- Amber Heard gave her testimony for the second day as Johnny Depp's defamation trial continues.
Ms Heard gave her testimony for the first time in the trial yesterday (4 May), telling the court that she left Mr Depp's private island with his daughter Lily-Rose after he said he "could kill her" during an argument.
"I was very much in love with his whole family and he was saying I was embarrassing to him, that stuck more with me than ‘I could f***ing kill you'," Ms Heard said.

I find it so weird how Amber acts like drugs were such a problem in their relationship yet she never mentions how she was doing drugs the whole time.
Or tried to help him. She just took photos of him passed out or in some photos he looks like he's just sleeping. She's pure evil.

The claimants lawyer presented her that photo & demanded to know why she took the photo, which was ridiculous nyway and made his lawyer look antagonistic & targeting because she could of just said we were on holiday or well we were a couple so there was no licence needed, anyway she stated why & that was not her answer. Like all other corporate-owned media outlets, they always only support those, AH in this case, who go along with their globalist agenda, here it is obviously the Metoo movement and its "believe all women" mantra even when there isn't a shred of proof. Thankfully her lies were not believed and she lost - what a dangerous precedence it would have set otherwise.
Totally agree I'm from the UK and the way the media reporters on this trial was infuriating to so many people who have actually gone through dv issues. Orgy of misogny because we demand that both sexes deserve equality when it comes to allegations of abuse. They demanded believe AH whilst discounting JD. Such hypocrisy especially since the trial thoroughly proved the abuser was in fact AH! I cancelled many subscriptions, as did thousands of other. Hitting their pockets is the only way to effect them and their disgusting reporting.

Agreed!!! It’s so crazy how comfortable she is making up stories about things, even when she knows full well that there is direct evidence refuting everything that she is claiming!! There is a recording of the incident with the severed finger in Australia that I have heard before, and you can hear an entirely different scenario playing out. You can hear Dr Kipperr and Jerry Judge come in, and the hunt for the severed part of his finger. You can hear Jerry Judge commenting on Turd having only a small superficial wounds on her arm that he speculatedc about it looking self inflicted. You can also C hear moments of Johnny in the background sounding very angry and resentful (a natural reaction after someone does something that causes your finger to be cut off!!) You can hear not Johnny, but Amber begging to stay and telling them that she just got to Australia snd she feels so stupid and telling them that Johnny ‘needs her’. You also hear her crying and she says “Johnny thinks its my fault, what should I do” or something like that. Which I find to be extremely telling, given that her testimony under oath is that she went to bed and got up and hie was in that condition. If she had in fact gone to bed and Johnny just cut of his own finger ir seems that absolutely would have been brought up by her, she would have said he thinks its my fault, but I got up and found him like this. What I am sure it is, she being the garbage human she is, feels that because she didn’t throw the bottle with the specific intention of cutting off his finger, she doesn’t feel any sort of responsibility for it, which is why she said what she said about Johnny thinking it’s her fault & what should she do about it. The recording of that night tells s completely totally alternative account, that corroborated Johnnys testimony. I haven’t heard that recording during the trial so far and I am wondering if they are going to use it during Ambers cross examination, because its a damning evidence that shows a completely different scenario then what she testified to. That would honestly be crushing for her case and would demolish her credibility and make them doubt everything she has testified to. I am wondering if that tape is inadmissible due to Kipper and Jerry Judge being in it though, I almost feel like they would have used it during Johnnys testimony, but who knows maybe they wanted Turd to dig herself a deep hole with that story. But given that it was Turd who surreptitiously recorded everyone, presumably to see what everyone was saying about her after this fiasco, she aught to know well just what existed on that recording and wouldn’t be stupid enough to say all of that if she knew fhey were going to be able to play it for the jury!! Then again, there is no bounds to her arrogance it seems. Possibly she truly just believes that regardless of all of these recordings she is so skillful and deception she can talk and explain her way out of anything! That of course is a real and plausible reality!
The thing that astounds me is that she knows these recordings have been floating around on the internet and that the public has been and will continue to be able to access them to compare what she said vs what the evidence shows and you would think she would have her mind on the long game of winning pubic opinion, as well as the jury and this case. Even if she wins this case, because evidence that proves her to be a treacherous liar… anyway, I really went on a good one!

