@@xenomorphbiologist-xx1214 Eh, not as sexy as the 787, but still really attractive. The A350 looks a bit more “BOXY” to me, and the 787 has more curvy shapes with the wings, fuselage and the interior and the large curved overhead bins 😍💖 (I know the A350 also has a modern sexy interior as well, but less curvy shapes) and the fact that the 787-9 is smaller than the A350s and 777s but has such long range also pretty sexy.
@@xenomorphbiologist-xx1214 I also think the CURVY Boeing Sky Interior also looks SEXIER than the “BOXY” Airbus Airspace Interiors on the NEO planes and A350
I Love to watch these with my ear phones in place. It gives the experience a more personal feeling. I Have flown before and miss it. THANKS for uploading this. Brings back wonderful memories.
Glad I could make your day just a little better! This has been my goal since I started this site nearly 5 years ago! Thank you for watching and for your kind comments!
Sir. Your Very Welcome. Flying is one of those few experiences that can not be matched by too many other human endevours. Thankfully WE who rarely if ever get the oppurtunity to do so are fortunate to have wonderful folks like you to keep the experince and memories alive. Keep up the good work BUT. GOD be with you and keep you safe during your journies.
I fly from Atlanta to South Africa using the 777-200lr, I love these monsters! The 777 family is the only aircraft I feel truly safe on and have full respect for!
That engine is a real piece of engineering by GE. 110, 000 pounds of thrust, virtually indestructible and when at altitude, a real fuel saver. That motor is as big around as the fuselage of the 737. But alas, no doubt the geared turbine will replace this great engine. Just a matter of time before we are looking at these and saying wow are they old.
The channel has really come a long way! I've continued to learn about the best ways to film and produce quality videos! Thanks for your support every step of the way! Here's to 5,000 more!
It seems great! My cousin has been on Singapore Airlines A380, he said he loved it! My home airport is Boston, and BA flies 777-200ER planes out of there.
Nice video. Good, steady camera work. Does anyone have any idea of the RPM's on these engines during take off and at cruising speed? I have no idea, but would think in the hundreds of thousands?
I knew they were used on the international routes, just didn't know they flew it on that route. I assumed they used on the 737 or 757 or 767 on those routes (: very interesting!
lburgess the engine blades and the camera shutter were working at basically at the same speed so it appeared that the engine had stopped but it just matched with the camera
Do you know if Delta is going 10 across in economy on the 777? DL is reducing the business class from 45 seats to 38 seats and increasing economy from 224 seats to 254 seats, total seat count increases from 269 to 292
Awesome video! One question: Why are planes always reducing thrust after like 60 seconds into the flight? Is it only cause of fuel saving? Hopefully my english is good enough ;)
Glad you liked the video! Saving fuel is one concern! In addition, the mandates that aircraft must not travel faster than 250 knots below 10,000 feet! Your English is good! Thanks for the comment!
***** Not only that. At first, they set their indicated airspeed to around ten or twenty knots above the V1 speed, since, they have fifty percent flaps, and pilots do not want to exceed the maximum flap speed limit. Also, some airports like Orange County have the noise abatement rule.
Hi Gareth, thanks for replying, I hope it was meant for me. I've scrolled down and can't find my comment t but I'm sure I posted one a few days ago. I asked if you prefer the Rolls Royce or American ones. You prefer the latter even though you're British, like myself. You have an amazing job and I envy you. Anyway doesn't the 777 have either RR or GE's ? Also are the Trent 800 ' s more powerful and what aircraft use those ?
I came for the sound of the engines throttling back after take off.......somehow, that sound's got nothing on the Roll Royce Trents.......the hair on the back of your neck stands on end, and you have a "Nerdgasm" when a Boeing 777 throttles back it's Trents just after take off.......a most amazing sound. However, nice video! I flew in BA's G-VIIN from London to Lagos, that had GE90s.....and this video explains the mystery of the missing raspy throttle back sound of the engines.....the GE90s don't do it :-)
Delta airlines is a powerful airline. I know a friend who flew an Emirates A380 from Addis Ababa to Atatürk and then caught an Embraer from Atatürk to Romania... WTF
The 777 is the sexiest plane in existance
More like the 787 is the Sexiest Plane, I love its curved shapes on the exterior and interior
@@dennisthebrony2022 can’t argue with that. A350 is also nice

+Christian Morgan It's a great aircraft for sure! Glad you enjoy your flights on them!
Yeah one of my favorite airplanes along with the 787
The Boeing 777-200ER with a set of two GE90 engines are my most favourite planes ever.☺️
That sound is gorgeous! Awesome video man!
Yes, very smooth! Glad you liked it so much! Thanks for the comment!
Epic video dude!
Much appreciated! Congrats on 20,000! Hope I can make it there someday!
Love those GE90s! Nice catch!
Who else but mah584jr to capture the amazing GE-90 sound! Thanks for sharing once again man, incredible takeoff video!
No worries! Thank you for your continued viewership!
wooooow so cool I cant enough of that
Yeah, the 777 is awesome!
but that`s a GE engine :-)
super video as all of them are! cant help but love those engine sounds. powerful and strong!
THAT ENGINE IS HUGE!!! Great job mah584jr!
Yes, it's definitely sizable! Glad you liked it!
American a321 before rotation! Very nice video!
Yeah, there plenty of planes to see at all the crowded terminals!
This is Incredible.!!! Thanks.!!

