I absolutely love your workouts Heather! I have slowly been gaining strength and I can pick the right ones from all of your videos that my body can handle. I was paralyzed at the age of 19 from a failed back surgery and that led me down a really crazy life path. I am 38 now, almost 20 years later, and am using your videos to regain my strength and take my life back. I just want to say thank you so very much and let you know how much I appreciate all of your efforts going into your channel. You are truly one of the most classy female trainers I have ever seen on RUclips! And the most knowledgeable... but the class part is what I love. Can't stand seeing uber skinny girls doing yoga in barely any clothes claiming to be doing it for "me" to get a better body ha ha ha. You have such a perfect body! You are strong and feminine still, and I love that. I got my diet dialed in first due to some health problems and then started in December with some of your videos that are more beginner level. I am seeing great results and now can move up to more physically active videos and push myself a bit harder 🙌🏽 I can play with my kids outside without severe pain or strain and struggle! I've been following your workouts since covid and I am not the one to stick to something consistently for so long. you have done so much more for me mentally than physically. I set 3 goals at the beginning of the year and I've accomplished 2 of them in the past 10 weeks - running a 10k in one hour flat and one unassisted strict pull-up. Last goal is still a work in progress - 1 clapping push-up. Hopefully by the end of the year. 💪
I hope people realize how well put together this workout is really. It's the perfect combo of moves. And, that many moves in one workout. Thanks Heather. You're always pushing us without us even realizing it!

I'm 55 a have made it this far! Even though I have worked out for years, Menopause was kicking me around so I decided to take control. Hormone replacement therapy, intermittent fasting and stepping up my workouts have resulted in a fitter, healthier and stronger me. It was a challenge at first but I'm keeping up with you now! Thank you!!😊
Oh my, gosh is right. Thank you for a program I can do even with an injured shoulder. I modified, used lighter weights, and still burned a LOT of calories and am dripping in “liquid awesomeness.” I am amazed at the flexibility I have gained. My 76 yo body thanks you! You are the BEST! Thank you! ❤

Running on very less sleep for the past two nights. Chose to stop after 30 minutes and sat out two exercises and paused more. Listened to my body. And I am proud of it. Liked the video so I can come back later on full charge. I could have completed but chose not to; worried I won't get sleep again tonight if I work up too much now after sunset. So cooling down now after 30 minutes. Feeling normal. Feeling great. Broke a lil sweat. Not tired. Feeling good. Happy i decided to pull a session this evening despite the lack of sleep. Way to go HRs! ❤🎉

Thanks for this one! I love no repeats; this is a great one to bookmark. This was a challenge and I got sweaty for sure. Feel accomplished. Since I started, I am much stronger. I went from not even being able to go all the way down on one lunge to much much better on lunges…though I have more work to do yet to keep up with you lunge for lunge. I also am more accomplished with the fast-paced moves. I keep up with you better as each workout passes. My goal is to finish strong and start another program right away … and maybe make some time for some added flexibility routines daily.
What a great way to finish week 10!! 🎉 Loved this no repeat workout, every muscle working, and heart rate was up!! Saving it to my favorites! (burned 256 cals on my fitbit)

I love incorporating lighter weights for HIIT, it really bumps up the muscle activation and the heart rate! Amazing feeling afterwards🥰. I was out of breath by 3rd exercise(first circuit). I had to take more than 15 sec rest time in between some of the exercises and by the first few exercises of 2nd circuit I had jelly legs 🥵🥵. Ready for week 11😇.
Wow, that was crazy. My heart rate barely got under 160. Lots of sweat, few time to catch the breathe. I had to some pauses but even with them it was hard to push through. Loved some of the new moves though. That was a grand finale of the week again :D
This was a tough one! Made it through with some extra rest and some modifications, but I didn’t give up! Most importantly, what am I gonna do in two weeks when it’s over 😢
