    Goodmorning, last week i lost my baby, i was pregnent for 3 months. I feel depressed but when i saw your video this morning, i felt like fresh again. I decided to restart my life by following again your workouts. Thank you for your videos. You made me smile again.

    전 퇴근하고 찌뿌둥한 몸을 이 운동으로 풀었어요. 저녁에 마무리 운동으로 해도 좋을 운동이네요. 요 며칠 잠을 설쳐 목이 많이 피로했는데, 따라하고 나니 어깨까지 한결 가벼워졌어요👍감사합니다!!

    아침에 멍하고 뻐근할때 하니까 너무 좋아요! 좁은 공간에서도 따라할 수 있는 운동이라 더 좋고 해봤던 워밍업 운동 중에 제일 시원하네요ㅎㅎ
