Wow, thanks for the Pro Whooper shout-out! Yes, we are doing a ton participation giveaways and anyone can join at any time. TPW is a whoop freestyle based competition that is heavily inspired by Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. It's easy to participate - all you have to do is freestyle for 60-90s and then input your tricks into our user-friendly calculator and then submit your video. You have the option to participate with our tricks of the week or KWAD objectives to earn a score multiplier, or you have the freedom to completely skip them if you prefer. There's no requirements and no punitive measures for flying how you want, where you want, and when you want. We are currently on Event 3 and will be giving away over $500-600 in participation prizes. The deadline for event 3 is on Saturday February 17th, so people still have plenty of time to participate. Feel free to ask me questions if anyone has any, I'm happy to help!
Yeah that sums it up. "Maybe you don't enjoy it at first" it's true.. it's hard to push through those first few packs of new tricks or courses but you usually end up with a new favorite trick
Thanks for the video Nick. Convinced me to get some batteries charged and get 4 packs in the Tiny Trainer before the rain came. Just charging the 1s packs for some tiny whoopin'
Whoop bling! Those leds look awesome. Going to havecto find some of those HQ light props. Im running low. Thanks for the info on this stuff! Flying for fun not that worried about weight.
I don't have plans to race this year. Setup is always an issue. I would need setup and tear down time each time I wanted to a give a track a go. Gotta keep the household happy and not a burden for them
Oh yeah Jesse is just plain awesome because everytime I go to the Tiny Whoop store which is constantly he got some new cool stuff he must be adding things daily and it's awful hard to not find something that you just gotta have I just got a bunch of LEDs to make a super blinged out disco ball whoop and some ultra bright headlights to fly in the dark
I love whoops there well any of the sub 3 inch are just so much more fun then 5in for where i fly anything over 3 and i get grief and i only fly my back yard really its a micro paradise lol
@@NickBurnsFPV Nick, i got that.$60 flashlight, I love it. My wife uses it to get her bird feeders in the event, and we have tons of wildlife. From bears to 🦨, fox bobcats, and limited mountain lions, she set it on strobe for the first minute, then put it on high; she saw the strobe scare of a skunk feeding off the seeds birds knockoff during the day. In the past, she has come face to face with big black bears. She doesn't move, and they go on their way; with this flashlight, there should be no surprises. I notice it does get pretty hot on high. She uses it almost every night; I'll tell you how long it lasts. Thanks for the tip. It's is a great little flashes light.
@dondupuis4007 Yea, on the highest setting it does get hot and I believe it will self regulate based on the heat and turn down the lumens. I think the product page says to only run it on the highest setting for 30 seconds. I use mine to take out the trash bins after dark. I to would run into random animals in that area and it so dark I can barely see my feet 😮😮
. Love your videos long time subscriber. So Saturday I used a pack. Pulled it out checked the battery and was 3.5v per cell so all good. Battery wasn’t hot. Sat it down ran upstairs to get something to eat and my mother in law was screaming fire. Ran down and was like wtf. Got her out ran upstairs and got kids and wife out. Ran inside got the animals out. Ran back inside turned heat off turned attic fan on ran downstairs and started to put fire out. Was so Smokey from ceiling to floor. Ran into a door half opened and got a concussion. Continued to fight the fire and saved the house. Was in the icu burn unit on breathing tube and induced coma for 4 days. I’m out now but sucks losing all my hobby stuff and couple rooms in my house. Flying is my stress reliever and could deff use that now. Been stressful last week but family is safe and I’m in recovery
wow, glad you and your family are okay and your efforts minimized the damage. I presume this was a multicell battery? Was it sitting on something like wood or cloth? Hopefully you have a battery bag or metal tool box to place batteries in?
vs ph2.0.... yes 100% and most of the high quality 1s batteries come with bt2.0 connectors. We can also use the A30 connector from GNB which also works with Bt2.0 and GNBs A30 batteries
as of right now I believe tinywhoop is the only company that makes them. I think I have seen a FB post with the same basic design but I don't recall if that was a company or someone that made some mods.
Hi. Ive been using the betafpv Air frames. But they are so fragile that I want something stronger yet about the same weight. Got any advice for 65 and 75mm whoops?
That's the issue with low weight, the sacrifice is durability. For durability we have to raise the weight and look at mobula 7 v3 and v4 frames or 65mm frames like the standard mobula 6 frame or newbeedrone coachroach frame.
Hiya Nick. Happy Friday. Quick question please? I ripped off my VTX antenna on my Mobula 6. Which RHCP ufl antenna and size would you suggest? I also need the ufl connector to solder onto the board. Thanks Sir. Hope all is well 👊🏻
oh shoot, thats a difficult repair. Is the enter pad or trace to the ufl still there? I don't often use cp antenna, doing almost all micros I use linear antenna 95%, but I think the truerc makes a quality antenna at good price. I found some ufl www.racedayquads.com/products/u-fl-connector-set-of-5?_pos=4&_sid=bb87fbad4&_ss=r
@@NickBurnsFPV Yeah, everything is still there. Even about 1-2mm of the copper antenna is still visible. Shouldn't be that hard to fix. It's just super small. Thanks Nick.

Great roundup Nick! Always impressed with how creative this micro community is. Innovating products and events! 💜
Ha ha ha.. That's cool. I love the tiny lights.

Thankfully with micro the spaced we can fly really open up and they don't tend to gain much attention.
@@NickBurnsFPV my thoughts aswell lol
Tankyou, a non cinewhoop video❤
I just watched your vid from 2 years ago. You've changed 😂
Wow that's awesome
Nice, tnx. Nick.
Thanks Nick... 👍👍😜🤣😁😎
I think if you competed, you would one of the top racers.
Maybe top 500, :) Might break out a bit better if there are age brackets :)

Aha, so that's who bought the pink popper while I was trying to pay for it.

Cool👍😄💪
What is your favorite BnF 75mm 1s whoop of all time?
bnf is likely the mobula 7 elrs
Good video Nick
What KV are you flying? I find bi-blades are more stable with higher KV, say 26000, but just got some of the HQ triblades to try.
0702 27000kv
Your analog video looks so clear, what camera, vtx and aio are you using?
This covers my setup and video reception ruclips.net/video/IEZKtWkeELQ/видео.html

when mobula 2024 release? we wait already 60 days since you posted your preview, do you have any info about it?
I don't. I think it will be after the lunar new year holiday, but I can't be certain when.
Can whoop can resist a powerful race like what alex or mck does? or is it just better to use my protek 35?
I don't really understand what is being asked. No one flies like MCK does.
Hey! Great tips! Are there other places we could get the prop popper in stock?
as of right now I believe tinywhoop is the only company that makes them. I think I have seen a FB post with the same basic design but I don't recall if that was a company or someone that made some mods.

I must be. I added two to the basket and later read that it was 1 per customer. Must have snuck through the system
