Walking in with a bottle of water, sunglasses and NO NOTES. Then proceeded to speak with such detail from memory. I can't even deal! Dr Curry is the real deal. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. I am blown away by her professionalism and how she came to correct things, educate us all and explain complex processes in such clear simple language. Just WOW!

I agree. I’m a DV survivor with a diagnosis of PTSD. Her detailed explanation of PTSD has helped me understand it and my actions due to trauma so much better than any research I’ve done. This whole trial has helped my healing process greatly and grow a tremendous respect for JD for standing up and telling his story publicly not only for himself but for all those who are DV survivors searching for their strength. Dr Currys explanations of everything has definitely turned a page in my book of moving forward and healing.

She also answers the question before explaining. It’s always proper to say: “Yes, and/but” or “No, and/but.” Amber always jumped to explain herself first and rarely actually gave a yes or no which looks dishonest.
To be fair she’s not as experienced with court etiquette and is the defense who has millions to loose.

I REALLY can't tolerate it. That's so cruel. This is typical of narcissistic personalities. They collect all the info, the contents, the stuff that they may use in the future . Narcissists just want to destroy the victim, it's a sadistic need, that's their aim, no matter what. They go on, unless they are stopped somehow, they want you to feel unstable, insecure, crazy. Kate Moss's testimonial on the stand was an absolute delight. The few minutes that she testified in court entirely obliterated all of AH's claims about Kate and Johnny. Through this moment in court, we could see how much Johnny's ex-wife was seething. Same thing with her lawyers. All of them did not expect to see this woman defending Johnny and denouncing all of AH's claims as BS. To this moment, Kate Moss absolutely wowed me. Thanks to her, and the cameras in court, everyone from the public to the Press have to admit that Kate Moss loves Johnny, that she defends him, and that anybody who claims anything about her this man doesn't know what they are talking about.
Thank you Kate Moss for testifying in court. You have gained a new fan.
As for Doctor Shannon Curry, her testimonial was wonderful to hear. As always, she was polite, professional, respectful, welcoming, and very humble. She really described well all the psychological and technical terms, so that everyone watching the case could understand her. During her entire dialogue, she explained how much Dr. Hughes’s report was unreliable, dishonest, and biased. Just like all the psychologists who watched the trial on RUclips and denounced Hughes’s dishonest tactics, Dr. Curry proved how everything that Doctor Hughes did was unprofessional, how she took everything that AH said as true facts when she should not have done that, and how her report was more based on personal opinions and prejudices than on a rigorous analysis. It was great to see Dr. Curry pinpoint out that Dr. Hughes did not fill out the test properly and how her entire report was the product of a biased person with a biased agenda. Because anyone who accepts anyone’s testimonials as the absolute truth should not be on the stand.
And personally, regarding all the rabid feminists and all the gender critical feminists who demonized Dr. Curry online because of her work in Court, who attacked and insulted Dr. Curry on Twitter with their tweets or by liking tweets that demonized her, thank you for revealing to us all your misandry and especially your flagrant misogyny. Because when women or feminists, or pompous activists who claim to represent the voices of all women worldwide, demonize and vilify women who don’t think like their cult and who do their job properly, well that reveals quite clearly their flagrant misogyny; and I have no sympathy for such hypocrites.

It’s a lot harder than you think especially if you can’t do your own research. Two sides who are paying a lot of money for their lawyers to try and convince them of who is right. I totally agree. Regardless of the verdict he has won in the court of public opinion and it is that, that will carry him through. I knew as soon as the allegations came out that she was lying. You don't just suddenly become an abuser in your mid 50s. It just doesn't happen like that. At the time a lot of people were willing to believe her, and I am so glad that now the world can see Amber for what she is. I just wish her sister would tell the truth. She too has been a victim of Amber.

Johnny and his attorneys hit it out of the park with their experts. There is a lot that goes into hiring an expert. It’s not just their credentials but what cases they’ve worked on in addition to how they will present at trial. A 3-hour interview to determine their qualifications is not unusual. An expert is used to provide specific technical evidence for the jury to help them decide the case. A great expert is a combination of education and experience but, most importantly, the ability to translate the technical to lay people in a way they can use and understand. Having worked with one of their experts, I can tell you this group is at the very top of their profession and his lawyers should be commended for their selection. It’s not easy.

It really bothers me the double standards many people have when they talk about Depp and his stuttering and struggling to speak. Yes, he's done a lot of drugs and it will eventually affect you brain, but he has diagnosed anxiety and has always been slow to speak. Slower now after the drugs and with age. But more than that, had Amber went up on the stand stuttering and struggling to share her stories, everyone would have felt bad and said it was ptsd. People would have had empathy. But when a man goes up on stand and does the same, suddenly it's different for many people and suddenly he's lying or he's just an addict (which is exactly what Amber's team implanted in everyone's head so they wouldn't feel empathy).
He's acting like an actual victim. Struggles to talk about the events. Anxious and nervous like an actual person with ptsd. And his stories never changes. Whereas Amber felt rehearsed and over the top and was constantly inconsistent. It felt phoney and off. She was also staring him down the entire time he rebuttaled and smirking and being very smug. A victim of such supposed awful accusations doesn't act the way Amber is acting toward their abuser. She acts exactly how she did on those audio tapes when she was exposed. Aggressive while he is the opposite.
Anyone with true empathy, critical thinking skills, and the ability to truly feel their intuition, sees the evidence and watches how they both act can easily see who is the liar and the narcissist here and who is the victim struggling with all that has happened to them.

Elaine is absolutely ridiculous. It's embarrassing. She comes in after the INCREDIBLE testimony from Dr. Curry and whines about dinner and drinks for god knows how long while complaining about how Dr. Curry is somehow wasting everyone's time.

Johnny ,might want to require all of his future partners be evaluated by Dr. Curry before things get too serious. Might save him a lot of heartache and money. LOL

Dr. Curry did a fantastic job. Her ability to recall information was nothing short of incredible and she managed to maintain a professional composure throughout the examination.
