I built a HD 65mm whoop (walksnail not hdzer0) using the new NBD cockroach v3 frame, I must say this frame is the best HD frame because it has bottom and top FC mounts, so you can fit both boards securely into a "slammed" style build. This was my 4th or 5th HD build, so I've cut the wires shorter, got everything mounted perfectly, no excess wires dangling around, and on top of that I got tinywhoop 36,000kv firefly motors. I run it at a 85% motor limit and this thing is a beast, my favorite whoop so far!
@@ryancheesman400 Mine is 23.4 grams, allthough i'm running a heavy betafpv canopy, i could probably get it down to 22.5 grams with a couple tweaks. I get a solid 2 minutes, 3 minutes cruising, 4 minutes just hovering.

Hi @NickBurnsFPV and thanks for your great content. At 2:36 you mention the problem of the length of the battery lead. Mine actually snapped off teh A30 connectors as I have been pushing the battery in a more or less centered position. I'd like to try and solder the cable at a right angle as you did there with the analog version of the Mob6. Do you have any video on how to do that? Sorry for the noob question!
I like that you mention taking things slower flying inside when being newer to it. As a pilot that's been flying for almost 4 years, I've only spent 6-7 months total flying inside...and not all together...spaced out within them 4 yes. And indoor acro is something I struggle with just because I'm used to soaring to the moon with a 5"...having a ceiling really throws off the comfort level. I agree that if you don't wanna break things immediately...don't try to fly like Heads indoors til you can do simple CONTROLLED flips, rolls & yaw spins at the very least
Great review as always. Would love to give hdzero a try but $600 for goggles… $100 for antennas …. About $800 when all said and done. Expensive to fly whoops around the house. Flying outside on larger rigs I’m all about O3 for the superior range and penetration.
@@valden It should "look" the same. The difference will come in the optics of the goggles. The DVR in the hdzero goggles is the same as in the hdzero vrx.
100USD for antennas?! That's a rip off. I paid my lollipops 4usd each. Works great for short range freestyle/race. I can go around my house that is not made of cardboard... :)))
I was thinking it would be fun to do a race around my house with kids toys and general clutter all over. Through the hotwheels track, over the projector screen I only use a couple times a year, around the dirty laundry basket, in between the cereal boxes, all while the cat chases it.
Damn. Not about to break out $600 for a new set of goggles, but how's the standalone HDZero Rx? Would it make any sense to put it on an old pair of Eachine EV200D's?
The VRX is how I started using HDzero. As long as the goggles have hdmi in it will work. As for latency, the hdmi in does add a touch but it still lower latency than dji or walksnail.
Great review! I think analog usually looks good indoors, but it's flaws become obvious outdoors (the red and green static, flashing, dropping to black and white and the "shimmer" in tree canopies all drive me crazy). The HDZero Eco system costs no more than a good analog VTX and camera but are so much better than analog outdoors that it's not even funny (for only a few extra grams). Analog may win for the absolute lightest builds, but this review video has got me seriously considering buying a HDZero receiver so I can try HDZero through my Fatshark HD02s. Maybe I will finally convert if/when they release the Mobula 7 ECO!
This looks interesting for sure. Can't wait to get my hands on one of these. Got the new frame i am going to try this week. Always a great interesting and informative review. Thanks Nick!

Wow amazing flying as usual++ ! Very impressed with how quick and responsive this HDZ version of the Mob6 is, you really show off its full potential in your videos! I'm a bit concerned about the flight time thought, but maybe that's relative... I have the "original" Mob6 HDZ (prior to the revisions) where I had to swap the 2-blade props for 3-blade versions, replace the stupid PH2.0 pigtail with BT2.0, and flash Bluejay 48KHz (or 96? can't remember) before getting fantastic 3:30+ minute flight times ... but I'm in a tiny condo so I don't fly at breakneck speeds like you (seriously, how do you do that?!) ... still thought... 3:30 vs
No I don't see a regression, just the opposite for me. My video was so long I opted to cut out the "cruise" flight, this inside flight I slow down somewhat with the same camera angle. The flight time went up on average 25 seconds. Up to our current generation of "light" 65mm whoops to get 2 minutes of flight I would often have to either slow down or fly half the flight at my normal pace then do the second half of the flight with close proximity. The mobeetle is one example of this.
Thanks for the great video! Was disappointed with my newbie drone 65mm. Could only get 30-50 seconds of flight time on brand new gold batteries. For $10 more I used your link to buy one for myself! I'm also more comfortable with ElrsV3 and the new binding process. Great information, as always.
Thanks as always for the review Nik. This VTX resolution isn't looking particularly great. Would you say there's a clear difference between the ECO VTX and analog?
I don't see the correlation between vtx and resolution? Maybe you meant the signal clarity? If so we have to keep in mind much of our analog vtx are running 400mw and the eco isn't able to pump out that mw.
@@NickBurnsFPV Good clarification. Let's say you're within good range for the eco VTX to get good signal - is the image quality that much better with the HD Zero Eco VTX compared to a good analog VTX?
@@nikfpv3456 I thought there was a section of the video comparing it to the nano3 camera, but I am not seeing it in the moment. My recollection was the color might be better but the sharpness was not as good as the nano 3.

