This ultra low mileage, 1-owner sedan is in immaculate condition from front to back, and comes with a host of amenities including leather seats, moonroof, burlwood trim, Premium Package, fold-down rear seats, and more. Power comes from a very throaty 3.0 liter V6 pumping out 235HP, coupled to a six speed automatic gearbox. This subtle and beautifully styled sedan is an absolute joy to drive.

I have the same Jag, but black. I still have my Jag, just love the car so much & I still get compliments every time I drive it!!!
Had mine for 9 years, an absolute dream to drive, well maintained cars offer excellent long reliable service, only now looking to upgrade to a XJ (2007 - 2009) not the newer ones..
I have its twin brother. Love the car - great to drive and very reliable. Still turns heads and still makes me smile. Had Mercs and BMW's but this is the car of my life.

@@osmaanqazikhan127 All I can say is, I wrote that comment 3 years ago and I still have the car, and still love it. Like me it is now getting on in years and doesn't get a lot of exercise, but it remains a reliable smile generator and head-turner. Often find folk just standing and looking lovingly at it. Suspect they will take my box to the cemetery in it. No regrets at all.
Don't pay attention to the negative comments. I own a 2007 S Type. Fantastic to drive a real head turner. Buy one with a good history and follow proper maintenance & they are as trouble free & reliable as any luxury car. So what if it has some Ford parts, actually very few. The fact is Ford saved Jaguar.
Absolutely. Your 1st sentence took words right out of my mouth. Yeah Ford did save them, one of the very few things Ford did that was great over the past 40 years along with going back to classic styling on its Mustang. I still never found much of these be of Ford, and the final assembly plant of Jaguar remained in England. I just got a silver 2004 XJ8 and I love it. The S-type is my #1 runner up. But I still preferred the XJ8's dark wood on the dash and door panels and what Jaguar di to the '04-'09, shedding several pounds off the XJ8 from the previous body was well as going back to the pair of windshield wipers, which the S-Type always had. And I feel that I got the best XJ sedan ever built. Don't need a Mercedes or BMW.
I've had jags for over 25 years, I had a 07 S type 3 litre petrol, loved it. Have a 07 XJ6 , 3 litre V6 now, did a straight swap from a local guy, in Coventry. The home of Jaguar.
The last of the beautiful jags...Sad, we won't see that nemore

I have a 2005 4.2 v8 S type Jaguar sedan and I love it, 146,000 k with sport mode and the acceleration is almost as good as sex lol

I've had 3 of this model. my only complaint is the parking break. it will break at around 80,000 miles. the module will need to be replaced. other than that I've never had issues with them.

Nice car, I really like Winter Gold, only thing I'd miss were HID Xenon Headlights - one thing I'd like to mention is that in 2006 it cannot be Connolly Leather, since they went bankrupt (for whatever reason...) in 2002, and the last car outfitted with Connolly Leather that I know of was the Pontiac Bonneville SSEi until 2005 - but please correct me if I'm wrong!

It's super classy and turns heads especially if you have the right color. Inside it feels like you are living lavishly, a tux bowtie and champagne pulling up to an Xmas orchestra 🤣 no seriously it look like 💷💵💳💰🍾🥂🇹🇨

I love this car and have one of my own, but man there's really not much room in the car. I'm 6'2 and my head touches the ceiling of the car and I have no leg room, and that's sitting in the front seat with the seat pushed all the way back. wish the car was a bit bigger to better suit my size, but oh well.
Nice ..why does reliability always irk me ..? But possibly worth the additional cost ?

@@zionakinjide650 If you're still interested, I've had mine for almost 3 years & it's never failed me. The odd few parts I've had to buy have been much cheaper than expected & I've honestly never been happier with a car. I'd recommend this gem to anyone!

@@zionakinjide650 Find one for sale near by & have a test drive, you'll be surprised at what a lovely car it is to drive & what a gorgeous place it is to be. It handles so well too, it has double wishbone suspension & with the long track it is so stable cornering & at speed!

At 2:58 that is for the six disk drive for music. I got a hold of one of these and there amazing. And yes amazing it’s also Ford.

The v6 was designed by Porsche! They intended to use it for the boxter but went with a different engine in the end!