I believe a lot of what she says about his addictions but I really believe she's laying it on thick with the abuse. By the sound of it the person Johnny hurts most is Johnny.
The way she describes Johnnys drug use, how he became different persons, different behavior in different drugs. How she tried to "contact" Johnny from the monster Johnny, how she said she didnt think Johnny was knowing what he was doing when he assaulted her. There would be a lot, just too much to learn for her how severe drug addicts behave. Thats exatly how they behave and when you are on opioids or mixture of drugs you really cant remember anything what you have done. So johnny probably dont remember most the stuff he has done.
This is a hard case. They are both pretty troubled minds if you ask me but I dont have a single doubt Johnny used violence against her. raping with bottle, suffocating, I dont know but I would say there was violence and Amber has already admitted he hit Johnny (at least in this sister case). Problem with Ambers testimony is that there should be withnesses, if no one comes then she is in trouble. I dont understand if her sister wont testify.

Johnny was in his 50s, no prior allegations as far as I'm aware with DV...yet suddenly without evidence only fake tears I'm supposed to believe this? I lived with someone with BPD...she once got drunk and started an argument, then attacked me for about an hour, screaming help help r*** r***. I instantly put my phone to record and after she didn't calm down called the police and had it all documented. They were really good with me and were encouraging to press charges but I let it go. But most blokes I know haven't had good outcomes in similar situations (IE cops having your back!)
Oh absolutely also I am now positive a lot of the more insignificant things she lies about like never playing the guitar and how he held the dog out the window are facts that she did those things. There are videos all over the internet with her playing the guitar and her holding the little yorkie out the window of a car while it’s in motion. So with that in mind I do believe most of the abuse allegations are things she did to him. And alot of other things she says comes from movies. And the SA story came straight from Kate James. That’s why she despises AH so much. Because she stole her story and used it. This girl needs help. Before she ruins more lives.

Listening those tapes I can hear Amber is really troubled mind too. They both curse a lot, cursing happen often when someone isnt capable enough to express him/herself and uses these "power" words. Probably in both their families were cursing and physical violence, often times it transfer to children sadly.
I thought of hearing her out but imo she looks like she is acting, looks like she has stolen other people true stories into being her own and there is truth but with lies twisted in ..she's an actress, good or bad I don't care....so she knows ways of being someone else. Lack of evidence, like she has property damage and recordings but not the clear enough to her statements. She did say he was in the bathroom the majority of the flight. Nothing on that recording is relevant to anything in her testimony nor proves that "anything " she is saying is true. Like every allegation she has thrown at him she has proven absolutely nothing to support her claims. But he has proven everything to support his.
There is a video in his house in the kitchen, shouting, menacing, it's been played in both court CASES FYI . If you are going to run BLACK PR projects for private clients at least keep track of what s gone onto the record otherwise your just ruining your clients chances further of getting out of this case with a shrimp of a career left I am guessing considering they had lost out on many films since last case in court that the newspapers defended and won.
It's crazy how she highlights his addiction like she is so innocent and naive. After listening to the recording with the assistant Jerry the night Amber severed Johnny's finger, she admits to taking Xanax, ecstasy, coke and MDA together and that she started the fight. What's odd is that she was more concerned with people finding out what kind of a person she really is behind closed doors than she was about Johnny's finger!
And more importantly on that same audio recording there are absolutely no comments by anyone including her doctor and nurse about observing any injuries to Amber! No sexual assault with a possibly broken bottle 🙄, no bruises, swelling, scrapes, cuts or slices from all that glass she claimed to have been dragged through! (No one on scene was aware of the recording...only Amber.) The only mention of injury was a couple of small scratches on one arm which security guard said appeared to be self-inflicted. She was walking around in what sounds like hard-heeled shoes and admitted popping several drugs and hallucinogens and they mentioned she hadn't slept in days. The doctor and nurse had to give her higher doses of her already prescribed ANTIPSYCHOTIC meds. They needed a strong bodyguard to accompany Amber because they were fearful she would "pop off" on the flight back to U.S. That entire recording is very positive for Depp!

Attempted to use his substance use disorder against him by snapping pictures of him taking videos of him etc. she diabolical and vindictive ☝️

Chris Brown punched Rihanna ONCE and her face was bruised, severely swollen & bleeding. I guess we will see when the trial resumes what ‘evidence’ she presents. The police didn’t see any evidence of physical abuse, neither did the house managers, security guards, penthouse front-desk employee, flight attendants, her own make up artist etc etc etc.

