I made these like 4 times now, thabk you soooo much for the recipe. My family and friends all enjoy it. I really feel like I'm in a cafe when eating. I enjoy your other recipes too. I know I can always trust your recipes ❤❤❤
Those are absolutely beautiful. Also from one woman to another you are lovely. I wish you the absolute best. Thank you for sharing this beautiful recipe.
Very neat and clean _ love cooks who are not messy. Definitely going to give it a try although I am a wee bit wary as it looks professional for a novice to try
I just made these this morning and they're DELICIOUS! I didn't have regular milk powder but I did have the Carnation brand malt milk powder and it was oh soo good! I coated half of them with cinnamon sugar. I fried them in my skillet at 300° at the 3 minute time stated and it came out perfectly. Thank you for your recipe!
I tried them today. Am I impressed. This recipe went way beyond my expectations and delivered the most scrumptious donut. I must say though, I had to keep flouring my hands to handle this dough. Mine came out really sticky even with adding the butter and kneading it more, but the end result was still a perfect tasting donut. I used powdered sugar to coat on some and added a squish of raspberry preserves to the center of others. This is a recipe keeper (my go to recipe for jelly donuts, as we call them here). Thank you again so much for this really tasty and easy recipe😋💋❤💯. These came out so great that I can't wait to try some of your other recipes.🥰🥰🥰🥰
Toasting milk powder adds depth and warmth to the natural sweetness of milk powders. In most milk powders, toasting creates a caramel-like, malted, and nutty taste. (This is not to say caramelization has taken place, as that has to do with sugar, not protein, decomposition and higher temperatures. However, in some milk powders (coconut, buttermilk, and malted milk powder) the nuttiness from toasting lessens the milk powder’s natural tang and mellows them out. Depending on what you are looking for flavor-wise, it might be better not to toast your powdered milk. So, consider this if you plan to add milk powders to recipes (read about milk powder). I just made them and those are the bees knees!!! Thank you so much for this recipe! Also, the instructions are very clear. I followed them to the t and actually learned something about my stove and heating settings. They came out better than leading donut chains, family approved and trust me, my family is hard to please 😅!
I cannot wait to try this recipe. Thank you for the step by step instructions. Loved the video. I will post again after I try this recipe. to let you know how it turned out.🥯🥯🥯🍵☕🫖🥛🥰🥰🥰🥰
This is my favourite song from Adam Cheng. Joyce Cheng is also a good singer in her own right....she's also REALLY talented.....though she's has the advantage of having famous parents in showbiz.....it's also disadvantageous for her as she's often overshadowed by her parent's fame eventhough she's really talented in her own right as a real musician.
i will buy some ingredients tomorrow and will definitely try this out! After so much scrolling i found this out and i am gonna quickly subscribe your channel
I really like your recipe and will try it soon. Plz tell me if we may fill these donuts with jam before coating with sugar. I really love jam-filled donuts 😋
Great video and wonderful looking Doughnuts 🍩. I was surprised how you were not using high heat. Any idea what the temperature is? Have a great day, i subscribed to your channel. Looking forward to seeing what else you do. Have a great day.

Milk powder can be toasted to give it a nutty caramelly smell\taste and would work well with this recipe.