This is the first video that made me think about jumping onto one of the new VTX technologies with the lower priced VTX on my favorite whoop but the cost of goggles is still a lot. I took a break from tiny whooping a couple of years ago waiting for the HD FPV technology to improve and come down in price but it seems that all the competing HD offerings come with tradeoffs and may never be cheap like traditional analog. I used to fly a MOB06/TaranisX7/Eachine goggles (super cheap for this hobby). I think maybe 3 years ago I was looking for longer/clearer FPV video feeds, possibly with sound and longer transmitter range. I think ELRS took care of transmitter range but DJI/Walksnail got heavy and HDZERO seems to have the same range as analog. I still check in on Nick's new vids because he's such a straight shooter and likeable guy (him talking about the playground whooping without upsetting the parents is exactly why I got into tiny whoops) and I'm still on the lookout for a light/long range/inexpensive setup but I'm still looking for the best all-around solution and for the price to come down a bit on goggles.
Go compare like I did. The analog mob6 video from a few days ago looks almost as good! Certainly not worth the almost $800 to get fully into HDZero...$600 goggles, antennas, battery for goggles, etc. I think the analog mob6 is 90% as good , if not more! There's never been much difference between Analog and Analog 2... I'm just gonna buy the analog mob6! After all, we're just flying FPV, not trying to have the local TV station play it on the News! Lol Analog version looks outstanding without all of the expense! I'm buying it! 😎🤘
The "HD" systems are probably always going to be more expensive and for micros add to the weight. Unfortunately we could see that change as analog vtx costs could start going up. It has been reported the analog vtx chips could have a shortage coming. Don't know why, and if its a certainty. I appreciate your confidence and kindness coming back to the channel even when your not flying. I hope it is time well spent.
I advocated for 4:3 way back when, finally got the HDzero goggles, they should just stick to widescreen by now. Love the look of this quad though, for this price you kinda HAVE to get one!
So much good stuff going on here, the HD-Zero ECO Kit at very reasonable pricing, and finally a whoop a HD 65mm whoop worth considering that has motor plugs, I am Walksail and Analog at this moment, but this development thumbs up for HD-Zero 👍
Yeah my flying style is pretty much exactly the same as yours and I was gonna hold out on the digital 65mm whoops until they got nearly as light as my analog setups but now I just don't know what to do because this one looks really sweet
Yeah, hardly any difference between the analog mob6 video from a few days ago and the HDZero mob6 in this video. Go compare for yourself! I'm sticking with Analog! Never been much difference between Analog and Analog 2. 😎🤘
I think the image quality is better, but I have not done or experienced a side by side comparison. As for the signal quality....the one thing I am confident in is when the signal does "break up" its less distracting with HDzero vs analog.

Yes it should. We may have to update the radio depending which version of elrs it came with. This has elrs v3. The goggle will work normally as hdzero supports those googles just like if hdzero made them
A little off topic but, I would be interested in see a review of the new HDZero monitor that has both analog and digital capabilities, but not comparing to HDZero goggles. I would like to see the review between analog features and viewing (has the de-interlacer) with other analog monitors such as the SkyZone M5 monitor and maybe others. Never mind all that immersion BS, could the monitor be used to fly FPV from an operational perspective.
I’m coming back to life from a major stroke so my ability will never reach where I was. I bought the RadioMaster 4in1 and Mobula6 so as soon as batteries for the Radio get to me I’ll see what I can do. If positive then that clear video is what I am after. Would this whoop work with what I presently have?
No, at least not with the radios current setup. 4in1 modules do not include expresslrs or ELRS. We would need to have an elrs module for your radio. There are many available for around $50.
I wonder if they are interested or already working on a walksnail version. I don’t know just thinking out loud. Happymodel doesn’t generally get tied to one video system
Nick, I'm interested in the HDZero goggles do you have a link for them that would benefit you and do you have any idea of a time when they might go on sale? TIA John C

