If that doesn’t work, you have to press the side power off button in the bottom volume button at the same time and then it should bring you to recovery mode if it doesn’t work, try plugging it into your computer cause I tried without it plugged in and it dit not work and also make sure to take your fingers off the buttons when it locks and then, when you have iTunes open, it should tell you and then Press, Restore and update, and then wait.
