Yeah she NEVER makes a video unless it’s sponsored now. I get that many RUclipsrs do a lot of them, but I’m not sure if they only do one just because of being sponsored. She’s not even a booktuber anymore.

Twilight really did change YA-I don't care what people think. The first book is one of my favourites.
I didn’t start to love reading until high school so there are a ton of books I regret not reading more when I was young!! I love teen and middle grade books now but I think I would have appreciated them more when I was younger!
I was just thinking today how at 22 I have so many books I wished I had read and then this video popped up... cue nostalgia.
i wish i read Percy Jackson as a kid. it's my friends favourite series so she just got me to finish them (as a 22 year old) and damn they're good!

I started watching you five years ago and it inspired me to start reading because I was the kid who thought reading was for losers(mostly because I always had a hard time reading and understanding it all) but you videos made me love reading because it inspired me to give books a chance.

Sasha was the first booktuber I watched and she truly made me fall in love with reading again.
I read all of these book series when I was in my early teens. And have loved all of them.
I use to hate reading when I was younger because I found it difficult, but now I read all the time and my favourite book is Outlander which I found at a rough time in my life and it helped me get through it. I think my favourite children's book is anything Michael Morpurgo because it was the first proper book I read when I was about 8-9 years old and it was War Horse which is my altogether favourite book.
Red wine makes me feel fancy too 🍷 I love roscato rosso dolche. It's amazing.
I loveeeee reading Harry Potter around the holidays. Last year I read the series in the winter and it was amazing.

omg my childhood is back :) thank you for telling me that there are new books from Artemis Fowl (I really hope they will translate them). The movie should come out in august and they pushed it back to may or april and I was not okey. But I can not wait

I started reading the Artemis Fowl series as a kid but fell off sometime in middle school. I'm 21 now and def plan to re-read/finish it. I also didn't finish Harry Potter until I was a freshman in high school

This was such a good video idea! I didn’t start REALLY getting into reading until late high school/early college and so there was a lot I missed out of during the prime! One of them for me was also Twilight, which I still haven’t read but I want to! Another one was also Harry Potter, which I read last summer and LOVED obvi! And a final one I’ll mention is the Percy Jackson and others of Rick Riordan, which I still haven’t read! So funny that some of them were the same for us ☺️

His Dark Materials literally changed my life. I don't know if it would now if i read it as an adult but when i was a kid it showed me how important it is to think for myself and to be brave.
I read the last book to summertime sadness by Lana del Rey and I cried so so much at the end. Such an amazing trilogy.

I love Artemis Fowl series and one about his brothers sounds really interesting.
I'm disappointed in myself that I started reading His Dark Materials trilogy but didn't finish the last book and now I had to start over because I don't remember most of it (especially the second book) and I wanted to remind myself what it's about before the HBO series.
I would still love to read middle grade books even if I am an adult. 😊
It can serve as an escape from adulting. 😂

Ahh it's 11am. I have wine envy! I was one of the first to read Twilight before it got so insanely popular and I loved it haha then it became so commercial and people started mocking it.

God the nostalgia. Another great series you should check out from that period is Inkheart. That was also made into a movie (with Brendan fraser in his prime 😍) that I really hope they decide to redo as a show :)

I struggled with reading in elementary school, and into middle school. I read HP in 2007, but aside from that, I didn’t care for reading. It wasn’t until my junior year of HS(2011) when I read Percy Jackson. I re read them senior year, and from there, I discovered Mortal Instruments and Divergent, and so many other books. Honestly, I wouldn’t be the reader I am now if I hadn’t read Percy Jackson!
I wish that I had read the Harry Potter books as they were coming out because I feel like I could have really had an awesome experience then. I’ve read and love them all now but I missed the midnight releases of them and the excitement of waiting for the book to come out!
Could you make a video showing your library?
You can take a camera and walk around whole house and show every shelf. Not every book, but all the shelfs.

I quite agree. I’m currently 18, and me and my boyfriend (22) are listening to the first Artemis Fowl audiobook. Really wish I had read it as a child, like he did, but it is still a good book as an «adult».

Watership Down. My favorite book. I read it when I was about 16, should have read it when I was 12.
One of the book series that I didn't read as a kid was Harry Potter and now I am currently reading it, AND I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

A Tale Of Magic by Chris Colfer. This book wasn’t around when I was kid but I read it recently and I wish every child could read it. In fact it’s a book that people of any age could read and learn from.

I haven't read Artemis Fowl or the Golden Compass yet. Although I have read the others. Twilight is not the best series but it always brings me great memories. Some other series that have made a lasting impression on my life are The Last Apprentice, Percy Jackson, and the Mortal Instruments!

I kind of wish I’d read the Percy Jackson books around when they came out. Sadly, I was in high school when they came out so I didn’t even hear about them until after the movie and my friend showed it to me.
sailinginthetea I read them for the first time at age 26. I wish I had known about them earlier, but I’m also glad I read them when I did because I wouldn’t have liked them as a kid.
