Just got done with this routine, and it's pretty good. I already receive compliments on my booty due to cycling to and from work 11 miles one way (22 miles round trip) Monday thru Friday. I'll be doing this workout often to enhance my booty even further. Guys, trust me, women like nice looking booties on men too. Do this routine, get a nice looking behind, and the quick stares and compliments will come.

I did this workout while my neighbours were partying. I can say it heats differently if you do that at 3am with no sleep (bc of the music), on your period and with 30° inside your room..😵💫
For you to see results you have to do it many times everyday. I recommend about 5 to 6 times a week with you doing this video. And try to include at least 1 or 2 butt workout exercises videos that are at least 10 to 20 minutes. For faster results and stronger bum. And remember, how you gain muscle and how fast you see results are up to your genetics. It can be fast for some and slow for others. And don't forget rest days. 5 or 6 times a week is just fin.

Dia 1: Muy cansador, en los últimos ejercicios ya no podia mas dkjfd pero vamos que se puede, mis glúteos son pequeños por genética y espero que esto funcione ya que soy muy insegura por eso
Dia 2: Fue realmente cansador, no se si es mi mente o que pero ví un cambio chiquitito en mis glúteos
Dia 3: Llevo más de 3 dias, se me olvidó comentar y bueno veo realmente cambios notorios en mi cuerpo y esto cada vez es mas facil de hacer 💕

I did this workout while my neighbours were partying. I can say it heats differently if you do that at 3am with no sleep (bc of the music), on your period and with 30° inside your room..😵💫
How long does it usually take to work?
It took me one month to notice some visible results! I don't have a special diey or anything. I just did this 5 days a week for a month

3 times a week (twice is good)
For you to see results you have to do it many times everyday. I recommend about 5 to 6 times a week with you doing this video. And try to include at least 1 or 2 butt workout exercises videos that are at least 10 to 20 minutes. For faster results and stronger bum.
And remember, how you gain muscle and how fast you see results are up to your genetics. It can be fast for some and slow for others.
And don't forget rest days. 5 or 6 times a week is just fin.
