  • Experience a serene journey through your body, encouraging mindfulness and relaxation by exploring sensations from head to toe, fostering a deep sense of peace. This is a state of deep rest that is sometimes called Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). The practice is done lying on the back, and it can be done anytime to help relieve general tension and anxiety. It can calm you down during a panic attack and is also an excellent way to get to sleep and relieve insomnia.

    Thank you so much. I suffer from actual physical pain when my anxiety and stress reach their most devastating levels. It takes days or weeks to heal at times, and to calm myself. This was beautiful, I felt weightless

    Thank you, you have such a soothing voice. I got a little caught up by counting fingers, but managed to let go and drift again. It feels very luxurious to have the chance for a mid-week Nidra. Beautiful

    Thank you for this meditation.
    I'm in a proces of letting go people and things that no longer belong to me. During this meditation I felt a soft feeling of letting go, instead of letting the mind do the ( negative) talking.
    I feel more at peace and as soon as the meditation was done my cat started to mew 😊

    My goodness Devi that's just incredible, I lay on my yoga mat for the first time on Saturday listening to this, I was so deep within my body, mind and breath, dropping into a deep state of rest. This is one of THE best I've listened to. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤xx

    I loved a previous body scan you had on youtube. This one is different. I meditate every morning since Dec 1st. Once in a while with your previous BS. I will get back to this one quite often. I live in o the 3rd floor of a highrise... I wanted to go to the 12th floor, as if I would feel the gravity in a different way... maybe foolish, but I'll do it with this BS. Thank you so much!

    I love your voice and this is a wonderful meditation. I'd love to hear a version where you don't take us out of the relaxed state at the end...let the sleep come instead!
