THIS WORKS GUYS!!!! Quick backstory, I used to have a big ass but two years ago I decided to loose weight, and along with 17 kilos I ended up loosing all my butt and boobs. Out of hope I started doing workouts for butt augmentation, a friend suggested Daisy Keech's butt workouts and I started these exercises around 3 weeks ago. Now my butt is slowly growing and I've definitely seen an improvement in the shape as well. It's muscle so obviously it's going to take a while to grow fully. But it's working so well so far. Definitely recommended
@@nicolestrawberry7648 just this and like 100 glute bridges a day. Not gonna guarantee instant results cause muscle building takes time you know. Also just because this works for me doesn't mean it will for you. Bodies are different so they require different workouts
as a pilates instructor Irl i want to remind everyone to lead with your knee instead of your foot. instead of thinking of kicking the foot up think about kicking the knee up, you will lengthen out more which is the main goal of mat pilates movement!! 2:16
Just remember to be consistent with doing workouts and never give up. Honestly it took me about 2-3 months to see progress until I find her workouts. Trust the process💖💖

consistency streak! because I actually want to SEE results. day 1: done! I did x2, first day of my period so I guess some war strength made me do it. day 2: done! I was gonna go to sleep. but I did it. now my butt burns. day 3: done! I wasn't going to do it, but I pushed myself to. My butt still burns after. day 4: done! I used to take 5-10 second breaks but today I did only 1 break on the left side! day 5: done! today was a bit harder for me but I pushed thru nonetheless. day 6: skipped. day 7: done! and to make up for yesterday, I didn't give any breaks! I feel stronger. day 8: skipped, was too tired. day 9: done! today felt hard, but I pushed through! feeling determined. I started seeing a little result!

Girl I knew coming here was a good thing my glutes are on fire! Tbh I’ve been doing the previous quarantine glute workout for some time now but the rainbow kicks didn’t really do much for me so I would opt to skip that part. However, the placement of the rainbow kicks in this workout is EVERYTHING!
I know most if you guys think the standing workouts are the best but this one also works it may not burn your butt that much and burns your legs but it not about the burn it's about the results . I didn't check my weight and stuff like that but my booty got bigger I won't lie.

Doing this with other workouts Day 1- Could not get through it did another 6min butt workout by her. Day 2- Doing this after going to Orange Theory, walking my dog, and her other 6 min video. Better than yesterday, but still half did all the workouts. Day 3- Did this after her other butt workout. Made it through it a little better. My right leg did better.
What has worked the best for me is to do another of her butt workouts first and finish with this one. If you do it that way I promise you will FEEL the burn.
I love this exercise! But one thing that was frustrating during it was you faced the opposite side of the camera for some leg exercises so I couldn’t see your exact movements. Please face the camera so beginners can see your form! Thank you & ur the best!

You might be leaning too much on the side that isn’t doing the exercise. Square out your hips, make sure you use your core to keep you balanced and think of the muscle in the booty when you’re doing the movement. Mind to muscle connection is super important! You could also try to even out your body weight by going onto your elbow on the one side. Hope this helps!
You’re good haha! The best advice is to focus on the muscle that you are working out on. Mind over muscle. While you are focusing, the muscle that you are wanting to workout on will start to burn. :)

u shouldnt really workout your glutes every day because they take longer to recover than for example abs

Try to keep your hips square & back flat, don’t put all your weight on one side.

If you focus on moving your knee instead of the whole leg, the butt muscle gets activated more