Her attorney is absolutely awful at delivery of questions. Every time she says something like "did there come a time when X", or "I am going to take you to X", the jury are made sorely aware that she is prompting Amber to regurgitate prepared, rehearsed statements. Yes, it's understood that testimony is rehearsed, but there is a way to ask questions that doesn't put this in the forefront of the jury's mind before every question. Such as... instead of saying "Did there come a time when there was a family gathering?" you would ask "Did you enjoy going to family gatherings together as a couple?" She answers "Yes we did". Then a follow-up question like "And how did Johnny behave at such events", leading into the specific event that you want to go into detail about. This attorney seems to have no aplomb about how she sets up her questions. Instead of saying "I am going to take you to...", just ask some questions that take us there!

The contemporaneous tapes that amber heard made of recordings of her and Johnny talking about their relationship and fights show that amber heard was the abuser and Johnny mostly ran away from the fights. The tapes also show that amber was a sado masochist because she wanted the fights to continue and tried to get Johnny to accept violent physical fights as part of their relationship and called him a coward for running away.
Remember when she said Johnny “NEVER fought for her or the relationship” in the recordings?? Well now she’s “crying”, recalling how he “fought for her and the relationship” so she took him back… her web is way too big at this point. Way too many contradictions.

The longer you stay in recovery, and listen to peoples stories, the more you learn about core maladaptive beliefs.
A program for Depp would involve a strict belief that arguing with people is not for him. And learning to level more with people close.
Some of these friends may be more limited than he realizes. There needs to be a heirarchy. Gods will and god at the center. Then spouse and kids.
Siblings more distanced. Security very distanced with firm boundaries.

One does not simply go to Alanon a few times. The reading needs to be consistent and for life.
You can’t have a functional relationship with an active addict. And they need kids of treatment. The change is on the level of the miraculous. The only thing known to accomplish this in spite of all the liars is a total commitment to following Christ Jesus. The practice is to read the Bible pray and fellowship. And not in a lukewarm way. Total immersion in a completely different way of life.
A person is not going to be playing a drunk fallacious pirate. Who confabulates. With korsikovs. And aspd.
You have to be very tolerant. Many things may not change. Serious limitations.
It is best to say you think someone is acting immature rather than calling him a baby. She doesn’t want to grovel. I don’t blame her.

I am confident it's her borderline personality disorder, which is easier to describe as trouble regulating emotions normally. I have BPD also and I recognize our weird rollercoaster emotions, and sometimes total lack of emotion, as well as dissociation that come with having a personality disorder.

Yes, because she is painting a fictional story. When someone is describing a factual story, we can empathize and easily put ourselves in the situation. But she is rewriting history to fit a perfectly outlines narrative of an abusive relationship and we are being transported to an alternate realty, like a movie- not real life!
Agree. I think she is not lying about everything, but she seems to exaggerate her own emotions. It makes her less believable imho. But I do believe many details since i have been in a similar situation and this continuous cyclical situation seems plausible to me.

That's not always true. In fact it's often not. It takes on average 7 times of leaving then going back before a victim finally leaves for good. That's if they aren't murdered.
I agree, to an extent. I did love my ex husband. I really did but if I had to testify , I’m not crying about how much I love him, the jury would feel the respect I lost for him. He wasted my time , my early 20s I was pregnant twice and I was a DD for him & his drunk friends , being raged at , yelled at, yea I loved you but I do not respect him at all. She sounds like she’s lowkey begging him & the jury to go easy on her. That's the thing though, she doesn't love him now but she remembers the man she loved. Whether it's true in this case I don't know but I do know you'll have a survivor who is in a refuge who has escaped but still feels like she loves him because she remembers what he was like without the alcohol/drugs or before the violence. These abusers are so good at manipulating their victims to make them think it's love and they'll never have anyone ever love them again. The bad can be terrible but the good times can be amazing and it is that that messes up their heads. They remember the amazing good times with this "soulmate" but it was all just manipulation. The survivor's love was real though in the beginning usually. It's that that makes women leave them then go back time and time again. Everyone deals with trauma differently as well and everyone heals differently as well. I was a child victim of domestic violence and even though we escaped when I was 7 or 8, my abuse continued because courts give these monsters parental visitation rights. I grew up with PTSD, depression, anxiety, anger, eating disorders etc etc. I finally got counselling in my mid to late 20s and it took 3 years but I healed from the abuse and trauma. I then wanted to help others who've been through abuse and trauma so did lots of counselling training. Sadly I got ill at 31 and I can't work but I carry on doing on line training. Most if my illnesses are linked to my genetic disorder but at least one is linked to my early childhood trauma and I have realised through my training that I have ADHD C which I believe happened from the trauma my mum experienced when pregnant with me when the violence started. Anyway, I went off on a tangent there lol! What I wanted to say was that before my counselling, I was so angry and I wanted my biological dad dead. I learned to forgive him and now I pray for him, I'm a Christian, which is such a huge change. The counselling and forgiving him gave me the strength to say to him that if he would admit what he'd done to us and get help for his alcoholism, I'd help him. He denied everything and said he didn't have a drink problem. So I calmly said that I could no longer have him in my life because it wasn't good for me but that I'd keep praying for him and that I really hoped one day he'd accept help. That was when I was 28/29. I'm 43 in a couple of weeks and it was the best decision ever. I have no anger towards him and I don't class him as my dad because he never was one. I just hope he's not hurting anyone else.

