If this woman win this case,the American justice system is really broken...
The system is broken, alright, don't worry about it. She will lose this case, but her sentence will be insignificent compared to what Johnny would have been sentenced for if the roles (no pun intended) were different. She is a (toxic) woman and she will get a slap on the wrist. I can only imagine through what kind of hell Johnny went and what kind of hell he would have been in if he was abusive like she was.

I understand why Depp had no option but to try and regain his reputation for not being an evil abuser type of guy. 100%. However, I was upset by the fact Ms. Heards mental helath professionals were able to openly discuss her assessments and treatments. This feels like an aggregeous invasion of privacy. Privacy is owed to suffers of mental illness. Now I understand why many people are relucatant to seek help for conditions like anxiety and depression. I'd be willing to bet this leads to many people "self medicating' leading to substance abuse.

Seeing anyone's mental health assessments and treatments made public for the entire world to see in just a civil case acts as a major deterrent for people seeking help for mental health issues.
Well her mental health is a HUGE part of this case. And it wasn’t like a private dr, it was a expert witness who she knew was evaluating her for this case and she tried to cover her tracks (like a narcissist does, they think they are better and smarter than you) and failed. Best believe when she takes that stand it will be the most manipulative testimony you will ever hear. I bet she’ll even cry. They took Amber Heard's opinions without proving their authenticity and reliability. With that said, I believe AH does have BPD & she should stay away from any relationships & focus on her child.The legal system does not care about the medical diagnoses.
