One of my colleague advied me to add millets to sattu of my child when he was 8 month old also gave me 2 kg.
To my surprise my thin boy become helthy(you can say more then helthy for his age) with in one to 2 month, then we reduced the intake of millets also reduced the sattu after doctors advise.

But by eating Wheat we become sick because it contains Gluten. After becoming sick we are spending so much to hospitals, so by eatung millets you will be healthy, so hence Millets are very cheaper & Healthy as well.. Moreover we have already paid taxes for which governments giving subsidies of billions of rupees to pesticide & fertilizer companies to grow these which hidden cost, if we calculate 1kg of rice costs around 3000 rupees and wheat costs 1500 per kg. So it's very very cheap. And moreover we are destructing natural resources by constructing dams by consuming culture rather we should be in a conserving culture for the future generations to come💡💡

I'm from andhra and we didn't forget eating millets. Everyone knows millets are much more nutritious than rice, roti. We eat ragi ball (ragi sangati), ganti rice, korra rice, arikalu rice, samalu. I personally observed change when i shifted from rice to millets.

It is not about the efficiency it about money couse you that most of the farmers own 5-6 acre(i am talking about Rajasthan my home ) so many of them take some area on rent which is 30k per year for a bigha which is less then a acre (1acre = 1.6 bigha )and if they do millets they wont be able to feed there family much on the other hand rice can get you 40-50k per acre and weat get you 30k per acre which is not enough but still its better then others

Millets are packed with nutrients like fiber, protein, and essential minerals, and they’re known to improve digestion, boost immunity, and even help regulate blood sugar. It’s amazing how something as simple as incorporating millets can have such a positive impact on health!