nice video as usual ! love L.A can't wait for spotting again there..
Glad you liked the video! LAX has excellent spotting locations especially near the In and Out Burger!
yeah.. and also if you move a bit further (near the freeway ) in the middle of 24R .. all your videos are nice man..
Thanks! I do my best!
Excellent camera work. Wow ...I have travelled with BA on this route........ Boeing 747

Great GE90
I think I have to take a ride on the tri7 some day
This is one of the aircraft i want to fly when im older
Brandon Tarabocchia I hope you get the opportunity!
***** thankyou
Again....Good job.
Thanks! Glad you liked it so much!
That Small plane at 1:00 looks like it could fit inside of that engine
Brandon Tarabocchia thats because it can... a 737 can JUST fit in it as well.
Not actually... The 737 fuselage is 148 inches wide while a GE90 is only 128. People often mistake the 20 inches, but a 737 cannot fit.
JordanCO_ TV could ba 737-100
Username cheques out.
ge90 sound is amazing...
Very Nice My Friend!!
Thanks! Glad you liked it so much!
Yes the diameter on the 777 engines is about the same as a 737s fuselage.

I went from Toronto to Munich on a 777LR by far the the most comfortable flight I've ever been on
american engineering results are speechless.
They're pretty great I think!
I love this plane! I hope totally on one someday!
Glad you liked it so much! The 777 is definitely awesome! Thank you for commenting!
Anytime!
In my first comment, I meant that I hope to ride on one someday, not I hope totally on one. Lol
I've found that it's my favorite long haul aircraft! The cabin just feels so large and spacious and I really love the GE-90 engine sound!
It seems great! My cousin has been on Singapore Airlines A380, he said he loved it! My home airport is Boston, and BA flies 777-200ER planes out of there.
I think that is a GE90-115b because it’s so big and powerful😱😱😱
lord above there big engines
Yes, very big indeed!
Look at the wing flex after liftoff after weight is transferred to the wings.
Powerful!
Indeed! A great aircraft to be sure!

Does Delta usually use the 777 on their LAX-ATL routes?
Nice video. Good, steady camera work. Does anyone have any idea of the RPM's on these engines during take off and at cruising speed? I have no idea, but would think in the hundreds of thousands?
Not as fast as takeoff, maybe somewhere in the middle, maybe just below spool speed
GE-90 LP rotor speed = 2,355 RPM, HP rotor speed = 9,332 RPM en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Electric_GE90#Records
Another great video! Where was this filmed? I noticed an A380 quantas on V2
This is LAX! Glad you liked the video!
El 777 Con el mejor sonido tanto adentro como afuera en su despegue
Yes, I really enjoy the engine sound of the 777!
I didn't know that Delta flew the 777-200LR on domestic flights... I am assuming this flight was to Atlanta. Very interesting (:
Yes, Delta flies from Atlanta to Los Angeles and back! This aircraft is used on the flights to Sydney Australia from Los Angeles!
I knew they were used on the international routes, just didn't know they flew it on that route. I assumed they used on the 737 or 757 or 767 on those routes (: very interesting!
Yeah, they mix in the 737, 757 and 767 as well!
Sice when does Delta fly a 777 on that route?
How do you stableize the camera?
I prop my arms and elbows against the wall and seat!
HA! Thats what I do but my videos look Bad :(
Keep at it! You'll get there!
:)
You must have good DL/AA status!
What happened at 2:57 when the light white line on the fan stops????? then slowly picks up speed again........
It's called optical illusion. The fan it's spinning so fast that it creates that effect when engine is changing power settings.
lburgess the engine blades and the camera shutter were working at basically at the same speed so it appeared that the engine had stopped but it just matched with the camera
Great video as always! I wonder why Delta used such a huge aircraft for not that long of a flight?
They've actually been flying this route with a 777-200LR for several years and I've always wanted to try it!
Oh very cool, glad you were finally able to try it out!
Yeah, me too!
They fly this aircraft from Sydney Australia to LAX then it turns around after going back to ATL

It sure sounds that way with the seat count you've just presented!
Dude. The roll down the runway was so long, I was afraid the plane was gonna end up in the Pacific Ocean. LOL!
Hey! Loved the video, is it okay for you if i use the audio and credit you? loved it too!
K
The sound of the engine just as it's thrust is increased for take-off is incredible.
Yes, I think the GE-90 engine is best known for its incredible spool up sound! Glad you liked it so much! Thanks for taking the time to comment!
I flew in a B777 from São Paulo to London. This route takes 12 hours :)

Boeing 777-200LR Takeoff From Los Angeles California
Can the 777-200LR make it from Toronto to Sydney non-stop, does it have that kind of range?

***** Probably. LR stands for longer range, so it should.
9395 mile range
Which airline is it
This is Delta!
