find you pleasant to watch. A suggestion for your upcoming season to stay cool would be to invest in cooling towels you can pick up at your local Lowes or Home Depot. I have several and they are soooo nice on hot days. Keep up the great videos. Thank you
The Sgt Pepper's LHCB album is actually a soundtrack double album to a film they released in 1978, with a story based on the songs of the Beatles with all the songs sung by various other singers and bands. Aerosmith did a great cover of Come Together and Steve Martin does a fun cover of Maxwell's Silver Hammer. The film was trying to cash in on both the success of the movie Grease and the success of the Bee Gees from Saturday Night Fever. It flopped. Hard. But it's worth a watch once if you're a Beatles fan or a fan of Frampton.
Guess I have to wait til next time to see what's in the longmont box. That's from where I was born and raised and we had a big train and hobby store there.
I was surprised to see he was class of 80 all the his time I was thinking it was someone in their 80’s. I like that this one has some other misc items in it. I just had an auction with KGB trains and 250 Easton press books that went very well.
Me too was thinking the same but if that was college it would make him about 74, I am the same age so it was easy for me to figure, think I would have liked this man very interesting
The cropping style is a scrapbooking bag. They were popular about 20 years ago. They go for quite a bit on eBay.. I haven't seen them in quite a long time. They usually sell them in the scrapbook stores.
Interesting to eye the remainder of what this gentleman stored. I am happy for you that you are the one that purchased this. Be careful to be humble and not to get caught up in wha may appear to be greed.. you do such a wonderful job with the narrative. I wish you continued success.. it is sad when someone loses their possessions and are obtained and resold by another…. Interesting and entertaining to watch but still sad….
Hey that shuttle picture is actually worth something. It's a picture of the first shuttle launch and the reason I know this is because it is the only time a shuttle has ever launched with a white tank. The paint was so heavy that they eliminated any other paint jobs on those tanks for every other launch.
Wow I'm watching you at the beginning of this video and you walk past a box that says Longmont Colorado IBM well that's where I live and I used to build products for IBM paraphernalia and cabling a long time ago as I'm way past my prime now. Really enjoy your programs
Jack, I’m not into trains but I am so happy for you and your family. This locker isn’t as nice as the first one but you still hit the ball out of the park on this one. Congratulations again!
I truly enjoy your Channel. Yours & Treasure Hunting with Jebus I watch every episode. I’m a bit of a treasure hunter too so you make me feel like I’m digging through these lockers right along with ya. 😊. I also enjoy the fact you sort through them by keeping things as clean and organized as you can.
Hi from England. The framed cards are most likely out of cigarettes called Woodbines, which were really popular pre ww2. There were lots of different sets to collect, and there was one card in each pack of 10 Woodbines. If you have the complete set of planes, and it looks like you have, you might want to get them valued to sell in a specialist UK auction.
I don’t know what happened, I actually came to see if you and your family were ok, I’m not getting notified when a video comes out. I had no idea you are on the 3rd video! Very odd but I’m glad you guys are ok!
Also check for first editions in all those books, usually i don't check either unless it's a well known title, very old one, or in cases like this where you know the person is wealthy.
I wasn't seeing any videos and it seems YT put me on personalized... Just dawned on me today i hadn't seen any vids in awhile. Set to all again... Good luck digging !
Don’t know if it’s been mentioned to you before but have you ever thought of reaching out to Sir Rod Stewart (I’m sure he’s famous in USA as well as here. He is an avid train collector and I’m sure his collection would love teaming up with your epic find! He has the money to be a No 1 buyer!! I’ve loved this train find series..
Jack those little train pieces (like signs etc) you might sell for a better price on EBay vs your live auctions. People that collect trains, ones that are just getting started, or even ones that have done it awhile would enjoy putting them with their collection. I would break them down into medium size lots.
There was a movie called Sargent Peppers Lonely Hearts Band it is probably the soundtrack for the movie The Bee Gees and Peter Frampton stared in the movie
For future reference the hand painted little boats should be listed eBay under train models. They have been hand made for coastal train display. They can be quite expensive to have made. 100’s not 1000’s.
Hi Jack. Do you have any veterans groups or senior centers that may like the books, pictures, etc., In your area? They may enjoy the donation instead of hauling it to the flea market. Thanks for sharing the adventures of these lockers.
I can't wait to see you opening each of the boxes you just preview. I think you should place the other life saver in a safe place so no critters can get to it first.
For sure! Both of the sabers are now at my home, safe from vermin. Unless we include my kids LOL. As soon as there is new batteries in them, I know they'll be playing with them.
Jack is back and I'm ready to Oooohhhh.
I continue to be amazes. Every box/bag in these lockers averages out to $1-2000 each. You are so respectful of the items and the owners. Appreciate your energy and knowledge Jack. Thanks.
signatures and money in those books.
Sgt Peppers Lonely Heart Club was a musical movie in the late 70’s with The Bee Gees and Peter Frampton.