That quality looks the same as my RunCam analog in my sky 040s lol. Does anyone not realize the HdZero is analog with an interlacer to make the picture a bit better. It’s still analog. With a bit more latency
You’re right, analog can look very good if you take the time to optimize and the useable range is better. That said, the biggest difference that I notice is the lack of color fringing and flashing that some analog systems exhibit, no matter how good you’ve set them up. To me, HDZ is an outstanding evolution of analog and I find myself using it for most builds and buys going forward. For indoor whoops, especially 65’s, I’m still in the lighter is better camp. But once I can build a sub-20g HDZ 65, I’ll be using it there as well.
@@modquad18 I want to like it , but for what it is right now and the price . I think a lot of people are fooled by the osd being high definition but everything else is the same as analog with the digital effect . The range lacks because the internal hardware don’t have enough information to improve the analog image it’s getting so it produces snow. I agree with you on the 65mm but along with weight the hardware price also needs to drop .
I bought the external analog module bay for my HDzero goggles to still fly analog, but nerver used it... In my opinon its a day and night difference between HDzero and Analog, especially the breakup. Probably on 65 mm the weight penalty is still to high but that led to me flying only 75mm in the last year.
I am very torn, do I get the mobula 6 HDZero or the regular mobula6 analog. I already have the HDZero Goggles. I tend to think the Eco would be the better choice but on a FPV Discord they told me the weight increase is to heavy. About 6 grams. Is this really that much of a difference? I fly for about two months now and want to get something I can just turn on and rip in my living room for 20 minutes without having to go out and take an hour or more. Can you take this one and loop it around chairs and tables?
I suggest holding off on buying an hdzero whoop in the short run as they have a AIO with HDZero built onto the board. Keep the weight in mind, on a whoop that is 20 grams adding 6 grams is a 30% increase in weight and thus the performance impact would be close to that percent.
For a noob is it fine to start on a Babyape v2 with 2s batteries or should I get a whoop like this mobula? I will mostly fly outside and get a hd vtx once I am better at flying
even though you plan to add an hd vtx I do suggest starting with a whoop. Are you planning to start analog and moving to an hd vtx or starting with this hdzero whoop and then moving onto a fuller sized hdzero vtx?
@@NickBurnsFPV Original plan was to learn the basics on the football field by my house using the baby ape. Then once I am skilled enough to not crash it while flying responsibly install a HDZERO VTX So it can double as a small travel drone on vacation too.
@@NickBurnsFPV I will need to do some research on which ones are compatible and good. Currently I have Some cheap Betafpv 03 5.8 ghz analogue ones that I use mostly on my RC planes. Any Digital goggles you recommend?
@@Rocketman0407 Those betafpv goggles will work with this and other analog quads. Really for digital and analog use there is truly only one, the super expensive hdzero goggles. We can to analog on the goggles x goggles, but the delay/latency for the analog input is pretty bad, nearly unflyable. I can't recommend spending money on older dji goggles for analog input capabilities as DJI won't likely keep the compatibility going forward.
I have 5 or so micros using hdzero whoop lites anyway. I'll wait for it to become generally available and keep it as a spare for one of my outside bashing ones.
@@barnabysalter3949 I am told fpv resellers have their orders in and they could or should have them in 10 days to 2 weeks. Getfpv has the vtx and camera on preorder
I don't have any information leading to that v2 being worked on or coming. I don't know what all they would change to make them better other than to make the analog adapter a bay rather than off the side. What sort of changes or features are you looking for?
I remember getting into this hobby last year and people were still waiting on their orders for months at a time. They're still too new to think about a goggles V2
@@Halfrightfox For someone who is just starting out and only wants to fly 1s whoops, how can we power these googles without the need for large lipos and chargers, can these goggles be powered by lithium ion batteries and what about flying at home, can they be powered from the wall ?
@@busyswizzler a wall adapter wouldn't be my first choice as a power supply, but I suppose it would be possible if it provides adequate voltage and amps. I got myself some Li-ion cells and made myself a 3S pack to strap to my head. It's very convenient and gives me much more freedom of movement than a wall outlet or the 6S lipo I was using before
Now, we just need cost effective HDZero goggles. Well, they did come out with the new analog/HDZero monitor for $175 USD which I am strongly considering. Even though JB and others say the you should fly FPV with the monitor and definitely NOT consider it as a goggles replacement, it is the cheapest method that I have seen yet to view (and fly) the HDZero feed. At this point, I am all analog. One reason for me to consider the monitor is because it does have the analog de-interlacing feature. So, I would primarily use it as replacement for analog goggles and get the HDZero viewing as a bonus. Still, the monitor is the cheapest way to view or fly HDZero. Of course, I would use a light box, shroud or something (maybe even just a black cloth like the old camera days, Ha, Ha).
Its a very subjective matter. Some say if its not a particular HD system its not worth flying, while other only fly analog. I still fly about 60% analog.

