  • Millets are Super grains but only when consumed in the right manner so that its anti nutrients do not harm us instead and our body is able to absorb them at best.
    After consulting the best of people (like naturopaths, sattvic plant based food practitioners) and researching about millets, I am happy to learn and now share the best ways to consume millets to benefit from them the best.
    Highly Nutritious, Gluten free and richest in dietary fibre, Millets have the potential to cure deadliest of diseases and do wonders to your body.
    They are as ancient as 5000 years in the Indian subcontinent and require very less water to grow and are highly tolerant to drought and extreme weather conditions unlike rice.
    So, Millets are not only environmentally sustainable but also super grains for the body.
    ‪@dr.khadar-official-siridha4359‬ ‪@DrKhadarLifestyle‬ The food scientist, Dr Khadar Wali, also known as the Millet Man of India has been working relentlessly in reviving the fast disappearing ancient supergrains Siridhanya/ 5 Positive millets. He has helped people fight the deadliest of diseases including Cancer with the simple use of millets in the right way.

    Note:
    1. Whenever we plan to consume fermented millet, adding culture like Grain soaked water, Chilli crowns (mirchi danthal) or fenugreek seeds (methi dana)- any of the 3, is very important for enhancing the microbial activity inside the millet for proper fermentation.
    2. Apologies to have mentioned Kuttu as a neutral millet as it is a seed.

      Thank you😊😊 just that khadar wali sir's videos generally do not use chilli crowns, methi seeds or grain siaked water for fermentation..which is necessary..these are necessary for proper fermentation

      Yes ur right.. This was the case with me also.. But believe me they aren't time consuming.. U can give me an example n ill give u the solution.. All this is not time consuming than making regular food.. It's just they require prior planning.. Having regular food consumes time in other ways like preparing proper tadka n all which salads n all do not require but yes needs planning

    Mam, can i start with millet khichdi, is it ok if I don't remove starch , then eat with dal.

    • @WholesoulbyKanikaRajput
      @WholesoulbyKanikaRajput  4 месяца назад

      Hey removing starch is not difficult.. just that it helps in removing complex carbs n anti nutrients.. and to have its full benefit u can ferment the removed starch and have the next day it will have khattapan to it .. it’s like probiotic.. u add some spices like u do in buttermilk and have that fermented drink in dilution

      Actually I don’t suggest that.. though u can have with any nut milk that’s good like with cashew milk or almond milk or coconut milk

      @@WholesoulbyKanikaRajput I have ordered bajra flakes and I'm the container it says you can have with warm milk

      @@SonGoku-ub3qf see it might be common to have with milk but for body it’s not very ideal …dairy milk has its own repurcussions on the body.. side effects… I left milk completely 3 4 years back n it healed some of my health problems so u can soak almonds and then blend with water and mix that or cashew milk these are easier than extracting coconut milk
      Where do u stay
