    Gotta' say it's super nice to get an opinion over a long period of time... 90% of the negative reviews complain about how it didn't work after 1 week or 1 month. Seems like 3 months is the requirement to get the results you want. So 1 year - awesome, thanks!

  • @deezee6732

    I tried this product about 2 years ago. I used the tank application formula and used my garden sprayer to cover what I could of my tile roof. I checked month after month and saw no real difference and I chalked up the experience as just another product that didn't live up to the hype and I forgot about it.. Then after about 6 or 7 months (I'm in Southern California so we don't get much rain) I noticed the roof was looking much better. After another month or so the roof was completely clear of the green/black stains I had for years. I admit I was amazed. The part of the roof I was able to reach with the sprayer actually looks brand new. Now the only problem is there is a line across my roof where the sprayed part is completely clean and the top half is still covered with moss and mold. 😆 I bought this version with the built in sprayer and reached the top of the roof. Now the waiting game begins. Bottom line is if you aren't in a hurry...this product is great. And be prepared to wait 6 months or longer depending on your rainfall amounts and how stained your roof is. Eventually you'll see an amazing difference.

    • @deezee6732
      @deezee6732 Год назад +1

      Hi MaD. I applied it once but was only able to reach the lower half of my roof. It took about 6+months, but it came completely clean. When I sprayed the upper part of the roof, the wait was only about 4 months until it was clean (it was a bit quicker because we had more rain that time.) The roof is holding up great , still completely clean and it's been 2+ years. I'll probably spray it again in another 2 years.

    Have used the concentrate mixed in my garden sprayer. Sprayed the concrete pool deck, other concrete walkways and pad etc. Overnight saw a difference. With the rain and Sun it seems to keep on working. The concrete looked almost new. Next I will try it on the roof portion that faces north and has some mold on it.

    Got this at Walmart and didn’t come with the Interchangeable tip, and as I still used it. The black tip inside just popped off. (Many reviewers on the site said the same thing) so I still used it. I was able to get on the roof but I would buy 5+ plastic .99 cent spatula and scrub/pick out all the moss/algae from the shingle, blow with blower then add this stuff. (If you can get on the roof). So we’ll see in a few days if it helped or if I just wasted the spray bottle since it was all broken and missing lol good video 👍👍👍

    I don’t get it….So results are immediate? Am I understanding this right, if you want to see results, you have to wait a year? It’s like running your car through the car wash and having it come out dirty on the other end and being told oh don’t worry it’ll look great in a year.

    • @fixandplay826
      @fixandplay826  13 дней назад

      Results are not immediate. It doesn’t take a year, more like 6 months. I just made the video over one year to make sure it had sufficient time to do its job. This isn’t dirt like a car, it’s mold, which doesn’t just wash away
