Kind of a waste to replace an old ballast for LED tubes. You are wasting money running LED tubes through a ballast because you are losing lamp watts to ballast. There are plenty of LED tubes that will run off of straight 120V, not requiring a ballast. You just have to watch whether LED tubes are hot/neutral on one side of tube or hot on one, and neutral on other side. Many LED tubes will run on any voltage between 120 and 277V!
Your video solved my problem ! Thanks