Hi, nice fly. Do you lower rates or expo for such a smooth fly or its pure skill/sticktime. Find out today big problem. Hope you can help me solve it. Went to fly my Meteor65pro, but it didn't work. When plugged in battery the motors do the beep sound, but nothing else. ELRS receiver is not working, neither VTX. Betaflight or PC doesn't see the drone when pugged(can se other drones, cable/betaflight/drivers are fine). Not sure if it does anything to do with it, on my last fright it says heat alert 74*C, but I landed immediately. What could it be and what can I do to help it. Thanks.
I have a link in the video description to my rates. Same on all quads. If the flight controller doesn't detect the receiver the second set of tones will not be emitted. If usb connection isn't working I would try a different cable and or computer. USB cables go bad, drivers get messed up. I disable the core temp warning mostly as I have never seen it be an issue when flying. If the temp warning was on screen while flying (forward with some decent movement) and we weren't hovering I suspect something was damaged in the previous flight.
@@NickBurnsFPV Thanks for your response. The cable and drivers are fine - i was using it before and it worked, also now it works with other drones. How could i check what exactly is damaged?

@@Halfrightfox Gotcha. Thank you for the follow up.
Cool idea with the right angle lead. Thanks for the review.
Wow, excellent all in one fun size package. Ideal for the build I’m working towards. Thank you Nick for another informative video.
No I don't have a video on that.
For sure. It takes time and patience. indoor presents us with new challenges and possibly new risks.
Thanks for continuing to give open honest useful reviews.
Thank you. Appreciate the kindness
Great review as always.
Would love to give hdzero a try but $600 for goggles… $100 for antennas …. About $800 when all said and done. Expensive to fly whoops around the house.
Flying outside on larger rigs I’m all about O3 for the superior range and penetration.
Do you think the VRX is an option? We do need goggles capable of hdmi in.
As someone whos still rocking analog on his sky03O goggles, I'd be curious how an external vrx looks on this whoop 👍
Your house is so neat, clean, and lovely!
That’s awesome little quad
Will a Walksnail version of the Mob6 be available in the future?
I don’t have any information leading to that development. But it’s possible for sure
@@NickBurnsFPV thanks nick.
Wow this is awesome, I’ve been waiting for a good affordable hd whoop since the eachine e010 days. Looks like it can take some abuse, you were so close to that stair move!
Yes so close but just wasn’t pulling it off. Need more practice.
I usually solder the wires at 90deg to the BT2.0 connector so the wires need to turn only 90deg instead of 180.
That is a good option as well.
Hi Nick, at 1:07 in this video, it looks like one of the motor screws are backing out. Love your videos BTW.
good catch. That very well could be. I will check it.
Tongue twisters 😂 awesome review nick love seeing new mob6's out because that can only mean one thing.....new mob7 on the way😁 can't wait for that rip and review ✌🏼
I would think so as well. We shall see at this time no word on that development
Such a great time to be alive!!
Yes our tiny ones continue to get better and better
My 75mm HDZ is 28.2g. 4g less is very tempting.
Thanks for the nice review!
Yes sir HD on the rocket race that’s my vote! I’m saving my pennies. Great review
Great, now I need to get all new HDZero stuff. 😂
Great review as always!
Decent HD on a 65mm. So sweet!
Like your screw comments and suggestions. What would I look for to order screws like those you're suggesting? What would they be called? Is there anyplace that offers a screw assortment?
Search for m1.4. I don’t know if the head is called pan head or not. When I buy I look at the images and the product description. Last I bought was about a year ago…I think from eBay
@@NickBurnsFPV Thanks. Ordered some screws- not sure they're exactly right, but it will be closer than I knew what to look for previously.... Have a 6 eco ordered, hoping my cats will not be too freaked out by it.
Lol
Analog version looks outstanding without all of the expense!
At the very least HDZero developments should push walksnail in the same direction
Yeah my flying style is pretty much exactly the same as yours and I was gonna hold out on the digital 65mm whoops until they got nearly as light as my analog setups but now I just don't know what to do because this one looks really sweet
I think the only way to get an hdzero whoop lighter might be to make the vtx as part of the AIO. Which has potential risks and costs.
Excellent as always
Pretty amazing flying and review, Nick!!! 😃
Now, if HDZero could record at least 1080p in the VRX...
Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Yeah, hardly any difference between the analog mob6 video from a few days ago and the HDZero mob6 in this video. Go compare for yourself! I'm sticking with Analog! Never been much difference between Analog and Analog 2. 😎🤘
@@KOrnhOliO1 I was excited for HDZERO, but in the end, went Analog. Those HDZero goggles at $600 is too much for me.
Kind of hard to tell.due to youtube video compression but is the flight footage that mich better than a traditional 400mw aio/ runcam setup?
I think the image quality is better, but I have not done or experienced a side by side comparison. As for the signal quality....the one thing I am confident in is when the signal does "break up" its less distracting with HDzero vs analog.
That was a great review as always Nick, just one question where can I find inedy floops 😂😂😂 love you videos

