Back when we had to walk uphill in the snow both ways to school in the 80s, the sewage spills from Bollona Creek and the one mile Hyperion outfall were legendary in the South Bay after heavy rains. It would creep down the coast with Haggerty's acting like a big shit basket.

We have a spot near the river mouth here that we call poo poo point because all the sticks and grass and junk from the river collects there. It's not near as poopy or as hollow as the Cali version though

You dont call it that cause it has sewage outlet nearby do you? Surfing in sewage area or when an advisory is posted is serious. Even if no one gets sick that day, when you do it is incredibly serious. And it can also be easy to catch on certain days
