Maybe you could you could enter the correct passcode after the waiting-time elapses. If the screen shows iPhone disabled connect to iTunes (or iPhone disable with no timer), you have to reset your iPhone using the methods in the video.
I tried the last method.... After downloading software update...... There's nothing happened...... So what should i do now..... Please let me know asap
Check if the process of downloading the software for your iPhone is finished. If the download process takes more than 15 minutes, iPhone will exists from recovery mode. Let the download finish, and then repeate the process to resotre your iPhone.

If there's no Erase iPhone (or Forgot Passcode) on the unavailable screen, you need to use your computer to put your iPhone into recovery mode and then erase and reset the device. The video explains two tools in 3:42 and 5:10
If you remember your passcode, it's worth to wait for an hour to regain access without a reset. If forgotten, you may need to use Method 2 at 3:42 or Method 3 at 5:10 to unlock the device when Erase iPhone option does not show up.
Put your iPhone into recovery mode again, and then repeat the process. (The phone will get out of the recovery mode if firmware download process is more than 15 munites.)

Yes. Method 2 in 3:42 and Method 3 in 5:10 require a computer to finish the reset, but not require your device to be connected to internet.
I have followed using Finder, I done restore and update but still my shows iPhone Unavailable try again in 7 hours, 55 minutess

The lastest version, currently is 12.13.1. You could check for update in Help > Check for Updates.

If the wrong code was tried too many times, erasing it only for it to ask for the pass code will be useless as well.
The password while erasing is your Apple ID password, not the screen passcode.
