RING DONUT | HOW TO MAKE PERFECT, FLUFFY AND SOFT RING DONUTS

How to make perfect, fluffy and soft ring donuts
Ingredients
Flour:- 4 cups + ⅓ cup for dusting
Yeast:- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Sugar:- ⅓ cup
Butter:- 3 tbsps
Egg:- 2 pieces
Water:- 1 cup
NOTE:-
Please make sure you measure all the ingredients accurately, It's very important. Take your time to measure correctly.
The kneading part is very important as well, the dough should be elastic and smooth after kneading please don't skip it
When frying, you will notice that the donuts are floating on top of the oil, that shows how well your Donuts have risen and how well you knead the dough
