- Introducing the new DIY RC Prop Controller Kit! I couldn't wait to share the first Version 1 unit as I test its basic functions. This will be a DIY kit with much of it soldered by the user (completed controllers will also be available).
Future upgrades will turn this into a complete puppeteering system that will allow you to program the servo movements of a character and have the routine stored on the receiver board. That can then be used as a stand alone, triggerable controller!

It is great to work with you Steve! We can't wait until we can release the RC Controller to the public!
I'm anxious to get it out in the hands of creators as well. What ways will they utilize the controller?

Hopefully this will hook folks into puppeteering and we can then transition them into your system.
This is pretty great, especially the recording feature.
I think that feature will be a game changer.
Great product. I believe you have just costed me more money as there is a slew of new projects I can do with this.
But it's money well spent on our hobby!

Will you be able to edit the recorded animation, fix minor movements, looping, etc?
The current plan is that it will a one time record session as we are pushing the memory storage available under the current plan. I have those types of features on the wish list but we will see. This plan for this controller is that it will be an entry level system for those interested in this type of control. Very cool controller.... is the range similar to a rc radio in 2.4
Range is dependent on which antenna you use. What range do you get using 2.4?
