Necessary materials
3 glasses of water
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Grated Cheddar Cheese

I'm from Arizona USA and I made these but I used finely diced pepperoni, marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese for the filling. Topped with a garlic salt and basil egg wash and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Homemade pizza Hot pockets. Everyone loves them. The only thing is, I wish there was a way to pack more pepperoni and cheese on the inside without them opening up while cooking. Either way, definitely try this. It's delicious.

Isn't there certain cuts you can add along bread so that it doesn't break the bread as it expands from heating? I mean, I'm no chef, but I feel like I've seen people cut bread lightly with diagonal cuts to stop them from breaking open... But this could only be for larger bread pieces instead of smaller ones.
Have you tried sealing the edges with the prongs of a fork? It works for empanadillas.

I'm from Salisbury East in South Australia. I'm 67 now and I always remember my mum doing choux pastry in a very similar way (for her chocolate eclairs). I've been cooking since the 1970's, but I've never seen this before, I'm definitely going to try them out, they look delicious.

I bet if you rolled them thin enough you would get flakey eclair type texture. now you have me wondering if these could be deep fried brown sugar and cinnimon. or chocolate marshmallow stuffing. Cherry pie filling or apple pie filling ...knida like a fritter.

И этот гимморой Вы называете простым рецептом ? А просто замесить тесто с маслом, разрыхлителем и яйцом ( вместо воды) было не льзя ? Обязательно нужно выпендрёжно пожарьть, смазав маслом скатать, потом опять раскатать ? По моему техпроцесс не полный - молоточком ещё нужно отбить и на 2 дня в холодильнике остудить.
Интересно что лижет кошка, когда ей делать нечего ?

Надеюсь таким бесполезным гиммороем не будете заниматься, а сделаете обычное тесто.
3ст. муки, пачка маргарина, 10гр. разрыхлителя, 1яйцо, соль, сахар и др. по вкусу. Вымесить, и можно без начинки раскатав и порезав на любимый вами размер, запечь в духовке. Делаю в 2 раза больше, иногда вместо соли беру растолчёный кубик Галины Бланки, специи - печенюшки не оторвёшся, поэтому не долго хранятся.

@@megafon1229Как это "из ничего"? Мука, кипяток, соль, сахар, оливковое масло, разрыхлитель, и, ещё, начинка в пирожках : сыр и зелень... Я бы назвала это "постные пирожки" (поскольку, они не содержат в своём составе яиц и молока. Но, там правда, есть начинка из сыра😊)

I'm from New Orleans however, I live in Pensacola, Florida. I'm 45 and I don't know if I can accomplish this recipe tbh. I'm not the best baker but I'm definitely going to try it!! Tysm for the great video, it looks yummy! I know my dad and my son would adore these! We are Southern and don't eat scones really, but we love biscuits and these look like a great item to add to any meal or as a snack! I personally would love to just snack on them! I have a question, why did you add oil to the egg wash?
