- Kalani Robb scores clean glassy waves at Lower Trestles in January along with a host of rippers. Determined to be the most colorful surfer out there, Kalani (the surfing banana) also hits a few of the other local watering holes for some morning fun on his soft shred sticks.

@kinda shredded is that how it is there? ive only surfed in hawaii once with a local. He was such an OG and called me into many waves.
Nobody pulls off the 70's moustache, 80's day glo appreal, 90's rock n roll floater, 00's air and '10's air with grab like Kalani does, nobody! And he does the boogie!!!

What I like most about these videos is, you get to see pro surfers just enjoy life and have fun. These vids are a huge part of the reason I bought a couple catch surf boards.

Lowers rarely breaks on a WNW both there is a background South swell out there too.....So fun in South Huntington the last few days.....3 to 5 ft plus and "fast" , 4 to 5 turn waves....

BEEFS T.V. In the late 70s as a young kid I had a banana board sled for the snow ! It was called the Banana Peel LoL . Was years before snowboards came out but still it was made to stand on tho it didn’t work good with rounded edges 🙄but it was ok for sit riding 🤙🏼😁