There’s no pictures of said abuse. She’s got no proof of abuse. All this abuse that happened to her yet he’s the only one whose got pictures of laying in a hospital bed with a chopped off finger and bruised face. She admits to throwing things at him and punching him but she makes it sound like her hitting him is nothing. Listening to her audio recordings she’s the aggressor.

A real victim would most proberly give testimony and leave to the courts to decide the outcome. Real victims of DV where acts of serious sexual voilence occurs using objects ie bottles do not forget and would most defo be reported when given statement even at a later date. So we take this perticlar incident is noted in police records.
A real victim wouldn’t care about what the monetary amount is , in my personal experience I won when I got a chance to get my kids and leave and exhale. We had our apartment & built ourselves up. We were comfortable, there were no more arguments , we went to the park more often, got to see friends after being left home all day with no car or anything. In my divorce I asked for nothing but my last name back but here he is a year and some change later still trying to go to court and I have nothing of his , don’t want anything but to be left alone and for this to be left in the past. But then there’s amber, broadcasting shit, writing books, puttin shit in magazines, I only started recording and taking pics when I attempted to leave a few times before I actually did it cause I was scared he would hurt me or my kids & I knew that if he hurt me and damaged my phone my mom has the password to my iCloud and could go to apple and download everything for me to know what happened if it ever got that bad.
I had exactly the same toxic relationship with my ex husband. So I believe her. I believe him as well. This is just a toxic relationship. It noone’s fault, it just happened. Good that they didn’t stay in those relationship for many years.

your opinion is probably unpopular, but as someone who was in a toxic relationship for years (her: borderline, me: substance issues), i would be inclined to agree with you. i can't imagine having our conversations and texts aired in public like this. we said godawful things to each other, and eventually the issue of who "initiated" was pointless, it was a neverending cycle of _hateful_ words mixed with apologies and love. we're both in much better places having moved on.
I believe he did a lot of yelling but I Do not think he ever hit her. I think she was the physical one and he took the beatings she wanted him to hit her but he would not and that made her all the more enraged.
I have to disagree with the concept you are getting at,because it generally is someone's fault in these DV situations & usually the other person gets trapped then at times ends up tipping over the edge pushed there by the main cohesive controlling & aggressive, violent one. Certainly toxic both sides relationships do exist, but usually in ones where there is so much rage, substance abuse & fear & gradual further control and entrapment of the other one (I'm not point to this court case just giving an example in general) its very one sided. I've had in some past several long term relationships where I was an extreme victim, one in which I was repeatedly multi raped as well as beaten & bullied and terrorised often through the night until the early hours when he collapsed from being drunk and enraged, sometimes I'd black out on the floor after screaming when he held me down and raped me on the floor. I'll be honest & say that so far in this video everything she describes I recognise having suffered it, even the gradual cohesive control & then suddenly to faster gradients. Not passing judgements on either side but just saying, it fits with everything I suffered & .........

also I think they allowing her to continue with her story cause they going to nail her on her own words, the more she speaks the more leeway she gives them to hang her and another factor is their time is running out I think the judge says her team has less time than JD's has on the clock .
