Thanks, unfortunately the same happened to me, I got that permanent disabled message, I had to restore. I lost all my files, but I guess this is a lesson, always have a backup with iTunes on PC. I believe this is a new bug with recent iOS 15 updates. The steps to recreate it might be simple. If you enter your passcode too many times and end up replacing the screen, this happens.
@@blackscreen2522 It's a shitty situation that can happen to anyone and Apple still hasn't fixed it. A phone screen cracks and starts inputting the passcode by itself, locking the iphone multiple times. I guess Apple doesn't care or perhaps it's intentional because third party screens are used maybe, not directly from Apple.

If I lost all of my files, all the photos of the past 5 years (iphone xs) I swear I'm changing to samsung once again, I loved apple but their BS with their stuff is so fucking toxic. Or an official screen being more expensive than a fucking phone itself?
Its saying me that to update your IPHONE TO ios 15.7.3. You need to install the latest version of itunes.. now from where can i download the latest version?