Hello from Moosomin ,Saskatchewan, Canada Great videos you put out thanks for sharing.
The small, half-circle wood table is a vintage telephone table. Every house had them. The phone sits on top and the middle held all the telephone books.
More great finds. So happy for the Nut Family. 💖
Those little RAF cards in the frame were given with cigarettes, you collected whole different series in the 30s 40s 50s and 60s here in the UK. Very collectable especially framed like that Jack.
I love how you put the prices up as you're going through things.
Holy cow. Another winner! Def a self-raising desk there! This will be fun! 🙏🏼
Vinyl records need to be stored upright. They will get damaged from the pressure of being stacked. "Old enough to know from experience" lol

Blessings sent to all from the England. The Locker Nuts family is well deserving of getting this/these lockers! Salute 🙏 🇬🇧🇺🇸🇦🇺+ all!!
Thank you so much!
Thank you all for giving people hope and enjoyment for how you are as arbitrators of common courtesy and respectful manners in life. God bless.
Hello from South Carolina. Yes they deserve the blessings from this locker. ❤
high earning people sometimes have 90's "George" magazines , some are going for over $1,000 so keep an eye out
I really enjoyed watching you unbox these treasures
The nice tote that says “Crop . . .” I think is a scrapbooking tote. Maybe. I have a painting one like it. It’s awesome.

I was able to meet Kenny Loggins in person and had him autograph a cd of the TOP GUN soundtrack!!!
I’m so happy your giving the family a chance at their family photo albums.
Thank you once again!!!
Enjoying this continued saga Jack

When you went to the back, dust kept flying. I found myself trying to blow it away. LOLOL
Guess I have to wait til next time to see what's in the longmont box. That's from where I was born and raised and we had a big train and hobby store there.
Jack, those empty boxes! Remember you have loads off trains in the other locker without boxes! Maybe they match ;-)
I was surprised to see he was class of 80 all the his time I was thinking it was someone in their 80’s. I like that this one has some other misc items in it. I just had an auction with KGB trains and 250 Easton press books that went very well.

Those crop in style bags and the Fiskars cutter are valuable. Someone was a scrapbooker. My XXL was $150
The cropping style is a scrapbooking bag. They were popular about 20 years ago. They go for quite a bit on eBay.. I haven't seen them in quite a long time. They usually sell them in the scrapbook stores.
All that stuff and Redlines too. Impressive and unexpected.
Put the boats in the live auction! Great video! ^^

Jack has earned PhD model trains and miniatures!
Yep truly blessed. Loving this for sure. You all stay safe

I am boggled.
New T-shirt idea: "THIS IS MY LISTING - SOLD ONE ALREADY!"
Love this locker
I rode on the Orient Express, when I was 18 years old.
I don’t know what happened, I actually came to see if you and your family were ok, I’m not getting notified when a video comes out. I had no idea you are on the 3rd video! Very odd but I’m glad you guys are ok!
Literal treasure chest that is practically the size of my residence. These lockers were so amazing.
I just love this locker! Thanks so much for sharing 💜
Getting interesting!!!
Those crop n style bags are quite desirable, as they are well made. I would list on Ebay
I always hate to see it end. Looking forward for the next one.
Thinking a long way to go on this one.
Also check for first editions in all those books, usually i don't check either unless it's a well known title, very old one, or in cases like this where you know the person is wealthy.
Sell the model ships at your live auction.
I wasn't seeing any videos and it seems YT put me on personalized... Just dawned on me today i hadn't seen any vids in awhile. Set to all again... Good luck digging !

Those Royal Aircraft are tobacco cards
This is sooo wonderful and exciting ❣️❣️❣️. Love from Waco Texas
Check to see if that ELO album is on Blue Vinyl, that adds some value.
I wish you had included the graduation tassel in that lot also. Call me sentimental.
Jack those little train pieces (like signs etc) you might sell for a better price on EBay vs your live auctions. Love your content. Hi from the Netherlands.
Awesome! Thank you!
I love that you add comps. Congratulations on the finds of a lifetime.
The picture frame with all the little images of planes could be old cigarette cards
Thanks! I hope you're right.
If you find a Ghost Busters hot wheels car I call dibs on it for Jeremy Hales.
Hi Jack. Do you have any veterans groups or senior centers that may like the books, pictures, etc., In your area? They may enjoy the donation instead of hauling it to the flea market.
Thanks for sharing the adventures of these lockers.
I have 3 of the crop totes. If it wasn't so expensive to ship, I'd take that one from you too. They are great for my Mission Sewing Ministry.
Hello Jack
JACK. I LIKE THAT SHUTTLE PIC. IS THAT GOING TO YOU AUCTION??? THX
40:31 Quake is worth about $15. When you find a PC game worth over 1000+ dollars, then you will probably check everything :D
Besides buying storage units. It would cool if you offered to do estate cleanouts of houses for the relatives who cant handle it.
Maybe the parts and pieces is what are used when he ran his train to set up with his train set just a shot in the dark I thought I’d say
Sale those Lego instructions on EBay.
Those are cigarette cards of airplanes in the frame. They are collector items.
Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band is a soundtrack to a Movie of the same name.
Thanks! I didn't know that.
Let’s Go ready for an Adventure!
It's probably too late but you laid the paint brush on top of the packing paper in the garbage can. The paper was from the Luxor glassware.
Oh no! Maybe I tossed it. I was a bit perplexed it hasn’t turned up yet. Oh well, it came from a locker originally. I have a bunch more at home.
What did you do with the wooden tables/shelves? Lots of interesting stuff.
Could there have been an earthquake or two which knocked boxes and stuff off the shelfs? The other locker was so tidy by compariso
Hopefully you find a model of a jet fighter like the one in the up coming movie TOPGUN=MAVERICK
man that went by too fast!!!!
Please do not store the record albums flat! Store them as you found them.
Please store those LPs vertically.
What are you going to do with all the plastic bins? Small fortune in them right there my friend!!!
