    been watching this video for 3/4 of a year. these days I don't even play the whole thing. the inherent hospitality and non judgment in the first 3 minutes is enough for me to find gratitude and get moving along with life. that's not a brag (I can't even use comma's right and I have an undergrad in english). I just mean that if you stick to an imperfect practice (youtube video) in good faith all kinds of wonderful curiosities will become your friend. take care of yourselves everybody.

    This put me into the deepest state of mediation I’ve ever been in. My mind started to wander, but instead of fighting it, I welcomed it. Her words stopped making sense to me, as I began slipping into meditation, before I lost them completely, and my wandering mind began taking over. It felt like I was dreaming. I would catch little bits of her words coming in and out, but all I could hear was the waves. It was like I was asleep, but conscious, and awake but unconscious. It was just incredible. Has anyone else experienced this before?

    These Mt.Sinai/KayleighPleas guided meditations are my favorites. I like the ocean waves. (I prefer them to guided-meditation videos with music because I tend to get distracted critiquing the quality of the music.) I like Kayleigh's voice.

    I actually like that the waves are so loud. It forces me to concentrate on her voice more to hear it and that's what I need to calm myself and avert anxiety attack. I need to focus on something intently and this video is perfect for that.

    This meditation has real potential! My difficulty is to discern the wonderful voice and narration over the waves. I find myself constantly distracted and even frustrated. It is a matter of balance. Voice & Waves need to be one. Might be my old iPad so will give it a try on a better system. Love what I can understand of Kayleigh’s guided meditation.

    This was beautiful and perfect for me! My body responds so strongly to water, so the sounds of the waves really grounded me and at the same time made me feel as if I’d melted into nothing. This is the most peaceful
    I’ve ever felt 💕

    Agreed on the waves--this meditation sounds like it would be exactly what I was looking for, and I'd like to keep the sound of the waves but have it at a lower volume, so that I can hear your voice clearly

    I love the waves... I use this to go to sleep and make it only about half way before I fall asleep. It's perfect the way it is.

    I fall asleep to this every night in only 5-6 minutes! Definitely helps with stress after work and puts me in a relaxed mode

    Like many others, I could barely hear her over the waves. Since it is an issue for so many people, please offer a version with quieter ambient sound. Presumably this meditation was created to help people. It is an easy fix. I was disappointed because I really wanted to listen to this meditation.

    I just received a message from my ex wife, one I haven't spoke to in two years and recently with having high anxiety it really set my mind off. This is the first time I've ever felt like meditation was the answer and I'm so so happy I chose to listen to this video.
    Thank you, you stopped my mind racing and taught me the value of conscious self love.

      I just had a heated argument with my husband and this relaxed me in 15mins.. He doesn't even let's me buy a bucket as per my liking.. In this house nothing is what I want all is as per his liking.. Sorry to bother

    It worked perfectly for me with a headset on. I could feel my body getting into a spiritual unwinding. I was laughing and feeling very happy at the end. Thank you !

    This is an especially nice meditation, very relaxing. I have a problem with my hearing, so the sound of the waves crashing on the shore kept me from hearing all that was said. This has always been an irritation for me, but I reminded myself to have compassion for my condition and to be kind to myself instead of frustrated about what I may be missing. There is always something to practice!❣

    I would love to say.. your voice and the waves have been my main source of calming my body, mind and soul. For the last 2 yrs.
    Whether it was a nap.. anxiety.. dealing with narcissists.. empath burnout/codependency burnout… this video has been a life saver- thank you from the bottom of my heart

    I like this video. I don't get to the beach due to distance. As a Scorpio we love going to water now and then. This is very soothing for my anxiety for a quick effect. But my anxiety is difficult to correct with just meditation.

    This was one of the best guided meditations I’ve ever done. Your soothing voice and careful choice of words was exquisite. I quit enjoyed the waves and didn’t find them too loud as others have mentioned. It may be a headphone issue? I was using Bose noise canceling headphones and the sound was very soft and well balanced. Thank you! This one will be kept safe in my favourites for sure!😊

    OMB BLISS. Thank you. Loved the “label the thoughts as...” and “they’re welcome here”. Really took away the angst of intrusive thoughts and mind wondering. Brilliant, thank you.
    Ps to combat the slight audio issue, I played it through my phone on full and put my phone at the other side of the room, luckily for me, the auto play was sleep / healing music but to be honest I was LONG GONE by then lol. Fab 💗😁🏆⭐️💫🙂😍

    I had no problem at all with the audio of anything. The waves were perfect and your voice was clear. It seems others got too focused on the thought of how loud it was. Focus. Focus. Focus.

      x_x what? U might have some special powers to filters wooshes n hear human voice... I could bleed my ears straining trying to hear 70% of the words. Don’t judge normal hearing ppl 🙄

      @@Coombuh Yes it was judgmental. You were clearly saying that people who can't hear her above the background noise are somehow lacking in perserverance. And then "Sorry you think..." Is again insulting. I didn't misunderstand. Just can't help yourself, can you?
      Yes, people can try another video. The point is that this video was offered as a service to help people yet a large portion of people cannot hear it. It is information they can choose to use or not, should they make another video. That is the point of having a Comments section. And again, implying that only positive feedback is desireable otherwise people should move on...is rather high-handed. Do you see a theme here? Sorry you couldn't acknowledge your mistake and you keep insulting me. Best of luck!

    The waves are a bit loud.
    That said -- I'm really picky about meditation stuff, it takes almost nothing to be dismissed as 'lame,' or 'hippy-dippy' (I know, not the most PC way to say that, but it's the truth.), so I was pleasantly surprised to find that this meditation works. Consistently. I keep coming back to it. So...thanks, Kayleigh Pleas!

    Still so good to come back to.
    Had a really hard stressful day. Feel like I've already done so much but also just can never do enough. In work, in my personal life, with my family.
    Anyways. This video always helps me slowly climb down my ⛰️ mountain of burdens. rather than spiral into the valley below... thank you..

    This is so lovely thank you.. so many things I learned in 20 minutes...it's almost as if my body didn't know what to do with the attention/care, like a neglected child finally getting love. It's amazing how much I ignore on a daily basis and this brings me back to a place I haven't been in a long time.

    Thankyou. Its normally hard for me to do PMR but I think the volume if the waves helped me, and her guide to reset intention came at the right time. Her voice was less drawn out and slow than others I've tried, and I like that better.

    I was listening on my I phone and waves weren’t overwhelming. I did feel anxious when all sounds stopped thinking someone was calling or texting me.. but your voice is perfect .. I have really bad anxiety and this helped me

    So relaxing wow. I felt the flashlight of my attention in every part of my body. Felt that I was separate to my mind and could feel myself in each part of my body. Pretty cool.

    Really good meditation, turn volume up a bit better with headphones.
    If you stay with it the waves become more distant and rhythmic to your ears 🙏

    This one of my favorite body scans. I like starting at my upper body BC that's where most of my tension and pain are.
    I also like that she speaks in a natural soft voice, not some fake production voice.
    There is definitely an issue with the volume though. I can only hear her voice with certain earphones. Wish they would fix it.
