Hi guys, i just want to share my journey. Since 2 months ago i did this work out, i’ve lost my weight from 63kg to 59kg now. I’m so happy. And now i still do this workout everyday. Thank you mizi ❤️

이거 효과 진짜 좋은듯요.. 전 올리시자마자 바로 그날부터 따라 했는데.. 걸음수도 많아서 만보걷기에도 도움되고ㅎㅎ 배에 힘주고 하면 뱃살에도 효과있고..팔뚝도 자극오고..허벅지도 자극오고..회사에서 점심전에 시간내서 하루에 1번씩 하는데 땀도 나고..개운해요..물론 씻지는 못하지만..ㅎㅎ 집에 가서 씻으면 되죠ㅎㅎ 음악도 내 스타일 😝 힘들지 않은 운동인데 힘든운동ㅎㅎ 이게 모죠?ㅎㅎ 암튼 2번 할때도 있어요! 감사합니닷!
Is it ok to do this exercise 15 mins after a meal, or wait a few more minutes? I have been doing Mizi' s 15 minutes standing workout. I am trying this one for 2 days now.
the first exercise that i'm doing after such a long break, tbh it's enjoyable...u dont really feel tired but instead u just feel nice and relax by doing so...going to keep up on doing it...pray for me guys!!! hoping to lose weight right before my birthday (22nd oct) and yeah i think i'll try to do this exercise regularly and been challenging myself for 15day with it...wish me luck!!! 1st day ☑️ 2nd day ☑️

추석연휴 끝나고 또 다시 몸무게가 늘어서 짜증나 있었는데 선생님 덕분에 다시 열운합니다. 칼로리 폭탄 음식만 먹었으니 결과는 뻔하다고 생각하구요. ㅎㅎ

This video was fantastic, the music and the moves were a bit fast for me and my mom so we put it on 0.75 speed and it was great. Will do again.

if you have just light or normal amount, you can do it immediately!!😍
