    i did this once, barely even finished it but i couldn’t walk properly, bend or anything for 2 days but this workout is DEFINITELY worth it. i recommend because it’s super strong

    day 1: big big burn! Love that
    day 2: was definitely a little easier… still a big burn❤️
    day 3: I’m now trying to perfect my form since I’m starting to get a little more used to the exercises
    day 4: it was wayyy easier. I feel myself getting stronger everyday
    day 5: I’m starting to see progress already!!!
    day 6: oh my god this time hurt so much. I tried to keep my glutes engaged constantly and it burntttt. It’s a good burn tho!!
    day 7: finished!! big burnnnn
    day 8: I have a huge test tomorrow and still did this!! it definitely helped with my anxiety ❤️

    im doing this every morning at 6am and im not gonna BAIL ON IT.
    day 1: i already have a slight gyatt from daisy's other workouts but im adding this one to see if i see MORE RESULTS!!! ;)
    day 2: burned. its working.i ate chocolate cake for breakfast
    day 3: I was so sore from my volleyball but still did it cuz I wanna look good in leggings lol
    day 4: done it's giving resultsfr
    day 5: did two different workouts instead, they burned as well im trying things out yk
    day 6: skipped it I was at volleyball tournament.
    day 7: danggg the burn
    day 8: bubble butt is relevantttt
    day 9: i skipped sum days becuz i didnt have the time but im making it upp ofcc
    day 10: a little kid yelled GYATT at me so it must be working
    day 11: very round its def working
    day 12-13: skip
    day 14: YAYY burns tho
    day 15: done ouch
    RESULTS: definitely worked my booty is noticeable plumper and rounder. im switching to a routine of doing this 3x a week :) stick with it y'all an hope u get the results u want xx PS I AM SO PROUD OF U

    is it normal that my wrists hurt more than my bum?
    also here's my progress:
    day 1: ✅ probably didn't even do half of these correctly but yh
    day 2: ✅
    day 3: skipped cuz i was busy
    day 4:✅ this is my best session yet - less pauses but i still find myself pausing in the middle of exercises because i feel like if i don't, i'm gnna get the world's most painful cramp
    restarting bc i have not been consistent:
    day 1: (23/10/24) done but i couldnt do a full min i had to keep stopping around 50 seconds
    day 2: (30/10/24) reecording this is as the second day because i have NOT been consistent

    Day 1 ✅ - im sweating, my thighs are SHAKING and i can feel the pain 😩
    (2 weeks later) I'm back
    Today I'll make this workout a priority for a week so let's see how it goes!
    Day 1 (7/8) ✅ - not as much pain as it was the first time but I can already feel the pain tomorrow 😭.

      se llaman pesas tobilleras pero podes encontrarlas como pesas para piernas, para entrenar te sugiero hacer tres series de esta rutina, la primera sin pesas y las otras dos serues con pesas

    Día 1: lo hize, senti como se quemaba mi trasero y el muslo. Fue dificil así que hare 30 segundos por cada piernas hasta que me vaya acostumbrando.
    Día 2: hecho, sigue siendo dificil para mi.
    Día 3: No lo hize, se me hizo muy tarde por estar haciendo tarea y procastinando jeje.
    Día 4: lo hize, esta vez si hize en algunos ejercicios el minuto, aunque, todavía se me dificulta.
    Día 5: descanso
    Día 6: lo acabo de terminar, estoy notando un pequeño cambio.
    Día 7: hecho
    Día 8:Lo acabo de terminar y se me esta haciendo menos dificil y puedo notar que mis gluteos estan más redondos y un poco más grandes.

    Just got done with this routine, and it's pretty good. I already receive compliments on my booty due to cycling to and from work 11 miles one way (22 miles round trip) Monday thru Friday. I'll be doing this workout often to enhance my booty even further. Guys, trust me, women like nice looking booties on men too. Do this routine, get a nice looking behind, and the quick stares and compliments will come.

    For some reason only one of my glutes ever burns no matter how many reps I do on the other it doesn’t burn or grow and my other one does?? Anyone have a reason for this 😅

    gonna do this twice a day for 15 days cuz my period starts after 15 days so ill be uploading this for 15 days yesterday i did this once but i decided doing this twice so day 1 has already finished!! burns good but i think im doing something wrong when i do exercises with my left leg but whatever!!

    Good for beginners but if you're looking to actually build/grow your glutes, please incorporate weight training or aome form of resistance

    2 day - finished, almost forgot about it😅
    3 day - rest day, but I did an abs workout

    Are esto hasta septiembre (3 meses más), les contare empezando x hoy
    Dia 1: Muy cansador, en los últimos ejercicios ya no podia mas dkjfd pero vamos que se puede, mis glúteos son pequeños por genética y espero que esto funcione ya que soy muy insegura por eso
    Dia 2: Fue realmente cansador, no se si es mi mente o que pero ví un cambio chiquitito en mis glúteos
    Dia 3: Llevo más de 3 dias, se me olvidó comentar y bueno veo realmente cambios notorios en mi cuerpo y esto cada vez es mas facil de hacer 💕
    Dia 4: ?

    when you show the preview of the exercise and count down, have the numbers count DOWN from 5 seconds instead of up to 5!

    I did this workout while my neighbours were partying. I can say it heats differently if you do that at 3am with no sleep (bc of the music), on your period and with 30° inside your room..😵‍💫

      It took me one month to notice some visible results! I don't have a special diey or anything. I just did this 5 days a week for a month

      3 times a week (twice is good)

      For you to see results you have to do it many times everyday. I recommend about 5 to 6 times a week with you doing this video. And try to include at least 1 or 2 butt workout exercises videos that are at least 10 to 20 minutes. For faster results and stronger bum.
      And remember, how you gain muscle and how fast you see results are up to your genetics. It can be fast for some and slow for others.
      And don't forget rest days. 5 or 6 times a week is just fin.