As usual, very nice video! Thanks. Can we attach a "random" analog camera to this VTX? This would be useful ...
I don't believe so as the eco camera uses a 4 wire setup. HDZero calls is composite
@@NickBurnsFPV thank you. I feel ashamed I did not notice that analog cams without a mic have only 3 cables. Unless the two cables of this eco cam in addition to the 2 power ones are one for video and the other for audio, which I doubt because I cannot see a mic there

@@cristianosaturni unfortunately no. Doing such a test on youtube is a good way to violate FAA regulations.

Very nice review!
The G and 5v pins on the underside of the eco look like they were removed. Is that you or does it ship like that?
Also that eco board in a 75mm would be awesome. If only happymodel would come up with 30k kv 0802 😀
I didn't not solder or install the vtx I show the close up pictures of. While in the video I mention using the 2nd eco in an outside build I think I am going to use it in a 75mm build

It’s amazing how fast you can fly inside your house.
Listening to the motors on that quad at the start of this video makes me want to buy hdzero goggles.
Keep in mind that while hdzero goggles do have a mic and a mic input my videos use a cell phone recording of the flight audio.
0:10 how do i get that good to fly like that lol
Fly a lot in simulator or in real life.
Hii Nick. Had a quick question. Have you upgraded to 180 degree pigtails to make the battery insert more efficient?. I was curious as which ones you use and where to get if you dont mind!. Cheers
I did on the Mobula 6 (analog) version, but not this ECO version. I didn't buy a pigtail...I just reworked the current connector.
@@NickBurnsFPV OK. I have the eco coming soon and didn't want to be bending the wires. Would you recommend getting a pigtail connector and soldering that to the main lead to make things more efficient?. Curious as to which one you would recommend and from where. I'm still fairly new to all this. Cheers
@@BreeZieDoesiT I don't recommend soldering on the AIO/flight controller unless you have done that before. I would snip an extend the wires with a small extension to each the red and black covering them with heatshrink tubing.
As always KUDOS Nick....Looks awesome and that price point is really good, but the flight times on these SE0702 high KV motors is a bit disappointing for me...i think id push it up and do the typical 75mm transitiona and see how that pans out.
75mm will boost the flight time greatly. Or fly slower I got around 2:40 if I slow down some.
Nice Nick👌🏼🙌🏼 . Why this mob6 eco is just 0.5 g more lighter than mob6 hdzero...?

Great review! Do you know if this whoop will bind with my Emax Tinyhawk III Freestyle HDZero goggles and Emax E8 controller that came in the RTF kit. I’d like to pick up one of these. Thank you!
That looks like fun 😁

How do you get to the video setting
either through the betaflight configuration application over usb connection to a computer or via the radio and stick commands through the OSD.
Who is it in your house that plays the cello?
Our 16yr old daughter does. Has for about 6 years.
@@Loophole120Fortunately the costs do seem to be coming down now! Happy flying 👍🏽
I bought the external analog module bay for my HDzero goggles to still fly analog, but nerver used it... In my opinon its a day and night difference between HDzero and Analog, especially the breakup. Probably on 65 mm the weight penalty is still to high but that led to me flying only 75mm in the last year.
What a great video. Thank you 😊.

