For the beginners, 5 sun salutation A and 3 sun salutation B and start from there, let the roots grow slowly. Don't rush it and look for intention and not perfection. Perfection will come with the practice. Focus on deep inhalations and deep exhalations always through your nostrils. My channel doesn't have to do anything with yoga but I practice it and have YTT. Namaskar

I've been doing yoga for a really long time, but haven't given some of the advanced poses, real, consistent effort... And your video has inspired me to really start working on them.
You put a lot of content in under 8 minutes. I bet it took you quite a while to edit this (unless you've already had experience with video editing?) and I just wanted to say I find you did a great job.
RUclips is a fun platform to connect you to people that will appreciate what you have to share, with appreciation that will probably surprise you.
So I just wanted to encourage you to keep going, and if anyone tries to put you down, just block them. They're not the audience you'd be trying to entertain/educate anyway.
    Good luck girly 💕🍀

You are an inspiration :) I started yoga with Adriene 7 days ago after another workout Challenge of 2 weeks. I am managing to stay consistent, which is something usually difficult for me, and adding other habits. Point is I am afraid of skipping a day bcs I don't wanna lose flow or benefits. And life is making me anxious regardless of the healthy practices I am holding to, like also daily journaling. Kinda questioning where the fault is, but want to keep going because if everything else is falling down at least I have something stable. Don't know if it is helpful or enough or actually just a distraction from more important things, but I don't wanna give up.
I am watching your 1 year update now, I am glad you decided to share again on the channel 🥰

I am so happy you made a decision to stick to it. Life will always be on the way despite all the preventative practices and this is one of the challenges that test your dedication and make you stronger if you live through it with intention. I think it helps writing out your values and where spending time with your body stands for you in terms of your priorities. I am excited for your growth and internal insight ! Happy to have you along the journey, I cant wait to share more!

I’ve been practicing yoga at a studio for about 3 months now for at least twice a week and love the subtle transformations it has brought. :) you communicated the changes so well in this video and I related to them on so many levels, especially the part what you mentioned how yoga made you go “inwards”. I always been kind of a sceptical smart ass with issues of showing positive emotions towards people, i started a 30 day yoga class on youtube and without being even half way through it i notice how i am much more openly loving and tolerant towards everyone, smiling and playful in behavior. On top of becoming more and more flexible as days go on. I think i will stick to daily yoga for a very long time :)
