In this case I agree 100%. In other cases I would argue that is because a person feels more safe with their own lawers, because of familiarity and more protective with the opposite side's lawyers due to fear and this protectiveness comes across as aggressiveness. But Amber is not the case.

Do any of you listen to the testimony, or do you just post these comments bc you dislike women & consider JD to be an avatar for mens rights? If you'd watched the trial or even read about the evidence, you'd know that the op-ed was written by the ACLU. And you'd know that this case was brought by JD, not AH. They even settled all matters arising from their marriage in a contract that is entered in evidence, in which JD acknowleded the truth of what AH had been through. Instead of ignoring the reality of this case, just openly express your disdain for women in general. That would be more honest than demonizing this woman who none of us know

I love how she confidently told her lawyer she didn't pay the donations because Johnny hit her with a lawsuit which made donating the money difficult, but then refused to admit the money wasn't donated and instead pledged when Johnny's lawyer showed the court that she had months to pay the donation before the lawsuit.

She literally proudly proclaimed she’s a “survivor” earlier, yet she doesn’t want to be viewed as a victim. Okay. Her entire angle is that she’s a victim, except the audio often proves the opposite. She claims she never assaulted Johnny, yet audio proves (which she acknowledged) that she hit him. That’s assault.
Aside from that, the theatrics. She’s not crying. No tears. Just sounds and facial expressions. No flushing in her face whatsoever.
She does things like say I remember over and over ad nauseam, Johnny didn’t do that once because he just said what he actually remembered. She does a lot of huffing and puffing as well. The crying without tears, she had an emotional breakdown yet her voice was rock steady. I’ve seen a lot of trails and a lot of testimony and I’ve never ever seen anything like this.

Her acting is painful. As a very empathic person, I can immediately feel if an emotion is raw or planned acting, because if it isn't genuine it makes me uncomfortable. I also majored in forensic psychology. The way she acts fine, but suddenly remember she should look like a wounded puppy over and over again when she tips her head and pouts at the jury is absolutely manipulative behavior. There are entire books that teach people body language and cues to use to induce sympathy from people, and it's cleat either she was coached (poorly) or did this herself deliberately.

On her first day of testimony, I literally felt nothing but anxiety listening to her lies and watching her pained performance. I had to turn it off and felt sorry for the jury that had to sit through endless hours of it. Normally, I’d have to fight back crying myself when someone is having a genuine emotion, and when their emotion isn’t real, I feel absolutely nothing. She couldn’t even squeeze out a real tear when she said she “had a baby and wanted to move on”.

This girl seems to have a split personality. At times she presents as a victim, so hurt, in pain, however in the recordings she presents angry, mad, bitter, wanting to hurt him. She claims she was protecting him. However she took pictures of him when he was most weak and shared these pictures that should be his private matter. "She loved him", she wanted nothing financially, but took so much from him. She didnt want him to make the donations so he wont get a tax break, but she wanted him to donate 14 million not 7. Why. As long as he made her donation?. Nothing she says makes sense. At one point she told his lawyer she didnt remember if Ellon was her boyfriend at that time, later on she clearly stated her boyfriend Ellon made a donation on her behalf. She can not keep up with her own lies. She is a true liar, a fake and beyong sick. She thought she had a broken nose a few times, but never saw an ENT to evaluate.

Her reply was and I qoute "I'm here because I'm being sued for an Op-Ed I wrote" end qoute. There is no "other" writer to get a testimony out of because there isn't some "other" writer. Maybe an editor possibly provided by the Washington Post to make the Op-Ed more presentable when published. But that is doubtful as the Publication had asked her to adjust her Op-Ed to revoke Depp's name from it, only addressing him as her "abusive" Husband (Despite Heard only having been married to one person at that point, which only people with two or more braincells can comprehend when rubbing them together, is indeed referential to Depp and Depp alone) And even then I see nor hear no other names mentioned, published or even dropped in passing in this entire trial this far.
Nope, as far as us, the jury and the judge are concerned. Amber Heard IS the self appointed writer and possible sole editor of the Op-Ed in a write up letter sent by her to the Publication.

For example whether what they have experienced is right or if they are just miss remembering. Or even the abuser using the victims story and twisting it so they are the victim in the story. Anyone can record themselves saying literally anything it doesn't prove the validity of truth at all. Extensive tape recordings all showcase AH pushing buttons and the response of JD regarding the verbal inquisition.
Text messages can be edited/interjected, videos can be tampered with, photos can be photoshopped. I don't know how a judge or jury can take any of these medias at face value when they may have been altered to reflect what the client wants. Timestamps can be changed on video surveillance. The court systems must be in denial if they are to admit every tape/phone/video as facts. Ask any judge or police officer privately about this and I guarantee they will tell you that it should be inadmissible.

If anyone needed a restraining order, it was Johnny. And she speaks in metaphors constantly that use words that could be physical actions when she's really talking about verbal things or her thoughts. There's one passage where she says something like "Stop pushing me! Stop poking me! Stop putting me in a corner!" and it's all literally metaphorical. I don't know if that's a habit of hers, or if she did it on purpose to use against him later. I think she knew at some point that he was unhappy and that he would eventually leave her, and was gathering "evidence" to use to get as much as she could from him.
