I have been waiting literally my entire life for this! Ever since I was a kid in the 60's, I have been a huge fan of that raven that caws at you from the tree branch as you descend into the graveyard of Disneyland's Haunted Mansion. I am now just about to turn 60 years old and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to you for this kit! Somehow I will come up with enough dough to pick one up. Thank you! You are my Halloween Hero!

This is awesome, the details are just like the Mansions! I bet the Vampire teddy bears movement is kind similar to the crows head movements, except he doesn't have wings!

Are you releasing a new batch of raven kits soon? I keep going to my bookmarked order page and trying to order, and it's been saying, sold out after I enter my details on the Paypal payment page for a few months now. I can't wait! I also saw your comment about creating a parrot kit.. that would be so awesome too!

Very interesting haven't watched the video yet but I wanna build animatronics but I've never thought so deeply about animatronics I was comparing this to a bunch of things and how it works. Is there a kit with all the supplies to buy?

I have a couple questions about this.
Is the beak movement quick, can it easily sync to a fast series of movements smoothly, or one at a time?
And is there a downloadable fur pattern, for example if I wanted to use a different fabric or color on it?

The beak uses a Hitec HS-53 servo. I'd say it's pretty fast, but you can look up the specs and decide for yourself. I don't have downloadable patterns, but you can pretty easily trace them and transfer to whatever fabric you want. Watch the tutorial video part 4 to see that process.

Is this a good beginner animatronic project?
I think it depends on the person. I recommend watching the build videos on my channel here to decide if it's something you want to dive into.

Wow this is truly amazing. Wish I could afford this. How difficult is this to assemble? I've never made anything animatronic before
It's not too difficult, but there's definitely a learning curve if you've never built something like this before. You can watch the how to videos on my channel to see what the whole process is like.

what software do you use to code it and can somebody send the code for plz
Check out the product page. There is a link to a Resources folder that includes a sample script for Pololu Maestro (which is what I'm running here). I don't recommend loading that directly onto your bird without first checking that the limits of your servos are within the range of the movements in the sequence. I'd say it's better to look at that as an example.