@@NickBurnsFPV Thank you for the answer.
Holy shit you are good at flying... Daaaaaang mind is blown

@@Rocketman0407 Those betafpv goggles will work with this and other analog quads. Really for digital and analog use there is truly only one, the super expensive hdzero goggles. I don't have any information leading to that v2 being worked on or coming. I don't know what all they would change to make them better other than to make the analog adapter a bay rather than off the side. What sort of changes or features are you looking for?

@@Halfrightfox For someone who is just starting out and only wants to fly 1s whoops, how can we power these googles without the need for large lipos and chargers, can these goggles be powered by lithium ion batteries and what about flying at home, can they be powered from the wall ?

Nick, Can we use the HD zero ECO with Walksnail Goggles X?
only if you have have the hdzero vrx and connect them to the walksnail goggles hdmi input.
Is the FC any lighter than the analog version? Wondering how it compares to the betafpv F4
I don't have a separate aio to weigh, but due to it having motor connectors I don't see that it would be lighter.
are they using an analog camera to the HDzero board? if so i want one, I have a few low-light/night vision analog fpv cameras still sitting around
It’s a four wires camera so not strictly for analog video. I believe they call it composite
Honest opinion is hdzero or any digital really much of a difference to analog or is analog still okay to use?
Its a very subjective matter. Some say if its not a particular HD system its not worth flying, while other only fly analog. I still fly about 60% analog.

Is it possible to add BARO and GPS?
Even if possible it would add substantial weight to a 20 gram quad....I wouldn't advise it.
What resolution/frame rate does the eco transmit at ?
That is a good question. I suspect its standard 60fps as only the special cameras do 90fps. Even the hd-zero website doesn't have that information.
Now they just need to come out with an eco receiver too! The ship shortage is over :)

Do these HD zero video transmitters work with DJI goggles?
No, different video system and transmission. We need the hdzero vrx and goggles that can take hdmi in.
DJI V2 goggles cost around $300 in like new near perfect condition! Lots of places...
Far better image quality, way more penetration, and you can you fly so much farther it's craZy, than HDZero, with near crystal clear image clarity too! Fly around complete buildings! Fly into huge trees and out the other side! Etc etc etc. DJI is so far superior there's no comparison!
Plus, the analog mob6 whoop from a few days agos video looks 90%+ as good as this HDZero one... Compare for yourself...Without all of the extra expense. I'm buying it! 😎👍
@@Braincho Unfortunately I couldn't say. Maybe the port is physically damaged in some way. Or the usb power regulator or some trace from the usb port to another component. No way to say, certainly no way to say exactly.
@@NickBurnsFPV so the cure is new AIO board?
@@Braincho yes, unless we can identify what is damaged and what the component is then source it and place it on the AIO. This isn't something I have successfully taken on. Some have, just not me.
I appreciate you.
I just checked their goggle's price, it's still beyond my budget :( I'm hoping they can lower it. Great video though!
They do sell a standalone VRX if you have goggles that support it.
Ok, checking out VRX. Thank you.
@@neilfpv No problem! I think you need goggles with HDMI in to use it.
yea vrx is much more budget friendly. Also I believe HDzero still supports the original sharkbyte goggles that are small box goggles.
@@somebodyspecific2410
Way more latency with that! Over double!
going to order them!
Compare this to his Analog mob6 video from a few days ago! Almost no difference!
$ave your money! Analog looks nearly as good without all of the high costs. Since we're just flying FPV, there's not enough difference for me to pay all that expense...$600 goggles, antennas, battery for goggles, etc. That's nearly $800 bucks for what? Barely any improvement, maybe slightly sharper, over good ole Analog! That's the Evo system for me! 😎🤘
Jumping on it right away eh? I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
What’s your favorite hdzero drone at the moment?
I am very bias towards whoops like these. With that I prefer 75mm whoops but that doesn't work well in smaller indoor spaces, so this one is likely the choice.
@@NickBurnsFPV any motor recommendations for a 65mm hdzero build?
@@Floptron 0702 somewhere around 28000kv. The difference from motor to motor is generally pretty minimal unless your looking for a sort of specific feel. What varies the most is weight, happymodel and tinywhoop motors are one in the same. Newbeedrone motors are likely the smoothest, but also often use a smaller motor connector than any other brand.
