If you have Flour,butter,Milk & Sugar Anyone can easily make this Recipe

  • Ingredients
    1 Cup All Purpose Flour
    3 Tbsp Melted Butter or Margarine
    1/3 Cup evaporated milk or water
    oil for frying
    for coating
    1/2 cup & 2 Tbsp white Sugar
    1/4 Cup Water ( Caramelized )
    ENJOY!!!

    For anyone this is called Kurma and this is a simple way of making it but there are many other way to make it taste better just add condensed milk not much to the mix and it will help with not alone flavor but the frying process

    i tried this with brown sugar okay naman lasa (kada kagat naiisip ko bananacue HAHHAH) next time try ko with white

    In which flame you fry these in oil first ? in medium flame or in sim ?

    when you fry these pieces in sugar syrup, what flame did you kept? in low flame?

      Same thing I was thinking, but he didn't add yeast, cut it too long and we don't mix it with water and sugar after

      @@fay914yes… we don’t add yeast to our chin chin, we add yeast to make puff puff though. And this method of adding sugar is what I haven’t seen before. We mix it all in the dough then fry. Case closed.

    Yo these fucking exploded in my oil pan and gave me 2 dn degree oil burns

      I’m not even joking to make anyone laugh they literally exploded my tester pop when I bit into it and the rest in the pan exploded and oil went everywhere including my hands (2nd degree burns) 😢

      @@huw1082 i wonder if dough wasnt kneaded thick enough so air pockets trapped the oil and boom.. still it sounds risky to try so maybe i'll give it a miss
